Seattle Salads is awesome! Not only are they a salad place that delivers(BIGPLUS) they are super friendly and helpful. I had made a mistake on my online ordering and they allowed me to fix it without any hassle. I order salads from here for work from time to time, I will be using them more often for sure! It helps that their salads are really unique and delicious. Thank you guys, you rock!

Take-out only, as the indoor & outdoor seating is extremely limited(a few barstools, 1 table outside) — but delicious salads to grab when on the run. Healthy, tons of options for custom salads, multiple size options, yummy dressings. Very friendly, chatty staff. The popcorn they sell is also delicious.

The only place that actually makes me crave a good salad here and there. My friends will probably die of shock when they see this. I’m infamous for eating nothing but red meat, and greasy, fried, food. Whenever I’m in Madison Valley I have to stop here. Been in a handful of times and never got something I didn’t like. They’ve always got a homemade soup available that is absolutely yummy. The staff is super friendly and their ingredients are always very fresh. You have the option of getting your salad dressing mixed in or on the side. They’re great about putting just the right amount of dressing so that it’s not too drenched, nor too dry. They’ve got salad combinations already made, or you can build your own. The prices are a little high, but nothing surprising for a health food place in Seattle. Parking can be a little tricky in that area, it’s always busy and there’s no lot. I usually park a block or two up from the place. The seating here is very limited as well. A few bar stools cramped inside and two little tables outside. They always keep the restaurant overly warm so I don’t like to eat inside, but now that it’s fall, it’s a little too chilly for outside. Consider take out to Madison Beach if it’s warm enough, or just to take back home/office if you’re with friends/large group.

Second time’s the charm? Veggies seemed fresher and it was good! Service was a little slow and no seating holds it back.

Wish DC had a salad fast casual this good. Chopt and Sweetgreen dont come close. I had the peanut chile salad. It was fresh and delicious. The people working at SS were friendly, as PNWesterns are. Will return the next time I’m in Seattle.

Great salads, super healthy, fresh ingredients mixed together in some well thought through combinations. A top local lunch spot to grab some take away salad

Good fresh salads, a bit over priced, but tasty! Had the Cobb Salad and Curru Soup. Both tasty and filling. Service was great and sat in the cute back patio. Also very close to the fab Japanese Gardem just a few minutes away!

I’m kind of bummed that I don’t live in Seattle because I want to try all of their salads and dressings! I had a cobb salad with the cilantro lime vinaigrette. It was fresh and delicious! The staff was also really nice. The salads are on the pricey side, but I think they’re worth it. Not much seating, so it’s good for a grab n’ go salad.

This is certainly not a place to sit down and enjoy company, the only seatting they have is some barstools along a ledge on the side of the shop. The inside is very tiny and basically a to-go only restaurant. They also seem to pride themselves on being healthy, fresh and organic. However when asked where their produce came from the employees didn’t know and mentioned the owner’s attitude was«whatever is less expensive». The only ingredients that are even organic is their greens! They did however know that their eggs are Wilcox and meat was not local or sustainable. None of the food tastes fresh because it isn’t. My salad had brown Romain lettuce. This is just an overall bad establishment.

Let me tell you, these are the best salads I’ve ever had in Seattle and possibly my whole life. Try the lime peanut salad!

I can’t review the food we didn’t stay. I choose this restaurant because of all the great reviews. But no one said it was a tiny mainly to go place. With only a very small eating ledge and 4 stools on one side of the door and maybe 3 on the other. Not comfortable for a group of friends to sit and have a nice lunch. And the hanging plant they have is in desperate help to survive. Water and plant food would be of great help. It just added to the uncomfortableness of the place. Now if you are just running in for a to go place it might be the perfect spot. We left and went to Blu Water restaurant. Perfect place to sit and visit with friends.

The world needs more salad shops. And this one — I stumbled upon it and now, 6 months later, it’s my go-to for a fresh, healthy, yum, filling meal. Everything made from scratch — soup and dressings included. Simple = so good.

Awesome friendly service and one of the best salads I’ve had in a while! There is adorable back patio seating that is both romantic and relaxing.

Tasty salads — fresh and organic. Reminds me of Sweetgreen in Washington, DC, but more local. Definitely will be back, and love their punch card.

