Domino’s Pizza

Worst pizza ordering experience ever! Took over 2 hours to get our pizza, it was cold — and we still had to pay for it. Nobody ever answered the phone, their app will not allow me to leave a review. Probably will never order from them again. I sure hope Domino’s reads reviews on Unilocal

Had a birthday party with 14 seven-​year old girls attending. Ordered 4 pizzas at 5:18. Pizza’s finally arrived at 6:50, when the party was nearly over… so almost exactly 1 ½ hours after I ordered. I tried to call repeatedly to see what was going on and the phone was busy the whole time. Will never order from Domino’s again, as our neighborhood is apparently serviced by a Domino’s that is so slammed, that it is completely undependable.

I gave this location two stars only because the online ordering is user friendly and the delivery is usually fast and accurate. Every time I’ve ordered from this one they’ve put me on hold for a long time or the call disconnected! When the orders would come you know there’s going to be something missing or wrong with your order! The last time I ordered it took them so long and the order was wrong… The reply was something to the effect of, sorry dude. And bounced. Left the area since then and glad to see it seems to be the one location.

Ordered delivery on their website… pretty good deal for two medium pizzas. They came in a reasonable amount of time, maybe 45 minutes. When they came they were room temperature. Crust was basically burnt. Sauce was limited. Toppings were limp and flavorless. Cheese was coagulated. Didn’t have much of the garlic flavor they’re known for and is the main reason besides price that I order from Domino’s.
Ultimately it tasted like pizza that had been out for a couple hours at a party.
Delivery girl was nice and friendly, so it wasn’t a total wash.

Wow. Living at Children’s Hospital at the moment and these guys just delivered me pizza in 22 minutes from the time I hung up the phone, friendly delivery person came inside and had it waiting for me at the security desk. Hot and tasty. Thank you!

DO NOT (I repeat) DO NOT waste your time with this dominos. They will make you wait. You will be so hopeful to get pizza and have it in your presence. You will be on the phone thinking «yes, let me give you my money, and I will get pizza in return.» You know what you will get in return??? NOTHING. absolutely NOTHING.
The worst moment of my life was tonight. I did not get any pizza. They did not answer the phone. I called BEFORE they closed. I waited on the phone. I waited for a while. They answered and said «hello we are closed.» YEAH because the phone rang for MINUTES. rude. Ignorant.
Bye forever. I will be directing my service to clearly the finer pizza venues in this area, including A-​mart pizza. at least they answer and want my money.

The rudest Domino’s employees I have ever talked to over the phone. I’ve never written a review for any place until now, and I cannot believe the nerve of these people. This lady picks up the phone and gives me an attitude for asking her about my order. The whole thing was a misunderstanding and I told her I don’t blame her I just want to know where my order is. She didn’t help whatsoever and kept sighing like I have nothing better to do than listen to her doing that repeatedly over the phone. She then straight up hung up on me. Screw you Domino’s

I always order from Papa Johns, but thought I’d give Domino’s a try just to change things up. Now I’m sadly wishing I had just stuck with my delicious Papa Johns pizza. The one star is for the very fast service. I ordered online and was shocked to receive my pizza only 25 minutes later. Unfortunately the service doesn’t make up for very bad quality. The dough was extremely sweet, which was very strange for pizza. Also, the ratios of the pizza were completely off. The pizza was mostly dough with a little sauce, and even less cheese, with only a few toppings. What made the whole thing worse is there was absolutely no flavor to the pizza besides the sweetness of the crust. I didn’t think it was possible to have bad pizza, but Domino’s proved me wrong. If you’re thinking about ordering from here save yourself some money and go somewhere else.

Called this store about 5 times, my phone and my fiancé’s phone — no answer. We drove by them and saw people standing around and called and still no answer and they had an empty parking lot and their door was wide open to show they were open. We had to be home ASAP and would’ve stopped in to pick up if it weren’t for that but it was frustrating to have to wait until we got home to place the order since no one was picking up the phone. Pizza is always good but we always order brooklyn style and often we get regular crust.

I placed a order at 11 pm and it’s 12:32am and still no pizza. Tried sending a «motivation note» to hopefully speed them up but nothing. I also called like 6 times and no one answered. Never again will I buy dominos.

My review reflects the carry-​out option only. This is a high volume location, very close to UW, so I’ve found the pizzas there very fresh, always hot. They are not always ready when promised for pick-​up, but I know I’m getting a fresh out of the oven pizza when it’s ready. The on-​duty lead or manager is really good about making it up to you if you have to wait a few minutes. I see everyone hustling and moving, so it’s not a lack of effort on their part ensuring your pizza is ready on-​time, their volume just seems huge! We used to never order Domino’s, but we are pleased with this particular location and never hesitate to take advantage of one of their carry-​out specials. I like that I can order online and they have NEVER messed an order up yet (and we come up with some pretty interesting combinations). How many fast-​food places can you say always get your order right? This place has and I will continue to order from them (even though I have to drive 3 miles and believe it or not, there is another pizza place 1 block from our apartment which is great, but insanely overpriced).

