I give it 5stars because it can deliver and taste good. It is not fancy as some best tasted restaurant but it is really what you want when you really hungry at the mid of nights. I do not know why it is closed now but I really miss it. It has all of the memory of my late night life.

Ordered pick up from here a few times. It’s not fancy or extra nice, but if it’s late and you want some wings, it works. You can get a big load of wings and a side to go after going out for beers down the road. Note that I am comparing this to other late-night, drunk food around this area, which isn’t much competition. I wouldn’t go here for, say, dinner, or something. It’s chicken with sauce; hard to mess that up. I felt bad for the workers because it seemed depressing in the shop. I did feel funny after having some of their blue cheese to dip my wings in, so I would suggest going easy on the ol’ bleu if you want something for dipping.

Absolutely not. I started to write this review after my experience but was interrupted. I came in today at 3:30. Someone said bye and went out the door, but I didn’t see anyone, not an employee or customer in sight. I looked over the menu and looked around while seeing no one for a couple minutes. The phone was ringing and being ignored also. I started to answer a text from my friend when I heard someone scream at the top of their lungs in anger, cursing. I jumped, scared, and looked up to see an employee holding a bowl, staring at me. I quickly walked out and he called after me, but no one speaks to me that way. I got in my car and started looking up the phone number for the manager when the same employee scared me again. A few minutes after I left, he came out to my car and pounded on my window. I immediately drove away. The world is full of crazies. Stay away from here.

This jerk failed to read basic instructions n delivery, SCREAMEDATME when delivering and it turns out HE’S THEOWNER. What a pathetic excuse for a human being. Never ordering again.

Went there on a Saturday, the 2 tables they had were empty. I figured since the place was empty that the food was awful, and we almost left. Glad we didn’t because the wings were excellent. Chicken was tender and the sauce was flavorful. Had the potato wedges which were ten times better than KFC’s. Loved the food and cant wait to go back.

Not nearly as bad as people say. Just make sure to use a coupon.

I don’t understand how this place is still in business. It makes me sad cause the Wing Zone in Louisville(where I used to live) was so delicious. When I ordered my wings, I went inside. The guy behind the counter was obviously under stress, but he literally screamed in frustration when he had to answer the phone. He then made my wings, which took forever, and at the end, I realized he was doing all this without using gloves. After paying for my food, I realized I was kinda grossed out by that fact, so I went back and said I would like my money back on my card. He said that he couldn’t refund me, but assured me that he always washes his hands. You’re supposed to wear gloves

Despite all these negative reviews, I was very satisfied with this WingZone. We ordered online and we had our food within 20 minutes. They delivered exactly what we ordered as well! The food arrived hot and ready to eat. The wedge fries were very delightful and the boneless wings were good too. The price was reasonable and there were many coupon offers to use! I would order again! Thanks WingZone!

I ordered a party platter to be delivered at a specific time the next day. They arrived an hour late. Before finally arriving, the delivery driver called and tried to tell me that I had to come out to his car for the delivery, and he would not bring it up to me. He was rude and fought with me. The service is atrocious. The food was alright. I will never order from here again.

My chicken tenders were less than the length of my finger. My side of coleslaw was smaller than my side of ranch and it was lukewarm at best by the time it was delivered to me… I’m super disappointed and will never return. The gentleman on the phone could barely speak English. My delivery driver definitely couldn’t speak English. I ended up throwing my food awaybecause it was disgusting. I feel like I just threw $ 40 in the trashcan.

Look, wings, like pizza, should technically always be good. However, they somehow managed to screw that up. The wings were just not good. I would not go here the next time a craving for wings comes knocking.

It took 4 and a half hours for me to get my food. The food was fine, nothing great, but it was fine… really cold… but fine… but honest… over 4 hours.

General trash food delivered to you by weirdos. I tried these guys twice when I wanted some chicken. The first time, they couldn’t operate the call box to deliver and the wings, really more like football shaped nuggets, were completely unsauced. No condiments provided. This second attempt was about the same, except with sauce and it took 90 minutes. This is not the place for your chicken fix. The other wing lair in the u district is far better and serves things that resemble chicken parts in sauce that doesn’t taste like a first strike chemical weapon.

Crap shoot. Sometimes it’s totally acceptable, totally fine! But sometimes your order will be a trainwreck. I got every single thing in my order incorrect. Every. Single. Thing. The first order I ever got from them was so terrible it was only years later that I gave them another try in my desperation for wings. I’d say one out of every 7 orders I get from them will have been assembled by trash clowns. Never pay with cash, they will not have change, the drivers will screw you out of your money that way.

When I moved to the neighborhood and got one of their fliers in the mail I was stoked! I never lived near a wing place that delivered before and I thought I was in for a treat! My boyfriend and I ordered via delivery twice, and while we eagerly hoped some mistake had been made during the first delivery that would be rectified during the second we were sorely mistaken. On both occasions our orders were delivered with elements missing. The first order contained some«Buffalo Bliss» boneless wings that were soggy but edible. The second time around I ordered the same hoping for an improvement but things were much worse. The breading was so soggy it had turned to goo and the chicken so over cooked and tough I could not bite through it. Sad day folks. Buffalo Bliss? More like Buffalo Blasphemy!

