Honestly I was very looking forward to this place but was left with a huge disappointment. The restaurant menu selection was not huge to begin with, perhaps about 15 dishes to choose from, in addition to the 2 daily specials. On thing to note is that they changed their menu often so don’t expect to come back with the same expectations that you’ll get the dish that you like from last time. :-( Because there wasn’t the dish that I was looking for, I just ended up ordering a few small bites: kale salad and rice balls. The kale salad was bitter and coated with sesame seeds while the rice balls are blend but toasted. I didn’t find neither dishes appealing. While I understand it’s good to have a rotating menu, but why pull out items people like? It loses the loyal customer. Because the service wasnt bad, I might come back again to try their famous ramen. Then I will edit to this review with a conclusion.

I wasn’t impressed by the ramen at this location. It wasn’t the best or special and I’ve had better. The broth wasn’t too strong which is nice and it had flavor. However, the meat that came with the ramen was really salty to the point where I couldn’t taste any flavor of the meat except the salt. Never had it like that before. Maybe some people like it that way though. A little hard to find since their sign is 4649. However, they have a floor sign with the name of the restaurant. Took a few minutes at the door before someone decided to acknowledge our presence and seat us when there wasn’t anyone else in front of us at the door. Luckily, we had reservations since it looked pretty busy.

This is by far the best ramen in Seattle! I come here at least once a week and switch between the shoyu and shio ramen! I always add extra noodles, egg, and pork. The quality of ingredients are top notch. There is a great selection of appetizers and we usually order the zangi with spicy mayo!

Rating: 4 stars Best vegetarian ramen I’ve had in a long time – but mainly due to the fact that there are very few places with veggie options… Howverr, this place does not disappoint. Prices are pretty high, but I guess the location was the main determining factor for that. I chose the spicy miso and did an add-on of crispy organic tofu. I would love to go back to eat another bowl but the location isn’t ideal for me(I’m a southend girl). I’d recommend for anyone looking for vegetarian ramen. Aloha noodle is so far away and not worth visiting anymore :/.

*Some of the best ramen and broth I have ever had *Skip the oysters and get the panko pork, yum *The restaurant itself is laid out poorly and super cramped and drafty, the table behind the host stand is annoying

It is hard to impress me when it comes to Japanese food. Everyone has things they like. This place impressed me. It is a great addition to what has become«Little Tokyo» in Seattle. Remember, sushi is not a standard fare in most Japanese restaurants. it is more of a fast-food item and is usually eaten at a bar or for a quick lunch. In the US, sushi has become the iconic food of Japan. This place is a Hokkaido shop, which is the best comfort food in Japan. Sushi places are much more common in Hokkaido and the servings are HUGE. Ramen is the number one iconic food of Hokkaido. Yoroshiku(4649: LOL!) is a great example of Hokkaido food. Northern Japanese food has a deeper flavor and is cold-weather comfort. Nothing like a hot bowl of steaming Ramen on a chilly day! The downside is the shop is somewhat reticent to seat you at a table when they are busy if you are in a party of two and there are seats open at the bar. If you want to gaze into the limpid eyes of your chewing partner, you will have to speak up and insist. Most tables are set up for 4 and they don’t want to make furniture moves. Gotta make money in a business, and when you have a very small shop(eatery), you have to give a bit of value to the group of guest who are not yet there. I understand this, but don’t like it. It’s like not taking reservations or not letting you sit«…unless your whole party has arrived.» Also, the place is small. So on cold days, like yesterday, you get a rush of cold air up your un-tucked t-shirt every time the door opens. That’s it. Great place. Try it soon. 39(arigato: LOL!!) Figure that one out… say it in Japanese!

Excellent chewy ramen. I had the miso broth which was very flavorful without being salty. Soft boiled egg was a little over but tasty. I will come back in a heartbeat.

Hands down the nicest service and cooking staff in Seattle. Kei who is one of the owners takes a couple seconds to step away from cooking to greet his customers. Aside from the service, their Ramen is my favorite here in Seattle. The noodles are always aldente, Shoyu/Shio/Miso ramen broths are always consistent, the marinated egg is always soft boiled with great shoyu flavor, and lastly the chia-su pork is fantastic(marbled and seasoned well). Aside from the various ramen bowls they also have some really tasty side dishes like the Salmon Carpaccio. Recently they introduced a spot prawn Shio ramen that was to die for. Little bit of kick and some of that rich prawn stalk broth was amazing with some noodles. My family has been to 7 different ramen places in Seattle but this place has been by far the most consistent, kid friendly and just welcoming restaurants in Seattle. We drive about 10 miles just to eat here then hop over to the Fainting Goat next door for some dessert.

