I ordered the Curried Mango Coconut warm bowl with quinoa on the bottom. It was delicious! I was attending a conference at the Seattle Conference Centre and am from Toronto Canada. Even taking into account the current low value of the Canadian dollar and allowing for the conversion rate the food was very reasonably priced and I think may have been cheaper by comparison to other food establishments in the area. I had some difficulty ordering partly because I was tired and mostly because there were so many great things on the menu. I had trouble deciding but it wasn’t a problem because the staff were polite, pleasant and patient. The take out packaging was also environmentally friendly and compostable. I wish the Juicy Café well. My only regret is that I could not stay at the convention long enough to enjoy more items from their menu. If you are at a convention, there is a lovely quiet seating area just outside the Juicy Café. No need to make the long trek out of the building to eat. Don’t be intimidated by the menu your first time. Just ask the staff for help. The staff are not judgmental and won’t treat you like you are«uncool» just because you are not a veteran ordering healthy fare. Once you have tried the food you will want to return again and again.

We came here on our first day. We came because of the reviews it got. But we were met with disappointment. The food was mediocre, but the service was pretty good. We have a lot of allergies so the person making the food came out to verify everything — which was greatly appreciated. However the person who was cashiering wasn’t very friendly and didn’t know what she was doing. I would pick another place before thinking of coming here.

Maybe im new here, but I just dont get it. I pay first and they just threw my salad together without asking if I even wanted all the ingredients. They also out about a cup worth of vinegarette on my small salad, I dont think anyone wants that much dressing ever. Overpriced, essentially inedible salad and not the best service. I think ill stick to evergreens.

Love a juice place that makes it fresh, got a lime and cilantro bowl and it was so filling :) they were about to close and one of the workers came and gave us some warm veggies in a cup or else they would’ve gone in the trash. Very thoughtful

Healthy, fast, cheap and delicious! What more could anybody ask? Got a triple green pesto bowl(basil walnut pesto sauce over spinach, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, parmesan) with brown rice and chicken for 6.95+0+1.50=8.45 $+tax. It comes in a small recyclable box that’s mostly full. Don’t let the small container fool you though… everything inside is incredibly filling and will keep you full the entire afternoon. The chicken comes shredded and mixes really well with the sauce. The flavor is something I’ve never had before both light, yet bean pasty. Only wish is that they had more of the actual vegetables besides spinach and cabbage evenly mixed in. Can’t wait to try more of their menu!

Excellent juice drinks. Very tasty, but healthy food. Staff is really friendly and quick. I recommend the Green Monster and the Oatmeal peanut butter ball.

I love this café as much as the 5th avenue. Same great selections, friendly staff. I particularly like the greenery in the airy, bright atrium seating outside the café. Try the pay balls for a good travel snack. The green monster for a creamy shot of veggie goodness. The pb&j for a tasty version of a classic sammy.

I’ve loved every smoothie and juice I’ve tried here, especially the Blueberry Muffin smoothie. They seem to be made with actual fruit and wholesome ingredients, unlike some competitors in the area that pump flavored syrup(like what you’d use for Italian sodas) into their drinks to flavor them. The prices are high, yes, but as someone who makes smoothies at home on a daily basis I know that their ingredients are expensive so I think its fair.

This place has really gone downhill. Surly service(no, seriously, the cashier was practically yelling at every other customer), and then I got like a tablespoon of chicken in my meal. Every time I go here, something is wrong with my order. Well, not again. I’ll never step back in there to be abused by your staff or served the wrong food again. PEACEOUTJUICY.

Fresh vegetables and juices for lunch really good food for lunch at a nice price point and healthy. Comfort curry over brown rice and tofu. Cheeky ginger peanut with tofu and brown rice was even better

One of the best low-calorie but also hearty options in the downtown area! Especially for the price!

The food here is amazing. It’s so nice to see a place that can create fantastic tasting healthy food at a reasonable price. Way to go! I wish we had one of your cafes back in my home town. I’d eat there daily.

3.5 stars Don’t get me wrong. The smoothies are DELICIOUS. Sometimes too icy but they still almost always taste great. I can’t speak for any of their food as I’ve never had it. -.5 star for the prices. I understand that they use fresh, high quality ingredients here, but I still think $ 7+ for a smoothie is a little ridiculous for something that I can make at home with the same ingredients for maybe less than $ 5. I still am willing to splurge though when I have a craving or need a meal replacement. –1 star for customer service. The people here are actually very nice. However, it should not take 10+ minutes to make my one smoothie when there is no one else in line. I found the workers here to be very chatty with one another, and while they were talking they took their sweet time making my drink. I usually have things to do and places to go, and if I knew that they were going to take so long I would not have ordered. Overall, workers here need to be trained to better service their customers. I will probably only come back if I’m not on a schedule and have plenty of free time, which is actually not very often.

