We stopped by here as we were already in the village shopping. There were plenty of open tables and servers galore, but we spent almost two hours here on a weekday afternoon(and not by choice). It was impossible to get a hold of a server to correct the mistake they made on our order, get a refill, or ask for the check. You could see many of them talking and looking at their phones in the back near the kitchen — which usually wouldn’t bother me, but if you have MULTIPLE tables shouting at you trying to get your attention, maybe it’s a good idea to wait until later. Plus, the pizza itself left much to be desired. We will not being going back.

I’m not sure why this place dropped so much in the quality of service(and food), but from being one of our favorite places at the UVillage, we are pretty sure that this is the last time we stopped by. It’s 5:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon, place is less then 50% full and yet, the service is laughable! My 5years old asked for a dough(that they give to kids to play), which she didn’t get, pizza arrived in a decent time frame, but as I’m typing this it seems to be huge confusion regarding the salad that we ask to go. As for the food quality, That has also drop significantly. Pizza is chewy and a bit sour(which was not the case before). Last time the wine that we ordered finally arrived at the end of the meal, and not the one that I ordered either. It is worth mentioning that the place has 10+ people working, so I’m really not sure what the problem is… It is a very cozy place and kids friendly(which we like). I’m sorry that it became so bad.

Just the typical pizza place. Small menu, OK facility. I ordered the shrimp linguine, the portion was large and good. The pizzas looked a little burnt. Convenient when shopping around. But there are so many other options near the shopping area, I would most likely not return as it was nothing special.

Everyone raves about this place, it was ok for me. The chop salad was huge and delicious. Everything complimented each other well. I wish they had more appetizer offerings that weren’t so heavy. The pizza crust was tough for me, tasted a little burnt and too smokey.

This might be the first place that I think is very underrated by Unilocal users. Service is very friendly and super fast, pizzas are delicious and the overall ambiance is very very pleasant. I will definitely come back and this place definitely deserves more than 3.5 stars!

My first time eating wood-fired pizza, or maybe in the Seattle area. Went with my family and we all split the following dishes: — Roasted broccolini: It’s the texture and not necessarily the flavor of this side that indicates that it’s roasted. That being said, I still enjoyed it and am thankful it wasn’t drowned in garlic or salt or whatever other restaurants deem acceptable nowadays to do to their roasted vegetables. — Beet salad: Got a small, thinking that I’d eat it by myself as a side. Turns out that everyone liked it too much to give that up. Kind of wishing that the beets, as thinly sliced as they were, weren’t stuck together in clumps. — Truffled Mushroom: A bit oily for my liking, but the cheese isn’t overwhelming on this pizza as it is on the other ones. — Green Goddess: If only there was a bit more pesto on this pizza, then it’d be perfect. If you are a die-hard vegetarian and love the taste of vegetables(and the texture, and everything) more than pizza itself, then go for this dish. — BBQ Pulled Pork: What every«BBQ pizza» at every chain restaurant aspires to be, but they’re smart enough not to ruin it by piling ham or pineapple on top. The combination of their in-house BBQ sauce, roasted pork, mozzarella, etc. gives this pizza a memorable smokiness. In any case, I’m not the biggest fan of pizza, but I can see myself returning here for the more veggie-friendly options.

The pizza was delicious, reasonably priced, and filling. I tried the Proscuitto and Arugula off the Specialty Pizza Menu. I appreciate the quality ingredients they use. I also had a Snickerdoodle cookie. Yum! The wait was almost a half an hour during the noon lunch rush, but they just opened, so I’m sure that will change.

I came here once for brunch and was floored by how good the pizzas were. Granted it’s not deep dish, Chicago-style, or even New York-style pizza, that’s not what they purport to make. These pizzas are created with only fresh ingredients and cheese that is of the highest quality. While some of the prices for a weekend brunch might seem a bit expensive, it is worth every bite. If you’re a student and really shouldn’t be spending your lunch money in U-Village, they offer a weekday lunch special of a pizza, salad, and drink for $ 10. Not too shabby. I’d head over for that any day!

Good vibe. Great for causal Friday nights with close friends. The noise level is average. There’s nothing much to be complained, not much to be highlighted either except for GELATO which is light and refreshing. Watermelon flavor is usually the best touchstone for gelato. They were out the night I visited. We had strawberries instead, which is just enough to tell the story. It’s one of my top two gelato in town. Pizza is fine, not amazing.

Came here for happy hour on a Sunday and sat in the bar. The bartender was helpful, plus the margherita pizza was pretty good. The sauce was flavorful and the crust was a good balance of chewy and crispy. Perfect for snacking on with a drink. I’d come back to try one of the pizzas on the regular menu, since there are only a few basic options with the happy hour discount.

Food is good but awful service ! Takes forever to get your food then they seem to do everything paisan bel to kick you out. My daughter was in the middle of eating her pizza then waitress came 3 times to check if we want it to go even though she was clearly still eating and they did not even offer the dessert option. Have never felt s rushed to finish a meal.

We were in the U Village for some errands and ended up grabbing dinner in the U Village. I was surprised that during a weeknight there was a wait time for about 20 – 30 minutes. We walked around the stores but soon enough my phone buzzed and we headed back to the heart warming fragrances at Elemental. The bummer was we had only half an hour before we had to be in a different place. Luckily the waiter and staff moved really fast and got us settled in no time. We ended up with a veggie lover and meat extravaganza pizza. We also got the burratta salad which was very generous. We ended up taking the pizzas to go and even though we ate them half cold on the way to our next adventure I still really liked the flavors. Honest ingredients and a nice blend of sour and salty in each bite. Best part of all, the pizza didn’t feel too heavy.

