Watch out for the hidden costs and they don’t speak english to understand what you want or explain why the price is off.

Worst panda ever! I had the most horrible fight with«Jenny«terrible customer service! Rude rude rude absolutely no manners! Second time that she serve my food and always end up in a big argument or fight because this woman wants to serve you the food she wants! Not what you want!!! She gives the most miserable poor portions of food, very cheap! Then she over charge you at the end! I will never never never going to give my money to this Panda Express in my life! She’s absolutely the worst mean person I ever met in the customer service history! I try to contact the manager and as soon the answer the phone they pretend that they are not listening or understanding that you need to talk to the manager or owner… playing games because they know is a complaint!

The food quality is inconsistent, ranging from mediocre to awful. We have eaten there five times and every time has been different. I won’t go back after today as my «steamed rice» was undercooked and stale, the chicken was also a bit long in the tooth and I found a sharp bone in my orange chicken over an inch in length. I could overlook the bone as they don’t trim their own chicken but the food quality was just awful. It’s difficult to really mess up steamed rice but they managed it well enough.

To me fast-Chinese-food can’t get better than Panda. There also is a very limited number of places that can be considered fast-Chinese-food. Consistency of the food is why I continue to visit the establishment(s). Tastes do not change from location to location(this is includes different states). Personally I go when I feel like being reminded of home(don’t know why Panda reminds me of Hawaii) or if I’m super lazy and don’t want to cook.

Was having a low blood sugar moment and left my Panda Express purchase there. Whoops! Although it was my fault they were very kind and courteous, gave me a fresh course of what i originally purchased. Thank you so much!

Seriously? I got the bowl and the guy gave me 6 pieces of orange chicken and half a bowl of rice. At the very least I should have gotten a full bowl of the fried rice. Plus the rice was crazy dry and tasteless. Thought I would try a Panda Express for the first time and it was pretty much exactly how I heard it would be. Not good.

Orange chicken. Don’t judge me. You know you want some. Is it the best orange chicken I’ve had? No. Is it reliable? Yes. At this location. There are two locations near me in North Seattle and this is one of them. I’ll choose this one every time(unless I’m literally walking by the other one in Northgate Mall). I like that it is not very busy when I come here. I hate standing in a huge line where people are staring at the food like they don’t know what to order(they want orange chicken). I often have only 1 – 2 people in front of me, if that. I also like it here because I often catch them when it’s time to make a new batch of the dish I want(orange chicken). I’m just kidding, that’s not all I eat(I’m totally lying, that’s really all I eat). The beijing beef is also a favorite because it’s fried beef soaked in sauce. The reality is that I try to avoid Panda because I’ve cut way back on carbs and the fried rice and chow mein… well, I’m drawn to that like moth to a flame. The staff has been efficient and appropriate, not overly friendly or unfriendly. Of course, they take great pains, as all Pandas do, to ensure you get your receipt, otherwise, your meal may be free. Has anyone ever gotten a free meal for the lack of a receipt? I think it’s an urban legend. Finally, because this location is inside a QFC store, there are often seats available and it’s quieter than the mall locations. If you want fast, consistent food, this location is for you.

Panda Express(at least this location) is better than many of the Chinese restaurants in the Greenwood/Ballard area. That is not saying alot for our area and it’s Chinese restaurants, but sadly it’s true. The Panda food is a good deal when you want decent, edible, take out. It’s freshly cooked, not greasy, and some of the dishes have a nice little spice to them. I’m not saying this is fantastic food, but it’s fast, has a few good choices, and very reasonably priced for what you get. We can typically get dinner for around 10 bucks, and it’s better than having traditional fast food. Plus, being located inside of QFC we can pick up other things we need at the same time. Like donuts.

Some have described Panda Express as the McDonalds of Chinese food – I amicably disagree. Rather, I’d liken it to the Sistine Chapel of cuisine: an existential, overwhelmingly beautiful experience for mind, soul, and palate. The food items are colorful and artfully arranged so as to invite the customer to explore such questions as, «What am I doing to make the world a better or place?» or, «Do I want chow mein or fried rice?» The textures are tempting and tantalizing. Biting down on golden nugget of orange chicken – with it’s crispy yet forgiving exterior and ebullient partnership of tang and savor – one very quickly forgets he might be dining on cat meat. Washing down an overeager mouthful of chow mein with phosphorescent Mountain Dew is an experience whose ecstasy is rivaled only by childbirth, summiting Everest, and the like. Only because I am limited to Unilocal’s earthly parameters have I awarded Panda Express with a 5-star rating. There are not enough stars in this, and 10 other, galaxies to duly represent this restaurant’s goodness. Nor, even, are there enough stars to compose the heavenly constellation Panda Express deserves.

Panda Express, is fast casual Chinese food. I really enjoy Panda Express. The food taste good, prices are reasonable & I can get in and out in minutes. A few tips: On the back of your receipt is a survey, fill it out and on your next visit you’ll get a free entrée with the purchase of a two plate entrée. If there running low of a particular item or it doesn’t look so fresh, feel free to ask them to make you a fresh batch. They’re usually happy to do so.

For the most part all Panda Express food taste the same wherever you go. However, this is the freshest food and nicest staff out of all the nearby Panda Express locations.

If you have had Panda Express one place you have had it at all places — they all taste the same. Maybe you will find one with a nuace of difference in flavor — but for the most part all the ones I have tried in the area taste the same. My issue with this Panda is that they seem to close really early — and when they get close to closing — they don’t refill the entres they run out of. This is a problem as I love their String Bean Chicken — and they are always out. Even when I come in way before closing they NEVER have string bean chicken ready. Half the time the lady even tries to ask me if I want something else so they don’t have to make me fresh string bean chicken. Clearly they must sell it if they are always out of it. So my complaints are that they never have string bean chicken ready and they close too early — but otherwise the food is great.

Panda Express is gross fast food, but the orange chicken is a must once a year.

Panda Express is like Chinese food McDonald. FAST! But, as far as the taste or authenticity goes, it’s of course not as good as the real food. This is just a day I grabbed a quick bite while doing grocery shopping. And, yes, I could have just purchased the ingredients and cooked. But, it’s a lazy Sunday afternoon. :-P I’d have to give some credits to the store front. It’s clean. And, the staff is very friendly. Not to mention, you can taste before you make decision of what you want.

This Panda Express is a par above the rest. They are consistently good in terms of taste and texture(No dog meat!!) and speed. Not much more I can ask for from fast food. This Panda Express is located inside the QFC in Holman road. A good choice for a cheap, quick, and tasty way to fill your belly.
