Really gross. I ordered carryout and got a buffalo chicken sandwich which was 3 chicken tenders in mild sauce on a bun. The breading was so soggy on the chicken and the fries were so bland.

So we wanted to eat somewhere we haven’t eaten yet and with coupons available we chose Ruby Tuesday on a Wednesday night. All I can say is we made the right decision. It’s my first time to have an open salad bar and we liked it. It’s a good deal I think for that salad because it’s just an additional $ 3 if you order an entrée. The service is good but I don’t know if it’s the same if the place is packed. The food is Ok, I had a Parmesan Shrimp Pasta and for the price I’m so satisfied with the amount of shrimp in the plate. Overall the experience is good and it deserves the 5 star for me.

We really enjoy coming to Ruby Tuesday. No bad experience. Very warmly greeted when we walk in. Seated quickly. Our server, Jacob M., always tries to remember us when we come in. Always remembers our drinks. He is helpful and very attentive. The salad bar looks clean and appetizing. The workers are always working. Not just standing around. We ordered the salad bar and the shrimp fondue. Shrimp fondue is small, but very tasty. Plenty of chips. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

This was the worst ruby Tuesday I’ve ever been to. Service was rushed and all sides items(extra napkins, ranch, sour cream etc) were forgotten. The table was sticky and our steaks were like rubber. The bartender was talking to servers about personal information so loud it was embarrassing and rude. We will never go back to this location. Branson Mo location was phenomenal.

The food here is super mediocre and overpriced. I’ve definitely had worse food, but the food was not great. The only good thing I can say about the food is that I received it when it was piping hot. The flavor for the food was nothing special. I feel like I could have made better food at home. The cheddar biscuits were pretty«meh.» The waitress was very helpful and professional. I would never go again because on having gone to 2 separate locations for this chain I was definitely not wowed.

The burgers are the best! Not too pricey and pretty loaded with toppings. Love the many choices here. The shrimp fondue dip is my favorite appetizer. Good bar selection too!

We went for a late lunch around 3PM on New Years Day, it wasn’t very busy, so we were seated right away. The establishment was clean & our server, Meredith greeted us right away. We were too late for the lunch menu, but we ordered two burger meals & the salad bar. The burgers were good, but what I liked most is their salad bar. Everything was fresh, the lettuce was crisp, & the tomatoes were bright red(not like the pale ones I’ve been seeing lately at Subway). There were good selections, & they have the real chopped bacon pieces, which I love on my salad! Their sweet tea is pretty tasty too. :) Although Meredith was nice, she seemed a bit flustered & in a rush, even with the small number of people that were dining in the restaurant. Overall it was a good experience thanks to the salad bar option.

The food tasted great. I was a little frustrated with the ketchup bottle that was almost empty and I had to keep shaking it down. Our waiter was moving so fast that I never got a chance to ask for more. He kept coming up to our table and talking very fast. I got the feeling he wanted us to hurry up and eat and leave so he could turn the table over(to make more tips), but I was on a first date with a guy who was a talker. I could see the waiter getting annoyed that we were sitting in his section for so long. I felt anxious and couldn’t really concentrate on what my date was saying. I ordered the crab cakes. They were small with a drab presentation but tasted delicious.

Was greeted right away, which is awesome! Friendly service. I saw the ribs & shrimps on FB, it looked delicious! So, fingers crossed!

As a person with a gluten intolerance, I usually assume that I will get a reaction after dining out. Even when I order from the«gluten-free» menu. The manager at Ruby Tuesdays informed me that they now cook the food completely separate for their allergy sensitive customers. Separate cooking utensils and grilled food is wrapped in foil to keep it separate. I am extremely grateful and relieved that I don’t have to anticipate a rough reaction in a few hours. Thank you Ruby Tuesdays for the courtesy!

I definitely fell for the marketing. Everything on their commercials looks so good. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing? Anyway, it was just mediocre. I got pasta and it was gross. Wife got salmon and it was good. Both kids weren’t impressed. Not sure what all the salad bar 5 star reviews are about. It was just an average salad bar layout, pretty small, nothing special at all. Ponderosa salad bar puts this to shame. Wouldn’t go back on purpose but if I had to I’d get the ribs or pretzel bun hamburger.