Don’t. Just … don’t. Look, I’m probably like you. I think chicken strips and wings are awesome, top 5 in my list of fav foods really. So one night I see a Wing Zone car drive by and think, «hell yeah I want some chicken strips delivered to me!» Keep in mind my chicken strip quality baseline is the grocery store. I figure if your business is to sell strips/wings you probably oughta at least be better than the grocery store’s strips. Calling in my order was challenging. There was a little language challenge — the order taker was not a native English speaker, which is fine, but it seemed to exacerbate the fact that he wasn’t listening to me. Of course the order was delivered late because they got the address wrong and the order was incomplete too. I know these things happen, but the order taking process just seemed so hurried it was inevitable it would be wrong. So my strips basket arrive, and I was … completely … underwhelmed. The strips were cold’ish, rubbery, just awful. I have honestly had MUCHBETTER chick strips that were bought in the frozen aisle and baked at home. The french fries were soggy enough to cook twice the quantity of fries. Wing Zone is now firmly placed inside my «never order from them again» list. Bummer …

So I feel crappy doing this, because when Dominque is working(I’m pretty sure he’s the manager) the place runs fine. However, tonight things were kind of a shitshow. Preface; Been ordering from here for six years. This is only the second time I’ve had a problem. That said, they’re pretty crappy at resolving it this time, whereas last time Dominique took care of it right away. So, food’s a little late. That’s ok. Sometimes you get understaffed, I’m not gonna be a dick about that. But the whole reason I ordered tonight was that I needed something quick I could munch on while working to make a deadline, and I was jonesing for comfort food. Unfortunately, they didn’t include either the ranch or the honey mustard I asked for(and I’ve got the EAT24 receipt right in front of me so I know I ordered ‘em), and the food was lukewarm. Well, the wings were warm, the fries were flat out cold, so let’s split the difference and call it lukewarm. It may seem like a little thing, but the reason every place in the world serves wings with ranch or bleu cheese is because they’re pretty gross without it. This is not an exception, especially when they’re barely north of room temp. None of that would have bothered me enough to write a review, but when I called up all they told me was that I didn’t order honey mustard(my receipt says I did), and they’d send me extra ranch next time. Ok, fine, but that doesn’t really solve any of my problems tonight. I just waited an hour and payed good money for food I’m not gonna eat(I wanted hot wings with ranch and hot fries with honey mustard, not warm wings and cold fries with nothing), and it’s now late enough that I basically can’t get anything else decent without leaving the house, and obviously I’m hungrier than I was an hour ago. Even if you give me 69 cents or whatever of free ranch next time, you’re still having me pay for twenty bucks of food I don’t want tonight. Doesn’t exactly scan. Anyways, bummed that this place sucks so much when there’s not somebody reasonable in charge. Five stars when Dominique is working, 0 when he’s not. Split the difference, call it two. Probably not gonna order again for a good long while.

Despite being Wing Dome fans of the Greenwood site, after renting some DVDs from Scarecrow Video, the kiddo(aka wing freak) convinced me to try out Wing Zone next door. Clearly this place is hopping with takeout /delivery orders as the phone kept ringing often. Kind of a challenge when there’s just one person covering it all, but eventually saw three delivery people during our wait. I even got to thumb through a restaurant industry magazine to learn what trends were ranked. We ordered the #6 — ten wings(garlic parm) and ten shrimp(plain). It was AOK, we devoured it once we got home. I don’t understand why we got a container of blue cheese dressing, but no celery sticks. Maybe we were suppose to dip the shrimp in it. No worries though, the shrimp tasted fine in the garlic parm dregs. AOK on the staff, the third star was due to the third delivery guy who actually acknowledged our presence while there and when we got our takeout order to go. Yep AOK overall = 3 stars. Tried it and it did the job, I’ll just will remain patrons of Wing Dome instead.

Awful! Just AWFUL! Ordered for delivery. Ordered honey BBQ wings, ck fingers with honey mustard, a burger and a fried ck sandwich. The wings were way over cooked and dry. The ck fingers looked and tasted like they had set out all day. They came smothered in the honey mustard instead of on the side. The burger was DEFINITELY frozen and tasted like crap! The ck sandwich was barely edible, also dry and tasted like it had sat out. Everything about this order was bad and it’s obvious they rely on drunk broke college kids to keep them alive.

The storefront is small so I prefer to get my orders to go. The parking lot(and I’m not even sure you can call it that) can fit 2 cars out front. Street parking is available for everyone else if you can find it. Currently, you can find a phone app deal that gives you 50% off your order, depending on the time of day. Additionally, you can get online deals that will save you some cash. The wings, standing alone are okay. The sauces, I believe are misleading. Maybe I have a spicy mouth, but I don’t find the sauces I’ve tried very hot(I haven’t tried them all). Other things, like burgers and fries are also okay. Service has been good — friendly, efficient, and gets the job done.
