After visiting the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, and Princess Nails(yes, being a tourist in Seattle requires getting a shellac manicure), I needed a beverage after a fun day. Naturally, I looked for a Starbucks. This location was on my way back to the hotel. It was 19 °C, which I consider to be warm for March. I went to the drive-thru and ordered an iced green tea. I needed something refreshing to drink. This drive-thru was busy. There were four cars in front of me. I like it here. The lanes are wide. When you exit the place, there are lanes to turn left and right. The location is a bit of a problem when you want to turn left, as I had to. Traffic can be heavy and they are driving at quite the clip! The barista was friendly when she handed me my beverage. My drink tasted great. My Starbucks barcode in my phone works well in the States, thankfully! (86)

I have visited this Starbucks about 20 – 25 times now. Each time they have been friendly and helpful. I usually use the drive thru, but on this occasion I went inside. There were lots of people in line, but each one seemed to pass by quickly but still with a smile. They have lots of seating to accommodate visitors. Overall, I am pleased with my service and the coffee tastes great and consistent as most Starbucks’ do.

This location was my favorite now it’s not. Service keeps going downhill and drinks are horrible. There is lack of passion going on there and I can’t pin point it or who it is but something is up. My drink had curdled milk in it, I get that drink every day and never had that happen before. I almost threw up, instead it was wasted in the garbage. Not only that they gave the guy that came AFTER me a drink card for waiting, I got my drink(the other drinks I ordered were complete) 5mins after him after they asked what else I was getting. I spent over $ 20 he had one drink and he gets the drink coupon? I was late for a business meeting that I stopped to buy coffee for on top of everything because of the ridiculous wait. I had plenty of time. I get it was raining and busy in the drive thru but I tried to help by coming inside and I got pushed aside and received a crappy drink on top of it all. Good thing you have other locations. Peace out! The curdled milk sealed the deal for me.

I have been a patron of the drive-thru Elliot Ave location for years. The last few visits has determined I will be visiting another SBUX in the future. If you are lucky enough to receive a pastry/baked good/sandwich, it will be the wrong item or burnt. However, more times than not, prepare to hear«we just ran out», even at 7:30am. Beverages aren’t any better. You order an iced mocha, your get a caramel macchiato. You order hot tea w/milk and splenda and you get an iced tea w/classic. When you point out the mistake and ask for the beverage you confirmed not once but twice at the FaceTime menu board, the trainee is blatantly rude. If you try paying w/the SBUX app and the scanner doesn’t read the first time, that rudeness doubles.

Starbucks is okay coffee. If you’re from Seattle or in Seattle for that matter there are so many other better options. I do get coffee here often but would say that it is more akin to my being hungry and lazy and not wanting to go find quality food so I had to go to a Wendy’s. Starbucks is the fast food of coffee. Quality establishment for sure but if I’m rating this on the coffee I’d say you can do better for sure without trying very hard or liking very far.

They ALWAYS do a great job at this location with our drinks. Thank you for making our Venti Soy Decaf Americano mistos perfect every time. Although, I truly wish they’d actually fill the cup; it’s like getting getting a Grande for a Venti cost. But this seems to happen at most of the locations lately

It’s Starbucks, so you know what to expect. This review is for their speedy service, getting me to work on time! I’ve got the right, custom ordered, coffee every time. My go to if I am in a rush.

I have been going to starbucks everyday for the past 5 years and I had the worst experience at this location. Staff are not friendly at all, one of the girls in there was so rude. I ordered a butter croissant and it was kinda burnt so I asked them to make another and she said«sorry this the last one» and didn’t want to do something about and when I told her I want my money back she give me this really bad attitude. Long story short, this starbucks doesn’t know anything about customer satisfaction/care.

Today was my first experience at this Starbucks. None the less, I should have known what to expect… high prices and a pissed off look from the barista. Well, good morning sunshine! I typically like to support Ma and Pa shop’s however this stop was out of convenience. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to others due to the way I was treated and may never go there again, and yet another Starbuck’s just opened in my neighborhood. Woo hoo, not another one!

Interesting trip though the Starbucks Drive thru today. I attempted to order a flourless chocolate cookie, and instead, received a «flower» shortbread cookie. Upon opening the bag and grabbing the cookie, I realized that the barista had not understood my order. I explained the mixup, and she informed me that I had received the last«flower» cookie, and that they were unfortunately out of the flourless variety. Not wanting what I received, I returned the bag and cookie back to her. After pulling out of the drive thru lane I realized that I didn’t receive the water that I had ordered, so I decided to pop inside and pick it up. While I was waiting in line, I noticed that the cookie I had returned(and touched) was being pulled out of the bag and placed back into the case for purchase. It looks as though these Starbucks employees could use a refresher course from the King County Health Department.

I go to starbucks wherever I go and I am a fan of the drive through locations so I come here very often. The service here is great! Even with a full lobby and a drive thru line out of the parking lot the employees are super nice and friendly! They have a video screen of the barista taking your order so even in your car you get a really nice(and really cool) personal experience. For the amount of times I have been here, and how busy they get I am surprised by and applaud the fact I have never had a bad experience or messed up order. Starbucks is a reputable business but I have had many locations make mistakes, this one is on top of their game! Love it & I will always be back

This place has a huge amount of parking. But it weirdly doesn’t have that many seats inside. It was ok– it could have used a few tables wiped down and a quick vacuum. My service was slower than most. My drink was good though, no complaints. I get caramel machiattos that are sugar free– I’m pretty sure the syrup on top isn’t and they don’t think to ask. This will sound silly, but what really made me go wow was how clean the bathroom was– and the fact there were more than 1 stall in the ladies’ room. Yes, I know, I know. It’s the little things. But seriously, I don’t know if I just happened to pop in there at the right time, but this bathroom was super clean. Everything was polished and beautiful. I was impressed. I consider that this place probably gets a lot of rush hour traffic in the drive thru, so maybe that’s why, but it was nice.

Aren’t all Starbucks the same? They are to me at least. I am no coffee snob, I even enjoy coffee from 7 – 11. However, I do like that this location has a screen that shows the order taker from the drive thru, so you can totally see if they do an eye roll as you’re asking a stupid question. I always prefer the hibiscus tea over coffee anytime past 10:30am… its damn tasty and you even get whole berries in it. My boyfriend gets some coffee that has all those fancy«this, but not that, a little this, and iced» ok whatever, coffee is coffee kid.

I love this Starbucks because it has a drive through and its located on a nice busy street that I frequent! The only downfall is sometimes the drive through line is super long. When that happens it makes more sense to just go inside. The staff is always friendly. I have never had anything but a positive experience here! Watch out for the parking lot raccoons! I have seen them rummaging through the garbage in the early AM.

A very busy Starbucks-you’ve been warned :) The environment isn’t that great… low ceilings, and just a different vibe from other locations. If you are taking your drink to go it’s fine, but I wouldn’t recommend bringing your laptop here and staying a while. My girl Jaime is an awesome barista here. You should come here just to see her.

My go-to Starbucks drive-thru, but only because it’s closest to my house. There are a few exceptions, but anymore 9 times out of 10 the person manning the window is unfriendly. I don’t know what it is about this location that makes this the case; most other ‘bucks-thrus are friendly(sometimes too friendly). Anyway, here, expect for the most part to not get eye contact or a thank you. And expect ALWAYS to have to ask for a sleeve or a napkin, because(other than the Hawaiian[?]looking guy with the wavy, dark hair and glasses or the bald, sweet, gay guy), aint no one gonna give you one unless you specifically ask. They just want to be done with you.
