Romio’s has great, pricey pizza, but awful service. We ordered on their website. It said we would get our order in 45 minutes. So we waited and waited. 1.5 hours later, I called to get an update. They didn’t know, and were going to call the driver and call me back. 10 mintes later, I never heard back so I called again. They said the driver had the food and it would be here soon but they didn’t know what order of houses we were in, despite the fact that we were less than one mile away. Then about 15 minutes after that, it finally arrive… cold. We had to put the food in the oven to heat it up. I called Romio’s back and they said sorry but offered no discount at all. So we paid full price for cold food. Such a shame, because their food is good.

Flavorful pizza, excellent service. Full bar, Sports on the TVs, what’s not to like? The customer service was excellent, and would definitely bring me back.

The ambiance might not be the greatest, but the food tastes great and the staff had amazing hospitality!

Excellent pizza! There is a bit of Greek mixed in with the Italian flavor here – very nice. The complete combo is awesome.

I’ve been struggling to find good pizza since I moved out of Mad Pizza’s delivery range. Tonight, I decided to take a chance on Romio’s when it popped up rated 4.4 stars on Google. Holy moly, am I disappointed! $ 34(including tax & tip) for the worst pizza I have eaten since 1997 at Pizza Hut. I am astonished. I ate less than one piece and will be putting the remainder in the compost. What was wrong with the pizza? + First and least egregious, wrong toppings. I ordered a pizza with roasted red peppers and goats cheese plus Italian sausage. What I got lacked goats cheese and sausage but instead had only mozzarella and bacon. Still pork, I guess. + Second, greasy, greasy, greasy! When I picked up the first piece, grease just dripped into the box. + Third, low-quality ingredients. That was about 1 pound too much of low quality mozzarella that left a heavy feeling in my stomach and a horrible taste in my mouth. Had I paid $ 8 for it, I suppose I’d say«Well, you get what you pay for.» But I didn’t. I paid $ 34 of my hard-earned dollars for that pizza. On top of it, I have to go find myself something else for dinner because I will not be eating more of this.(How is this place still in business?)

My partner and I just moved to the area, in fact right next door to this place. My review is for the numerous visits I have made in the past weeks. Note: I was here when the 50 guest private party arrived and they felt the need to provide a negative review. The bartender let me know upon entering that a private party was arriving and he would not be able to provide service during. I understandably accepted. While here, I made notice that the party had ordered quite a few pizzas that kept the kitchen quite busy. During the event, she told the bartender that the kids were no longer hungry and did not need the pizzas she had ordered. How frustrating to waste all that time and food! I also noticed, not too many patrons off the street had entered as I am here all the time and the place is never busy. The bartender working that night is quite nice, provides exceptional service, is attentive and the review regarding him was quite wrong. Back to my review: I live right next door and have been visiting frequently during Happy Hour. The food is quite good and is reasonably priced along with the prices for wine and beer. I can come down here, sit on my laptop(did I mention free wifi), eat good food and drink with exceptional customer service.

Called ahead for a party of 50 – 75. We came with under 50 and they did not have enough servers; only one waiter and one cook to take care of all of us plus others in the restaurant. Horrible service because of the limited servers. I do not recommend bringing a large party here EVER.

I ordered a chop salad and meatball sub for delivery via Eat 24 and they were both absolutely delicious. The chop salad is particularly great.

I ordered food tonight through their website, spent $ 56 including tip for gluten free pasta, chicken penne, and some garlic bread. The ETA from the email/website was 45 minutes. I called 1 hour and 15 minutes later only to be told they had gotten my order and that they would contact the driver to find out where it was. Get a call back five minutes later asking me where I ordered food from, recited my entire order and was put on hold. Sophia told me that the kitchen saw my order but they threw it away. Apparently they had never seen an order from their own website so they just tossed it in the trash. By this time the kitchen was closed and I was told«sorry». I was charged and even tipped, then was told the owner would address it tomorrow. The food didn’t ever get delivered, the customer service is horrible, and I just wanted to eat some dinner. Much fail. Pazzo’s on Eastlake is a way better option.

Friendly greeting. Long list of pies to choose from. Fair in quality, size and price. Not the best pie, not the worst. I normally lunch Mario’s(awesome pie-awesome price) & dinner wood fired(awesome pie with matching price) I’ll go back again. Nice place, good food great staff.

This is my 2nd time at Romios in the past 2 weeks, both times on a sunday happy hour(3:00 — 6:00) and both time’s have been very enjoyable, For $ 5 there is a large variety of entrees w/side of thin cut french fries. The Double Cheese burger was so filling, what a steal at a Bar near Downtown Seattle considering such a large amount of food. The Submarine sandwich was decent, I wanted to judge something else but next time I’m gonna get the burger again. The Barkeeps are very friendly, greet you as soon as you walk in they want to help get something started as soon as possible, They went as far as giving me the Comcast remote to let me watch whatever I wanted. Felt like I’m in a cozy area where I can hear everyone around me talk as we discussed the Seattle Mariners, focus on the Ball game, and enjoy cheap food and beers.. Speaking of the The beer there is a $ 2PBR and $ 4 Almost anything else pints except for Stella if I recall. I will most defiantly return if I have the chance proudly not during off happy hour, just because I’m on a budget but when I get a good amount of disposable income I would like to try a Pizza here. Overall Rating(Yay! 4⁄5)

I’m never someone who writes reviews, but I feel compelled after my negative experience. I ordered a two-topping pizza and was given a 30 min delivery estimate. When the pizza arrived almost an hour later, it had one incorrect topping. Plus, the pizza seemed under cooked. Needless to say, I had an incredibly negative experience. What a waste of $ 20. I wish I had that money back, a pizza from somewhere else and leftovers I was interested in eating!

Vast improvement over the previous restaurant. The pizza and marinara sauce are both excellent. Happy hour is a real deal too. PBR for two bucks and a 6″ hot sub and fries or chicken burger for $ 4.50. A mini pita pizza which is delicious is only $ 4.00. its my new favorite and most frequented place to eat on Eastlake.

Very over cooked and dried out pizza. Crust and toppings are good, but they could pull them out of the oven much sooner. Good potential. Poor execution.

Newly opened and I work near by so I ordered a burger for pickup. $ 9 for a burger you pay $ 1 at burger king and literally 16 French fries(I actually counted) that came with the burger. Sad. Won’t order again. Lady working was nice enough but not worth throwing money away.

Their pizza is delish! We had the house special and roasted red pepper and goat cheese pizzas, and they were both amazing. We also ordered a large salad that came with delicious garlic bread. The ambiance is the same as when it was the ship canal grill — low key atmosphere, with great service and good food! I would definitely recommend this place — it’s great if you want to come for dinner or stop by to do some work, or school work.

Pretty much identical layout to the old place that was here. Pizza and pasta. Really large tv at the bar.