This is now officially our favorite place to get ramen. My boyfriend had the spicy miso ramen and I tried one of their specials. Both were delicious. Usually when we order ramen it can be mushy(which is okay, not great), but at Yoroshiku the noodles were just how we like! My dish, chanko nabe, was a bit different. Sorry if my first statement misled you, but it wasn’t ramen. If you don’t like seafood, veggies, or tofu in tasty broth then it’s not for you. I LOVED it. When I was done, for an extra $ 3 they used my leftover broth to make zosui. This absolutely made my night just because I haven’t had zosui since I was little. Of course, this was quite a step up from what I had then. We will definitely be back! I really enjoyed sitting at the bar and watching the chefs cook. The chefs and staff were very friendly during our visit. It goes a long way when the guy who made my dinner comes up and asks me how it is.

Me and friend were on look out for a good close by ramen place. Service was good, but ramen not to much. I got the spicy flavor. Not to spicy if you love spice. The pork was a pretty small slice. Also price wasn’t worth it all together.

I actually went here because I wanted some okonomiyaki! To my disappointment, they did not have it on the menu when I went. I guess their menu is constantly changing. I ended up ordering a spicy miso ramen. For appetizers my friendd and I ordered a salmon carpaccio and tuna poke. I must say the fish were both VERY fresh. I was impressed. The ramen was nothing special. It wasn’t bad, it wasn’t good. I did like their huge spoons. This place was kind of hard to find because it seems like the restaurant name is 4649, not Yoroshiku haha. But it’s a cute little restaurant with bright interiors and an open kitchen so you can see the chefs cooking your food.

I’ve been to this restaurant once before, but only ordered from their tapas menu. On my most recent visit I decided to try their ramen since it’s been getting pretty chilly in Seattle and my favorite food during the cold months is ramen. I ordered the shoyu ramen and my boyfriend ordered the spicy miso ramen. Both were pretty delicious! The noodles here are definitely on point. The broths were also yummy and stayed hot throughout the meal. The portion sizes, however, were not so great. The baseline ramen doesn’t have many additional sides that comes with it, but you can add things for a price. At most ramen places, I have a difficult time finishing the entire bowl and my boyfriend is usually more than satisfied. At Yoroshiku, I finished my entire bowl without over-stuffing myself and my boyfriend had to order more noodles at the end. The price of our meal ended being a little more than we would normally pay for ramen. Besides the food, there were a couple of things that made this experience slightly less than perfect. For one, parking in Wallingford is terrible! You have to find street parking, but behind the main shops/restaurants on 45th are residential areas, which makes it even harder to find a spot. Second, there was a really weird smell when walking into the restaurant. It wasn’t a food smell, but a foul smell. Did no one else notice this? I guess I got used to it after being in there for a while. Third, we weren’t asked if we wanted to wait for a table or if we were okay with sitting at the counter. After a 15 minute wait(not bad for a Saturday night) we were seated at the counter where we had to sit on stools. I had no place to put my big purse and had to hold it in my lap during the entire meal. Not comfortable! Overall, I’d give 3.5 stars to Yoroshiku!

I am not usually one to leave negative reviews but I really feel like I want to save others the $ 40+ dollars I wasted today at this place. Pros– solid noodles. Cons– literally everything else. We started with tea. They charge $ 3 a cup for ‘organic’ Japanese green tea. And $ 1 for hot water to top it off later if you choose. For $ 3 I expected nice, imported Japanese green tea, maybe Matcha or at least whole leaf tea. Instead we got Yama Moto Yama, whose factory is in Orange County and whose tea can be bought for $ 2 for 12 bags at any Asian store in Seattle. After reading all of the rave reviews on Unilocal about their Hokkaido fried chicken we ordered it. The chicken was moist inside, as well as soggy outside. It had no seasoning and the«spicy» dipping sauce was tonkatsu sauce straight from the jar. Onto Ramen, what we really came for and you probably are coming for too– bland. Having eaten ramen all over LA I’ve been sorely disappointed by Seattle’s lackluster ramen but was hoping this place would be different. We ordered 1 spicy miso with soft boiled egg(an extra $ 1.50) and 1 shoyu with soft boiled egg. The shoyu broth was flavorless. It tasted like warm water. It came with shredded leek, an overly blobby fatty piece of chashu pork and one limp piece of seaweed. The seasoned egg hadn’t been soaked long enough so while it appeared seasoned from the outside the white was flavorless and the yolk was much more medium boiled than soft boiled. The spicy miso broth was REALLY thick. Dare I saw mucousy. It had all of the same issues as the shoyu but had one flavor component– a mild level of spice. $ 40 for soggy chicken, watery broth, run of the mill tea and two flavorless eggs. Save yourself the time, money, and heartache and go anywhere else but here.

The ramen(noodle) part of it was the best part. Which is pretty much a make it or break it deal for me in most ramen places I go to. I had the shio ramen, with a soft boiled egg($ 1.5) also corn($ 1) it was good! I enjoyed the ramen thoroughly. The ramen itself($ 11) wasnt a bad price at all! Everyone was friendly there, you felt welcome for sure. Got seated right away, I would definitely come back and try their tapas, since I didnt have a chance to this time.

