I am great fan of the food here. I am a vegetarian and there are plenty of good options. In particular I have tried pizza, garlic breads and sandwiches and all were too good. Happy hours are clearly steal deals here and you can get pretty good amount of food with less price. They haveTV screens to entertain you. The place is couple of blocks away from my home, so it makes a go to place over the weekends. Though you would not find many people at the place, but that does not matter for me as i go for food and consider at as a regular restaurant.

I just moved to the Eastlake area and thought I’d try this place out. Boy was I not disappointed. Ive ordered from smaller pizza places in the past but none of them were even close to as good. I ordered a 4 cheese pizza with additional pepperoni; I was a bit disappointed at first because it looked like they forgot the pepperoni but it turns out they placed them under layer of cheese… fantastic! It was good pepperoni too, large and thin sliced and not burnt(always hated that about Pizzahut). The delivery was prompt and the person was polite and friendly. I really didn’t have any complaints and will definitely be ordering from them again.

If you dont accidentally order the cheeseburger pizza due to mass confusion inspired by co-diners, then you’ll be set to have a great meal here! Crust is a little too fluffy for my tastes, but the selection is awesome. I LOVE the GASP calzone and pizza. LOoooOOOOoooVE! The antipasto salad is really good too, and the half size is more like a full size. For one person it’s more than enough. Service is always excellent here, constant refills and polite people. I also love how they can always fit a large group on short notice.

We ordered dinner from here on our first night in our new Eastlake apartment. I thought we actually got quite a bit of food for our $ 45 price tag. Large pizza, half BBQ chicken and half eggplant parm(which was delicious, incidentally), small greek salad(their small = huge), and a piece of chocolate cake, which was mediocre. One complaint: after we ordered for delivery, we called back a few minutes later asking them to send forks because all our crap was in boxes and I didn’t want to dig forever for utensils. They assured us they would, but after unpacking all our food and giving the driver a nice tip, we were forkless.

My BF lives up the street and has ordered delivery from Romio’s a few times. On two occasions when he has called and ordered SOMETHINGOFFTHEMENU the employees have had no idea what he was talking about. When he called to order a Vegetarian Sub, the person on the phone could not grasp the fact that HEDIDNOTWANTMEATONHISVEGESUB. The sandwich he eventually received was missing several items listed on the menu. Then when he tried to order a Seafood Pizza, he was put on hold several times and talked to several employees. At one point the woman set the phone down instead of putting him on hold and he heard her ask«Do we have shrimp?», to which someone replied«Yeah, but it’s not good.» Needless to say, he passed on the Seafood Pizza. After reading the other reviews I can’t say I’m surprised. Seems like this place is distinctly lacking in customer service and knowledge of their own menu. The food isn’t that great either:
With so many pizza places in town, you can SKIP this Romio’s location.