My wife turned me onto this place but I hadn’t been myself until recently — consider me converted. I love getting a salad, esp for lunch, but there aren’t a ton of places that have this amount of variety and freshness. So far I’ve had a few of the«signature» salads as doing«make your own» seems like a good idea but mentally overwhelming with all the choices. For my kids I’ve ordered the smaller«kids plates» which can have chicken or not, and then include a choice of 4 – 5 other veggie/crunchy ingredients — fast food, but way healthier than what you’d get elsewhere. To me even the«small» salad is quite large and more than I’d normally eat for lunch — it could be all I eat for dinner though. I’ll definitely keep experimenting with the different salad options and maybe one day mentally get prepared for ordering my own creation. I hope they expand soon as this seems like a concept that would be good all over the city.

Great! There are no other words to describe this place! The salad is made right in front of you so you know its fresh and the workers are so nice! After working out, I am usually just so hungry and I stopped by here to get my salad. They make it fast, it tastes amazing, and there are plenty of parking. The place is rather small, so I’m not sure it’ll be great for groups. But I usually have it to go.

Since when the definition of salad became«a bowl of salad dressing with a sprinkle of salad greens on top»? Honestly, I stopped ordering salads outside of my house because I was getting so sick of salads that are drenched in oily salad dressing. Try walnut quinoa salad with apricot vinaigrette at Seattle Salads!!! The dressing was light, but still flavorful. The salad was delicious and surprisingly filling. The service was fast but friendly. Such a great lunch spot!

Delicious. Period. They have great salads, and you can even make your own if you’re a picky eater. I had a cobb salad today(the big bowl) and it is just perfect. Fresh ingredients, amazing service, and they’ll even toss the dressing in if you ask. :) PLUS they have way more than salads. They have two soups of the day every day, curry, coconut oil popcorn, and some healthy sweets. ALSO, they deliver within a 5 mile radius during the weekdays. This would be a great place to put together a big work order in for lunch and have them deliver!

What a neat idea! I often find myself wanting a salad but I’m too lazy to buy all the materials to put it together. And usually those premade salads at grocery stores have been sitting around for who knows how long! this is where Seattle Salads comes in! Every time I go I get the 32oz bowl and create my own. I usually go for a greek style salad. The ladies making my food are super helpful if I can’t decides what fixin’s I want. AND they load you up with veggies. I can barely finish it all in one sitting. Parking is kind of a pain in that area of madison, but it’s worth it for a healthy, reasonably priced lunch: D

First, I just have to say that a great salad place that delivers to offices is a FAB idea and I wish I’d thought of it! Anyway… my office-mates and I read an article about Seattle Salads, and decided to give them a try. We ordered the Lime Peanut, Mandarin Sesame, Quinoa Walnut Goat Cheese, and some other one that had bacon in it and blue cheese dressing. We all shared all the salads so we could decide which ones we liked best. I highly recommend doing this, as it seemed that each of us had our personal preference and it wasn’t always the one we had initially picked. We also tried the Tomato Thyme soup. Here is a summary of my thoughts on Seattle Salads: Pros: –And most important… the salads themselves were absolutely delicious, the combinations were creative and the quality of the ingredients spot-on! The dressings were also all really good, in my opinion. –I thought, and at least one of my co-workers agreed that the Lime Peanut was to-die-for delicious! Probably one of the tastiest salads I’ve ever eaten, ever. –They deliver!(but there’s a catch, see«cons» below) –It was a reasonable price… and a good value Cons: –One of my co-workers pulled a long, reddish-brown hair out of the first salad that she opened, and it was quite the turn-off. Didn’t stop us from eating the salads, but I spent many years working in the food industry, and that is a huge no-no. Gotta be a little more fastidious, gals! –The soup(tomato) was just meh. Tomato soup is my favorite and I’ve made gallons of it and eaten more gallons from restaurants over the years. This one had a tomato-sauce-like consistency that just had me wishing for a bowl of spaghetti. –I wish they delivered on more days than Tuesdays and Fridays, and I wish you could place your order the day before, instead of two days before. There were a number of people who wanted to get in on our order but it was too late. All in all, though, we WILL be ordering from Seattle Salads again for sure, and are spreading the word at our work location for our next salad day!
