Domino’s Pizza

Great customer service and very courteous. They made a couple mistakes but made up for it. I appreciate a company that actually cares about their customers.

The pizza is good. The crust beats out all other chains. You’ll probably end up eating it rather than leaving them in the box like some people do because it’s like garlic bread. Ordering online is easy and the delivery drivers are fast and prompt. If you order online it shows you who’s doing what, making the pizza etc. I rate 4 STARS because there is one delivery driver who goes by the name of Brenton, and he’s a fucking douche bag. He also forgets sauces that comes with the food. He should be grateful I or anyone else has ever tipped him. And I tip good. Next time I wont.

Great pizza! Exactly what I expected, perfectly cooked. Great value for the price. Pizza was ready quick, took less than 15 minutes!

I’ve ordered from this location a few times. Their delivery service is run pretty well and the food tastes good. I’d probably lean more toward a 4 star rating if it wasn’t for one frustrating experience I had with their 10pm policy.
I literally rocked in at 10:03pm and they told me they couldn’t take my order because they only do deliveries after 10 pm. I live super close in the area, so for me it’s pretty pointless spending money on tipping the delivery guy. I’d rather just drive to Dominos and order at the front desk and wait. But on this occasion they told me I had to make an order through the phone to get a pizza even though I was standing right there apologizing for making the mistake of not knowing about their stupid 10pm policy. Instead, I drove home, did what they said, and received a pizza 50 mins later.
I can’t blame the young adults who work at Domino’s, only the person they work for who’s telling them they have no flexibility to make a judgment call in those situations.

Hasn’t failed me yet. Eat here all the time for family pizza and movie night. Fresh food and tastes great.

I wish they could get it together when making their pizzas, the employees i.e. the pizza Chef’s need to ask themselves when creating the customers pizza, «Is this a pizza I would want to be served!?», I’m saying because the pizzas I paid $ 22 + for, came to me missing cheese on half the pizza, and minimal mushroom topping. Clearly the pizzas were just throw together. Like someone didn’t care that my pizza was only half covered. So with this said, it saddens me that my money wasn’t good enough to cover my entire pizza. Please Do Better Domino’s in Murrieta.

My family and I have had two problems with this particular dominos. The first, they wouldn’t deliver to us. They had told my sister we were out of their delivery range… we live in the housing area right next to them, we are a light away. The second just happened tonight. I ordered online we went to pick it up. My mom ordered some wigs and a cookie while she was there. They took longer then they said it would take to make the wings and they accidentally put Barbecue sauce on them (we ordered plain wings). Upon looking at the wings they defiantly didn’t accidentally put on barbecue sauce it was all over them, the guy wasn’t paying attention when he made them. Our pizza didn’t have any sauce on it and the wings were disgusting and weren’t cooked all the way. The manager did give our money back, but I do wonder how some of these kids are able to become managers, maybe it’s just me but her attitude just seemed to much like a teenagers. I won’t be ordering from this place again though. I guess it’ll be Pizza Hut or little caesars for now on.

Call me what you will, all of you Pasta Prima Donna’s, But the Italian Sausage Marinara is DANG GOOD!

Got food poisoning. Came back up later that night. Don’t order here. My face is all red from all I ate. I ordered previously, never a problem but I will never eat dominos again. Don’t trust the t.v. commercials its just a staff of kids that probably don’t wash the hands and I believe the bacon was bad. Trust me as a Chef I will never eat carry out pizza again. This is ridiculous. And my wife had the worst gas. Thanks dominos.

LATE DELIVERY EVERY TIME I SCHEDULE AN ORDER!!! How are you late on an order placed two days in advanced and verified 12 hours prior AND 1 hour prior?!? AMANDA the General Manager had the audacity to tell me it was the just how their system works and the computer doesn’t drop the order in until 30 minutes before the delivery time (keep in mind I called 1 hour prior and 12 hours prior). She also claimed that a 22 pizza order was placed at the same time as me. IT’S CALLED SCHEDULE YOUR WORK FLOW!

Always great service and fast. Make sure you ask about their daily specials or they will charge you regular price!

So to update this review —
I was contacted by Dominos corporate who had passed on my information to the store manager. The store manager called me and offered a discount off my next order, a speciality pizza and a stuffed cheese bread. Today I called to cash in on this but apparently there was «no record of any of this» and they would not honor the items extended to me.

I always have long Dominos pizza, ever since i was little, i tried many more but dominos have always been my favorite, the stuffed bread its one of my favorites food from dominos other than pizza it self, plus the new order online its just great i dont even have to call, or drive out, i just click on what i want n done great idea guys, u have my 100% satisfaction, thank you for still being there

The pizza has always been great… been a fan since back in 1983 when I was stationed in Indianapolis and they delivered to the Barracks. Semper Fi!

I’ve downgraded from two stars to one. I get «someone else’s order»! I ordered the pepperoni pizza, got a cheese pizza. I ordered a meat lovers and got SOME meat along with mushrooms (NOT in my order)!!! And other random items. I will stop ordering from Dominoes!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. EVERY order they call us because we weren’t coming up in the GPS. Now after the website telling us our order had been in the oven for 6 minutes we get a call that they want to transfer our order to the new store that services our area. MORE WAIT. Are these stores employing idiots? Or is the website designed by idiots? Betting the answer to both is a YES, Won’t bother them again,