I don’t really feel bad about giving only 3 stars here. I mean this palace is just A-OK. I honestly don’t like much here outside the Salad bar and only like a couple burgers and their chicken tenders. I have had decent service while here but nothing to brag about. Also I have to rant about something. Why oh why on earth do the put the Damn catsup in little metal dishes, so that my catsup freak of a self has to ask for literally multiple dishes of catsup or go full freak show and ask for a bunch, like a BUNCH of catsup. I hate it and it makes me feel like a freak. I will admit that I am a freak but serious put the dang catsup on the table, and why when you bring me said tiny second and third tiny dish with a squirt of said catsup in it is it brought out on a saucer? I mean this is Ruby Tuesdays not Ruth’s Chris. Either way I am not into this«upscale» catsup delivery and it pisses me off. I do enjoy that you can sign up for their club and get a free birthday burger, but it doesn’t include the Triple prime burgers. Which I guess doesn’t really make sense because its a dollar amount not a selection, anything over $ 9 you pay for anyways, so give me the burger I want not the one you want to give me. I mean its my birthday not yours. I go often to this place to load up on Salad and man is it good. Mainly because I can go kind of hog wild and no one is going to stop me and I love making my own buffet style salads. You can shotgun blast your plate with everything or just a few things. Either way its all good. I am also loving their fresh pepper grinders at the table, fresh ground pepper has such a great taste and aroma and I am a black pepper freak and make my salad look like I dropped it on a dirty floor and scrapped it back up with how much pepper I add to a salad here. For a chain they are decent, but I think they need to update and maybe deep clean a few things as it just smells a little musty. Overall a decent place to grab lunch.

Salmon salad was burned and dry. I’m not complaining to the waitress as there are so many without food. Just thought its best to let others know.

Went during lunch today. Got the Bourbon Honey Chicken with green beans and broccoli. Food was fantastic. Those mini cheddar biscuits they give you are a waste. I never eat them, they lack flavor. But my entrée was great, service was friendly and fast(in and out in 25 minutes). Will be back for lunch.

This was the first time I was at Ruby Tuesday’s. I ordered the pretzel bun cheeseburger with bacon, with the salad bar. My salad bar was wonderful the potatoes salad is as good, big pieces of potato very little onion if any and lots of crunchy celery. I was very very pleased with it. And this is the first it’s the end of February and there were sliced Roma tomatoes and everybody knows those are the only tomatoes that have any flavor this time of year. My burger was beautiful, well cooked but not burnt and not overly crunchy bacon perfectly steamed pretzel bun and the cheese was just melted and oozing down the sides. It was one of my most favorite burgers I’ve eaten in a restaurant in many years. Overall I give them a 9 ½ out of 10.

Ruby Tuesdays has finally upped their game! The salad bar is quality, quality, quality! They make their very own croutons. I could go just for the salad bar. I had the fish tacos, and the fish tacos were divine. Great size, perfect flavor and not too overpowering. Service was top notch and I left with a smile.

If you go, ask for J.T. – he’s awesome! He seriously cracked us up! Also the lobster tails aren’t bad. I am not usually a fan of chain restaurants but Ruby Tuesday is alright. I usually just come here for Sean who only prefers chains. He is the king of chain restaurant burgers and he claims Ruby Tuesday has one of the best besides Red Robin and Chile’s. I didn’t believe him but then I had a bite and it was pretty good. I still like the Longhorn burger better in the way of chain burgers. I don’t much care for Ruby Tuesday’s steaks, they’re always overcooked even when I ask for medium rare. Longhorn also does a better steak in my opinion. But the mixed drinks here are pretty good. I had a strawberry mojito. Also the cheese biscuit thingies aren’t bad, although I’ve had better.

So I usually stay as clear as I can from chain restaurants. Ruby Tuesday is one my favorite restaurants out of all the chain restaurants. This location has always been my least favorite and this week made it the last straw.(Take not that there was about 10 tables full for the whole restaurant.) We waited five minutes before anyone even noticed us. Then after we sat there was ten minutes before our waitress came. When she did come, she ran off before we could order beers. Then after we ordered(still no beer) and our food wasn’t very warm. She almost ran off again without even giving us silverware. Oh and my loaded baked potato was discusting. Cold, not salted on the outside, cheese wasn’t even halfway melted. I am so disappointed in you Ruby Tuesday!