A solid 3.5 starts for Yoroshiku! My boyfriend and I came on a rainy Seattle afternoon for some delicious ramen. We were greeted upon entering and were immediately seated. We ended up sharing a ginger beer, and I got the Spicy Miso with Pork. The Spicy Miso broth was out of this world, very flavorful and was composed of very fresh tasting ingredients. Honestly I could of done without the pork in this dish, as I don’t like my pork too ‘porky’, if that makes any sense at all. One thing I found funny was that the ramen soup spoons they serve with it is more like a ladle, and you have to make sure you aren’t whacking someone in the stomach with your elbow!!! It should also be noted that we received our food twenty-five minutes after being placed, because somehow our order was overlooked by the kitchen. They were very apologetic and gave us a Kale Goma Ae on the house, which was surprisingly tasty! Overall, a very cute and warm neighborhood Ramen place in the heart of Wallingford, I will definitely be back if I am in the area again. You will not be disappointed!

The atmosphere, the layout, the service, the food, everything about it is five stars. This little gem is the best ramen I have found in the Seattle side. I had the spicy miso ramen and it actually had more spicy then a salty taste that I am used to at Kukai. The other foods on the menu all looked good and had a lot of variety. The Service was excellent and the place itself was clean and cute.

Finally! Some ramen in Seattle that is actually good! This ramen-lovin’ gal is happy. Got a chance to try Yoroshiku out with a friend when I met folks for a Ramen Meet-up Group. It was my first time trying the restaurant AND a meet-up, and both went surprisingly well! I initially thought our party of 10 was going to be a problem, but we spread out over 3 tables, and it was quite spacious considering the coveted space in Wallingford. Service was prompt and friendly. My friend and I started off with a fried chicken appetizer with spicy sauce, which was tasty, although the sauce wasn’t that spicy. We also both ordered the spicy miso ramen, which comes with a slice of roasted pork, seaweed, onions, and bamboo shoots. The portion was plentiful, and the broth was just the right amount of spicy to creamy ratio. We were too full to try any desserts, but I would definitely like to come back and have some green tea cake and/or ice cream. My entire meal was under $ 20(including drink), which I found to be reasonable. I had a great time here meeting new people and discovering this authentic and amazing ramen. Will definitely be back!

Ramen! Yum yum. I got the spicy miso made vegan. It was very good. I would be curious to try the non-spicy vegan option though. I think they used spicy sesame oil for the spice, which usually I love when it’s just a little bit, but by the time I was done with my meal the entire bowl was lined with red oil. I would have liked more spice, less oil. But, perhaps their regular miso has a lot of oil, too. Guess I’ll have to go back to find out. Very good noodles and not too much other stuff in it. Some bamboo shoots and corn. It comes with tofu and to have it vegan you need to get the fresh tofu. I was surprised at how big a piece you get. Yum. The atmosphere is nice. We sat close to the door and there isn’t a draft. The place was packed to the brim and, besides one guy sitting right next to me that was quite loud at times, the volume of voices was not too loud so you aren’t shouting across the table to be heard. We had the sake flight which was good. The first one was the best, and the second two were a bit too sweet for my palate. So, if you like sweeter sakes, try the flight!

Very cute place with good service. We came here for happy hour when it wasn’t that busy. We ordered kale goma ae, zangi, and wild salmon carpaccio, and spicy miso ramen. Everything was great here except the spicy miso ramen. The ramen was not spicy at all, and I wish that the broth was a little more flavorful and thicker. Kale goma ae and zangi were my favorite dishes. I totally loved the cream cheese with the kale, and the sesame smelled wonderful in the dish; the saltiness and sweetness in the salad was well balanced as well. As for the zangi, it was fried nicely and was not too oily. I would come back for the kale goma ae.

It was a little difficult trying to spot out this place at first, since the green-lettered store sign shows«4649», instead of «Yoroshiku». So just take note to look for«4649»! I made reservations the day before, because I thought it would be crowded. When we arrived for dinner, it was actually not too busy, and we probably didn’t even need the reservation. The shop is on the smaller side though, so I would recommend making reservations if you’re going with a larger group. I really liked the modern décor, and the bar seating where you can watch the chefs cook! Our waitress was also friendly, and the service was quick. Part of their menu is more of a fusion, and I was hoping to try their Okonomi Yaki(okonomiyaki + yakisoba). We ordered the Miso Ramen and the Okonomi Yaki. When our food arrived, we learned that they actually don’t serve the(modern) Okonomi Yaki anymore. it’s just an okonomiyaki now. My fault for not looking more into it beforehand, but :(Our waitress did say they sometimes make it for specials(eg. Seattle Restaurant Week) though! We thought the ramen and okonomiyaki tasted okay. The noodles were nicely al dente, but the soft-boiled egg was an extra $ 1.50(: /), and the broth was on the saltier and kind of thicker side. The okonomiyaki was smaller than we imagined, so I’m not sure if it’s as worth the price.