This is not a place to come and watch the game– despite somewhat low levels of dinners being present– the staff seemed irritated for those who ordered a drink to watch part of the game constantly asking food to order several times. They also close before the Seahawks game gets over. When the Ram is standing room only– this should serve as a wake up call to Elemental Pizza they are missing out an an opportunity to really grow their game day business. Why not have a small appetizer menu that actually offers game day food(not cauliflower with a spice or full sized pizzas) and provide such great service that you will want to order 2 drinks and maybe some food. I can understand if they were standing room only and turning guests away because a bar stool was used but this is not the case when empty seats are still available and yet no one wants to sit in them… wonder why…

This place is fantastic. I’m not a fan of the University Village in general, but I can’t blame Elemental for that. I’ve been here at least a dozen times, and the pizza is always spot-on. Not a huge fan of their beer selection, but I completely understand they can only really carry what customers will buy. The prices are very comprable for the quality of the product too. Why did I take off 1 star? Well, the service wasn’t great. It was totally acceptable, but just not great.

When I came to get a pizza I noticed the pizza line were texting while MAKING my pizza. That is a huge health code violation and I feel like I should contact the state about this! Who knows what germs are on their phones, that are then going on their hands and gloves and then my pizza? I would expect better from someone in the food industry. Not to mention how rude, ill-mannered and completely unprofessional the pizza line seemed. Perhaps it was the texting, maybe it was the vulgar language. Either way I will never be coming back, and I will NEVER suggest it for anyone else.

Ok so I have a love hate relationship with this place, the food is pretty great, every time I go I get their meat lovers pizza and sub out the salami for the spicy one which is amazing. However, the service is lacking a lot. I wanted to get some bread before my food came out, 20 min later no bread, after asking again the server had it out in about 10 seconds, it wasn’t even particularly busy. Now usually I wouldn’t really care but it has happened every time I go there. The drinks are OK, as a bartender I appreciate a well done cocktail but their drinks are not amazing. The one I had was so incredibly pulpy I couldn’t believe it. Some might like it that way but I’m not a fan, I can deal with a bit of pulp but this was beyond your every day bit of muddling. It’s flavor was lackluster and the other ones just didn’t look really great. The one my mom ordered wasn’t amazing either so that is 0 for 2, order a beer instead. If I were you I’d order to go, if you don’t you will end up waiting a long time and having to deal with the crappy waitstaff.

We stopped here for a late lunch on a recent visit to U village. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the server was super friendly. The pizza is excellent, with a wood-fired crust that is cooked in an open kitchen that is weirdly mesmerizing to watch.(Yes, they toss the dough in the air, like the good old days). I went for the baked potato pie, which is what it sounds like — a stuffed baked potato in pizza form, with bacon bits, sour cream, you name it. I was worried that it would be a misfire, but the server assured me it was«decadent», and she was right. I ended up taking half of it home — it was rich and filling and the crust was perfectly charred. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs, which isn’t actually on the menu, but it’s available if you ask. The meatballs were massive and nicely seasoned with fennel, which I liked, but she wasn’t crazy for. It was a good sized portion for the price and quality. This is easily one of my favorite restaurants in U Village, for the price, quality, and overall atmosphere. A win.

This was one of the rare restaurant experiences that I’ve walked away from feeling disappointed. Let me state that I have only been here once and this may have been an isolated experience. My night started out okay. The restaurant was full, but the hostess informed me that we could sit at the bar area. We sat immediately, but had to take our own menus. Weird, but i’ll go with that. It then took about 15 minutes before someone came to ask if we were being helped. Not a good start. Meanwhile I observed 3 other tables/parties seated and helped, including two people sitting right next to me, before our server arrived. What made it more strange was once our server came and asked if we were okay I mentioned that we knew what we wanted and were ready to order. He then proceeded to say«Okay! Let me get you some water.» and then walked away for another 10 – 15 minutes. Food was okay, but the overall organization and attentiveness of the staff needs work. Again, I’m hoping that this was an isolated incident and another visit(not anytime soon) will be much different.

Elemental Pizza is a very good stop at the u Village. The menu is short and sweet with good variety and high local quality foodstuffs. The location is very nice and casual, and the atmosphere is very relaxed and visually engaging. You feel like you are eating at a café but at the same time feel as if you are inside your local pizzeria’s kitchen. We ordered the BBQ pulled pork pizza and it was perfect. At 12″, it wasn’t too sweet nor too doughy. The crust was crunchy and baked to perfection. Truly good woodfired pizza. I didn’t try the drinks or sandwiches but the peoplenext door had a huge salad that was enough for two. Portions are good and items from the salad and pizza menu feed at least two people. The staff was very friendly and even got us softdrinks in to go cups! Will definitely recommend and revisit.

This place is a hub for parents of small children and preteens who are trying to get a night out while also entertaining the kids. The entire place is completely packed with pre-teens sitting at their own tables with parents either next to them or somewhere else in the mall having some time to themselves. I like that it’s a safe, comfortable place where you can drop off your kid and their friends and know they’re going to get something ok to eat and have a good time. I also like that their pizza is a little step up from the normal chain stuff. My boyfriend and I ordered a Caesar salad and quattro formaggio pizza. The salad was pretty good! Shaved parmesan and nice crunchy croutons with crisp romaine slathered in Caesar dressing. The pizza was not as exciting – honestly, the flavor was strikingly similar to canned spaghettios – but it wasn’t terrible. I can definitely see the benefits to such a place being available. It’s not really a place for foodies, but it is both kid and parent friendly, and if I were trying to keep my kid and myself happy on a Saturday night, I’d definitely utilize this resource.
