This subway is one of the best subways in Seattle. Clean. Friendly. Never have problem of running out of food like some subways do. They have the best deals in Seattle. The prices are fair. The employee seem happy, i actually have asked about the owner and they say he’s a great boss. All positive! I would recommend this store over others.

Wish I had realized they aren’t part of the $ 5 footlong deal. Otherwise, a standard subway. Customer service okay, but there are better subways. Never really busy, so great if you’re in a hurry for lunch. Parking is scarce, but I haven’t had a problem(because they aren’t busy). I would give them more stars and frequent more often if they participated in the monthly deals.

Friendly employees, standard Subway situation. THEYDONOTPARTICIPATEINNATIONALSUBWAYPROMOTIONS as a franchise. So no $ 5 any footlongs. They do recognize the subs of the month, but that’s it.

Three stars is right on. This Subway is always just fine and the employees are friendly. The vegetables can look a little sad at times. This last visit the lettuce was very sad. Tomatoes, too. However, it’s a-okay for a Subway.

It’s a Subway. Need I say more? All in all, I think most of them are the same and offer a healthy, easy lunch option. I like this one and tend to gravitate to it over the other Subways in the Ballard area. The parking is convenient, they don’t up charge me for the little extras in my sandwich and everyone that works there is friendly and personable. As mentioned in another review, they also offer spinach as an alternative to lettuce. Not all locations do this. Rock on Crown Hill Subway.

Sorry, but this Subway location is not one of the best. The place is new and clean, which is great… but it’s the only great thing about it. My friend and I went to this location because I was trying to avoid the terrible location near 15th and Market St, but we were disappointed. Here’s the deal: the bread was hard. Not hard like a rock or something, but very FIRM. So firm that it made eating the sandwich an unpleasant experience. On top of that, despite the generally pleasant demeanor of the girl who made my sandwich, the actual execution of the sandwich was lacking. I ordered a veggie… a VEGGIE… this means I want lots of veggies. If I tell you that I would like a lot of olives, that doesn’t mean I want the standard amount of olives. I want MORE. A lot more. And just because I ask for mustard as my only condiment doesn’t mean I want you to squirt a gigantic huge glob of mustard across the entire sandwich, soaking every veggie in sight. I want standard mustard… like everyone else. I don’t want every single bite to burn my tongue with yellow mustard. If I hold the sandwich tightly, mustard should not squeeze out of the end in large globs. This should be self-explanatory, but in the case of this location… it is clearly not. On the plus side, my chips were actually all in tact, as opposed to the 15th and Market location where you open your bag of chips to find a bunch of crumbs looking back at you.