I’ve frequented Juicy Café since they were JuiceIt and located in the back of the Convention Center. I liked the granola feel of the café back then. The staff was friendly and helpful. Fast forward 7 years. We still have a café with a great concept but as Gordon Ramsey would say, «terrible execution.» I was compelled to finally write a review because my last visit will be my last. I am moving on to a business who cares about their customers. These are my main complaints. They hire staff who seem to despise corporate America. If they don’t like us, why should we be paying their paychecks? High staff turnover = poor management. I see different employees every three months or so. They’re either friendly because they’re new or rude because they’re about to quit. I don’t know why they dislike their jobs. I would ask but they aren’t interested in chit chat. Ingredients are not consistent. I ordered a 3 ingredient smoothie, 20 oz for $ 7(crazy right?) and they were out of bananas but never told me. Either that or they forgot the banana. This happens frequently with their bowls but I always let it go. A two ingredient smoothie for $ 7 is just sad. Juicy Café does not respect their customers. I will happily take my business elsewhere.

If you check out the other 1 stars, you’ll get it. It’s good until it’s awful. Here are a few reasons I give Juicy a 1 star. For many months, their menu claimed vegan items that were not vegan. When I let them know, the cashier stuck a sticker over the«V» on just one of the menus and said«is that better?» I ordered a salad that originally had salmon and I substituted for tofu and added avocado. $ 17.48…wait what? When I asked why, she said that she still needs to charge for the salmon and add the tofu charge. For a salad that is $ 8.95 on their menu, how in the world did it get to $ 17.48? Their prep space is contaminated. Think you’re getting tofu? Better examine your food closely for chicken… Staff is rude and unapologetic, and if you have food allergies, stay away.

Nice little gem! Tucked away inside the convention center, on the 2nd floor, I found this juice bar/café spot. If you are looking for a healthy option for lunch or feel like having a healthier smoothie or a juice blend etc… this is your spot! I heard the lines get long but I went just before 1130am and only a few people in line. Small little place, but plenty of seating provided by the convention center in the common areas. I decided to try one of their classic smoothies«Funky Monkey»: contains cocao, blueberries, banana and rice milk. Tasted very good, fresh tasting, and filling. Cocao bits make the smoothie a bit grainy and can get stuck in your teeth. I also saw they had oatballs, basically rolled oats rolled into a ball with either chocolate, peanut butter and a few other flavors. Had to try one out for a snack later. Tasted pretty good, especially the peanut butter one, not overly sweet, and it takes a while to finish it as it is rolled pretty thick. Smoothies are about $ 6 for 20oz, forgot how much the oatball was. They have a lot of other items to eat as well like bowls, sandwiches, salads, soups, and I believe they serve breakfast too. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their drinks and menu. I plan on coming back to try more of their items.

A bit hard to find if you don’t know your way around the convention center. Their smoothies are good. However, I had to wait for about 20 minutes to get my order. I’m hoping perhaps it was a fluke, as they weren’t terribly busy(and the two girls that ordered after me got theirs first even though mine was a simple standard drink). Will give it another try, and update my review accordingly.

I’ve tried all the smoothie and juice bars in Seattle and this is my favorite. As of 2÷16÷15 it’s 7.63 after tax for most 20oz smoothies and that includes whey protein. Highly recommend the green monster. Also the service is top notch– all of the employees there are so genuine and nice Edit: they recently separated extras like protein powders from smoothies and tacked on an extra 50 cents to a dollar for each. In other words there was a price increase, putting them more in line value-wise with other places in Seattle but still a great deal. Dropped my 5 star review to 4

It’s a New Year and therefore everyone hops on the health wagon to purge your bodies of the bad choices of the holiday season. Myself included. I was craving a healthy but hearty lunch and Juicy Café met my needs. I frequent this location for their mean juices but crossed over the menu to their lunch bowls. The Spicy Ginger Peanut bowl was filling and chock full of healthy vegetables, brown rice, peanut sauce and tofu. Their other bowls offer the same base veggies with various proteins, grains and tasty sauces. They also offer some great juice cleanses, power balls(basically a health packed cookie), grab ‘n go items as well as breakfast! Best part — these healthy prices won’t break your new budget resolutions! Lunch for under $ 8! Start 2015 right and check out Juicy Café.

highly recommend this spot for a quick snack or light & healthy meal. I came at an awkward hour — 3:00pm — so there was no line. I had the the complete L+T and added peanut butter — twas grand. the cashier was also very friendly which made my experience even better. I would be back consistently if I lived in Seattle. thanks for a great smoothie juicy café!

Friendly people, amazing concoctions. They are located in The Washington State Convention Center, which is just a throw from the building where I work. The first time I visited, I had the Green Monster. Oh wow, it was so yummy — the mix of veggies, fruit and almonds were heavenly. It felt good to drink something so yummy and know it’s good for me. I was so excited to go back and try it again! It was even better the second time around. I also was introduced to the Fast Eddy, which is even sweeter and perhaps more yummy. The juice is amazing, the staff is helpful, and they always have mood-elevating music playing. So, I recommend stopping by, picking out a juice from their huge variety so you can get your healthy on…