Was able to order my vegan pizza online, it was delicious, the driver was friendly when he arrived. No complaints.

The first time I called (1.5 hours after I ordered), the girl who answered said they were backed up and my order will be out for delivery in 10 minutes. Now, an hour after, my order still isn’t here. Delivery time was supposed to be 15 – 20 minutes. 2.5 hours and nothing has happened! WTF.

I was helped by a man named Oscar and was very pleased with the customer service. He was super helpful even right before the store were to close.

Unilocal said this location closes at 1am on weekdays. Apparently it closes at 12am. Ordered at 11:50 for pick up, which I wouldn’t have done had I known. My partner heads out and shortly after I get a call from a VERY rude female stating «Did you know we close in 3 min??!» I said no, Unilocal was incorrect. She then asked «Well, are you going to be able to get here in a reasonable time?» I told her yes and that my bf was on his way. «Okay» then hangs up.
Okay, so as a fellow service industry worker I TOTALY get the «ugh» thought at last min diners. Like I said had I known I wouldn’t have. But hey, it happens! You’re open to 12, you take orders till 12. Even if it sucks, you suck it up and you certainly don’t call the customer and let them know what an inconvenience they are. And to top that off, undercooked pizza. I had become a fan, which is a lot for me to say about Dominos. But they have done a great job stepping up quality. They have a bad apple in that store and she works at night.

So, I’m so excited for my pizza.
Who wouldn’t be? After a drunk night, that’s all anyone wants. After I place my order online and it charges my credit card, still no pizza after an hour. I call the store and ask where my pizza is, and the girl says my order never came through. Let it be known that I have the confirmation in my email, and I tell her this. She states that there is nothing that can be done and she doesn’t care. I ask for the manager and she says she is the manager. I ask what her name is, and she hangs up on me. Are you serious? This is how you run a business? I am angry and ashamed. I will never be ordering dominoes again.
Do you know how much of a let down it is not to get your pizza? You committed a crime against humanity. I hate you dominoes, and especially the management in u district. This is not an attack, but more a warning to all the people who could be ordering dominoes, on a drunk night, when pizza is the only thing that’s gonna soothe your soul. Do not order from here unless you are totally despy.
But even then they might not bring your pizza.

I’ve been here a couple times now, and there has been some issue with the order every time. However, the staff has bent over backwards to get things right, and even when they did get things right and I had a picky request, they were happy and helpful. They’re working hard and are good people.
Mainly, I just wanted to give a shout out to this location for being so helpful when there were issues.

first I wanna say this is my first time ordering from Dominos pizza. I usually get my pizza from Pizza Hut but my boyfriend was hungry and dominos pizza was what he wanted so that’s what he got.
I place an order for pick up on Monday afternoon a medium pizza with chicken and sausage with Parmesan sauces and an 8 piece mango habenareo hot wings. The girl who took my order over the phone sounded fake and phony as hell, did I mention she sound like a robot and hella like «OMG» OMG!
When I got there I ask for some plates, crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese. (What normal pizza doesn’t have this right?) they told me that they ran out of plates and the store don’t Carey crush red pepper and Parmesan cheese! What the hell kinda pizza place is this!!! What kinda place don’t carry the two main condiments topping for pizza!
The wings was okay. I give it like 3.5 due to the fact the wings looks like the sizes of my pinky. (1 and a half to two inches and skinny as hell)
The pizza tasted rubbery and fake but I was super hungry so I just eat it. About two slices in I FOUND A BLONE PIECE OF HAIR IN MY PIZZA!!! What the hell is wrong with this place! I was so disgusted and yuck with this place I threw away the pizza and wanted to throw up the hot wings. Who knows if those 2 slices of pizza I eat had hair on them and etc.
I was so upset I called the store asked to speak to the manager to let her know about experience. She told me she can make me a new pizza but for what. Why would I want another pizza from you guys when I found hair on the first pizza I ever order from them. This will be the first and last time I will ever order from this franchise. I told her the only thing they can do is refund my money and do a better job on training their staff. If I could rated a 0 I would!

1 star is too many stars. Placed an order online, delivery was estimated for an hour. Ok, no problem. Realized I forgot to add the delivery instructions and tried to call the store…20 times. Kept getting a busy signal and when the call finally went through the person on the other end was about as unprofessional as you could be. Didn’t say sorry once, didn’t offer any remedy to the situation. All she said was that they were backed up and that the online order system doesn’t account for that. That’s all fine and dandy, unfortunately your phones don’t account for it either. I wanted to give dominos another chance, but I will not be ordering from them again.

The horrid reviews about the workers and the management actually made me scared when I ordered pizza online last minute before checking Unilocal.For me, service is a big make or break, and when I walked in, worried id have a throw down., the workers were actually very friendly! There was no problem, I got my pizza right away and she even offered me pepper flakes that I had forgotten to ask for lol
Side note, there was a very big hiring sign posted on the front window so hey, maybe all the assholes got fired.
