I frequent this neighborhood a lot and I love when I catch glimpses of pizza dough being tossed around whenever I pass by! Compared to the other Pagliacci’s out there, this one really caught my attention with its modern look: metallic/dark color palette, some wooden elements, simple furniture, open kitchen. There’s also a little coloring sheet/chalkboard station for kiddos by the entrance which is cute. Service at a pizza joint isn’t rocket science, but these staff will make the effort to walk your food out to you which is pretty cool. There are about 6 – 7 people working in the kitchen so you get your order pretty quickly. Pag pizzas are cheap, tasty, and varied, one of the better pizza chains IMO. I really like having the option of picking individual slices. The two things that can really ruin pizza for me are grease and too much bread, and I’ve never run into those problems here. Hope this neighborhood Pag is here to stay!

Great pizza, amazing service. A little pricey for«average delivery pizza» but it’s not average, so the price makes sense. They have ridiculously good customer service.

Really good pizza. Great atmosphere. Very attentive waitstaff(our waiter was super cool). Will be back to try the deep dish pizza, they look like Chicago-style pizzas!

I live a few blocks away and come here regularly for slices, which range from $ 2 to $ 4. They have buy 12 get 1 free punch cards. There are always a few different options and I have never been disappointed. The pizza is great and the staff is friendly.

The only fast-casual pizza place you need to keep saved in your phone. It’s not anything fancy, but what they do they do well. Gas ovens, mediocre crust, quality toppings. Two slices at Pagliaccis is going to cost you $ 6.50. Slightly overpriced given the quality, but it’s fast and consistent. And they’re far better than Seattle’s other options(Zeeks, MOD… don’t waste your time). If you’re sitting down over the sacrament with a group and feel like spending more money, there are plenty of better options(Humble Pie, Delancey’s, Ballard Pizza Co.), but for a quick slice, it’s an easy decision. As long as you stick to the basics(plain, pepperoni, or veggies), Pagliacci doesn’t disappoint.

Great salad, good pizza, friendly staff. The Sicilian spicy chicken salad was really good.

Pizza’s delicious but a little too greasy and overpriced. Great and friendly staff. They have one of those annoying touch screen drink machines that are a pain in the butt to use. Overall… meh.

I always get the Parma Prima with extra anchovies. Their phone system is really efficient about remembering what you’ve had before and completing your order quickly. Delivery times tend to be 30 – 40 minutes, but the delivery drivers are willing to go the extra mile when you ask them to do something(for instance, I don’t want my bell rung when I get deliver late because the kid’s asleep in bed, so I ask them to just call when they arrive. I’ve always been worried that they’ll forget or ignore the request and ring the bell and wake the kid up, but they never have! Bingo– tip rounding up for you sir). Although the pizza is good, the delivery is a bit slow but good, and the new remodel is great and I love that they sell slices— despite all that, I can’t bring myself to give them more than 3 stars because of the prices. It’s just really really pricey for pizza. I would only order Pagliacci if I was just getting one pie; if you’ve got a handful of friends over and need multiple pizzas, going to them would just get prohibitively expensive real fast. I don’t begrudge them what they need to charge, but… it is a factor.

I’m not always in the mood for pizza, but if someone mentions Pagliacci, I’m definitely not one to pass that up! So Pagliacci Pizza is pretty common in the Seattle area, with sites all over the place. I love how I can order items at any of their locations and expect it to taste the same. Also, they offer seasonal pizzas and gelatos. Recently I noted an asparagus/prosciutto pie, which I did not partake, but doesn’t it sound delicious? Now if you are a frequent pie-er, you’ll get emails and updates on those offerings. Also, I am a huge, huge fan of the Pagliaccio salad: «Green leaf lettuce tossed with garbanzo beans, diced red peppers, kasseri cheese, salami, red onions and Dijon vinaigrette»?! YES, PLEASE! I’m a carnivore at heart, but that salad is sooo good; crisp and refreshing, and with just enough saltiness to keep you wanting more! I forgot to mention the awesome soda options! It’s kind of high tech for me, I’m a total OG tech tart, so anything with touch screens and too many options kind of scares me away. I let my hubby play with the soda machine(he likes playing with buttons anyway) and order whatever. But they offer plain soda and soda with fruit flavoring, zero/low calorie sodas, etc… Now about the location on Stone. It is tiny… and parking is a pill!!! They have«parking» if you can call it that, but it can only accommodate 4 cars at the most. There is bicycle parking, if that’s your mode of transportation, and there are bus stops along Stone. So, although the Pagliacci location on Stone is not my first choice, in a pinch, it satisfies just fine.

Field roast and ricotta special? Be still my happy vegetarian heart. Such friendly staff and that coke machine is a people pleaser.

I’ve had a lot of good delivery experiences with Pagliacci, but 2 of my last 4 pizzas have been slightly burnt, and one of them had a topping I didn’t want/order over half the pie(they did give me that pizza for free, but they didn’t tell me it was made incorrectly when they, they just gave me a neat gold coupon and said it was free because our household is a frequent customer– so it was totally okay, but still kind of weird). I talked to someone on the phone a couple months ago who assured me that drivers carry more than enough change to break any big bills, but I just called to make an order I was told that drivers only carry change for $ 20s and they wouldn’t be able to break my $ 100. The woman on the phone asked if I could go somewhere to break my bill during my one-hour wait. I am ordering pizza because I don’t want to leave my house. Can’t you just send that particular delivery driver out with $ 65 in change? That seems pretty simple. $ 100 bills are pretty common currency– it’s not like in trying to pay in bitcoin. Love the pizza, but I’m getting frustrated with delivery. I guess it’s time to start trying Munchery or Postmates or something.

Pagliacci Pizza is hands down the best delivery pizza in the Seattle area. Yeah, I said it. Staff: Their staff is friendly from phone to door. They are personable and accommodating. Pizza: The sauce, rocks. It’s flavorful, fresh, and consistent. Their toppings are seasonal and creative. Value: Yes, it’s a bit more expensive than dominos and papa johns, but not by much. And you are getting an incredible product for the price! Plus you can pop into a location and grab a slice… I love a place that you can get a slice. Consistency: I know I already mentioned this in my review, but it’s worth mentioning twice. The pizza is so consistent. I order pretty regularly and eat-in, take out, and get delivery and each pizza is the same: full of flavor, piping hot, and exactly how I ordered it. Needless to say, I’m a frequent pier and will be one for as long as I live in the area.

Is it really too much to ask that between counting money and touching his face the counter dude wash his hands before making my salad?

THISLOCATIONDOESNOTSELLBYTHESLICE. Ever since moving to Seattle a year and a half ago, I’ve been all about that Serious Pie. So coming here for the first time, I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular. My wife and I stopped in on a Friday night(around 6:30pm) before a movie and the place was completely empty. Not a good sign. Now that I think about it, there were quite a bit of delivery guys running in and out of the back door… guess people are all about that Pagliacci delivery! And judging by previous reviews, their delivery service isn’t half bad. We shared a spinach and chicken pizza, which turned out to be amazing! Tons of spinach, garlic, and well-seasoned grilled chicken. It had a nice kick to it, as well… no need for additional peppers. We should have tried multiple pizzas, but at least now we have an excuse to go back!

Great pizza, with options more than the typical pizza pies. The customer service is amazing. There are a few tables inside to eat a whole pie or just slices. They also deliver starting at 4pm. It’s definitely our new pizza joint!

Now with sit-down mode! Pagliacci went through a nice remodel last year and has really spruced up the corner at 40th and Stone. They always deliver(free, btw) earlier than they predict(I live very close by) and they usually have coupons, as well as tantalizing specialty toppings. This is very west-coast style puffy crust pizza but that’s the way I like it. In this world of grubhub, etc, I only wish that you could order online rather than only being able to call. Sometimes you just don’t want to talk to a human being, you just want food to appear.

We ordered 3 pizzas and they were all delicious: asparagus with onion(my favorite), pepperoni, and sausage and mushroom. Best pizza I’ve ever had in Seattle. I’ll no longer cringe when someone suggests pizza when we’re in Seattle visiting family.

I love Pagliacci Pizza, especially now that I know how to say it(g is silent!) The pizza is the best delivery I’ve ever had and the service hear rivals any restaurant in Seattle, casual or otherwise. They seriously care about your patronage and show it in a variety of ways: — remembering your order — sending coupons — giving you a free«it’s on us» pizza — not judging you for ordering the same thing all the time. :) — making sure your pizza is correct in person Before moving to Fremont, I never really went in, but I’ve enjoyed going to the Stone Way location. They have a fancy coke machine, move at light speed, and are really polite without being overbearing(just like Pac Northwesterners like it!) My only beef is with the pork. I wish they had bacon all the time… but at least they do for a season bacon leek pizza, which I will devour until it rides off into the sunset again.

Pagliacci is the best pizza chain in Seattle. It’s up there for best pizza period, all things considered. Try a seasonal pie and simpler one and be blown away by both. If it is available get the spinach salad. it has the best dressing I’ve ever had. Pagliacci has won crust. It’s over. This is exactly what pizza crust should be. Crisp and light on the outside, chewy and ethereally airy on the inside. I could eat it plain. I learned to eat vegetables by trying them on Pagliacci’s pizza first. I love their seasonal pies, the pear and blue cheese, the chicken arugula, the 12th Man Primo. But nothing hits the spot like a pepperoni and cheese! Their salad’s are delicious, the Spinach Salad with raspberry vinaigrette is my favorite salad ever. The centioli and Nona’s Pasta are hidden gems on the menu. This newly renovated location is great! It has strikingly modern architecture and huge windows. There is a lot of seating and a table that could easily seat 10! Stop in for a slice or 4 and a beer!
