The end experience is good. Getting there can be a bit cumbersome. Little disappointed the build-your-own salad only allows 5 ingredients before meat of avocado charge, when the listed salads all have 7+ ingredients all including meat. The customer service was ehhh… but food did taste fresh. Definitely some kinks to work out but decent.

Every single time(okay, three times now) I ask for avocado in my salad and there is NO avocado. Are they hoarding it? This girl loves her avocado and would give this spot 4 stars if they could start honoring the request(that I have paid for 2⁄3 times). Normally I would go back and point this out, but the conflict is simply not worth the trouble during the busy lunch hour when I frequent this establishment.

I love the fresh idea of this place but I feel so rushed every time I go in there. I’m afraid they are going to throw a bunch of stuff on my sandwich that I don’t want. The only reason I’m a repeat customer is they happen to be really close to where I live.

Best lunch place on First Hill. Cheap, fast, good, friendly, they mix the salads for you, interesting menu choices(lemon chicken piccata wrap, yum!)…what more could you want?

I have a few lunch spots on rotation in this vicinity and Fresh Table rarely makes the cut. I’ve had a Greek wrap that was drenched in dressing and overall not appetizing, the BBQ chx salad that was pretty good, and the Beverly Hills salad that had that spongey deli turkey chunks that I absolutely hate. I’ll probably continue to try some other items on the menu since its so close to work but Im not impressed thus far. At least they are fairly fast and dont seem to be that busy compared to other spots.

After searching all or most of the restaurants within a 3 block radius of my work location, I’ve come to really like and appreciate this small eatery located in my building. I have a difficult time finding good food because I’m on a very carbohydrate restricted diet. Fresh table serves some really great salads. They’re very filling and have a good medley of flavors. Everything is truly fresh tasting, as the name describes. Also, they serve breakfast all day. The breakfast scrambles are really good, especially when they’re drizzled in the green salsa. Prices are reasonable for the area, especially the breakfast items and the service has always been very friendly and accommodating. I would have given this place a four star rating except for one very special quality the Fresh Table offers. They have no problem with modifications and substitutions. Instead of having a meal in which I throw away a fair bit of the food because I either can’t eat it or don’t want it(I’m a little picky about my veggies), Fresh Table has always made my food to order as I like or need it to be. That’s a rare quality in a restaurant and I really appreciate it.

Fresh Table is a quality lunch spot it you live or work on Pill Hill. I’ve only been here once so far but based on my initial experience I’ll definitely come back. The sandwich I ordered was freshly made and tasted really good. The prices are also really reasonable for how much food you get… about as much as you’d spend at Subway, for example. Good lunch option.

Excellent place for breakfast or lunch. Get the Joe’s special or when it’s available the homemade mac and cheese or the meatloaf. Yumm! The chicken picata sandwich is very good — messy but oh so tasty.

This is a awesome little spot for Breakfast or lunch! especially since they are only open from 7am-3pm pretty quick and everything is made from scratch. Fresh Table has a lot of sandwiches and salads, so its perfect for lunch! I ordered the Classic Greek Sandwich, which is served oped faced on Flatbread with Pan seared marinated chicken, feta cheese, red onions, lettuce, chopped tomatos, and tzatziki. it was pretty tasty, although it still felt as it it were missing something, but i couldnt figure it out. None the less, pretty good lunch.

I waited in line for a good 10 – 15 minutes(an eternity in lunch break time) and ordered my soup to go. They didn’t put any spoons or napkins in my bag. The SplitPea soup was so watered down it was more like drinking some kindof veggie-flavored Vitaminwater than consuming a real meal. I seriously would have had a better soup if I’d microwaved some Campbell’s. Boo Fresh Table, boo!

This is place is great. Any place that serves brown rice, standard, is doing something right. I got out of here for $ 7 and change, a pretty standard price for lunch in Seattle. Give it try. You’ll like it.

We work in hospitals, people. We like *processes*. We like *organization*. The lunch rush was frustrating for both employees and patrons because the system employed right now is chaos. That said, I have a good feeling that they are going to work this problem out and become my new favorite lunch spot. The food is perfect for lunch. Lots of tasty sandwiches and stuff that’s made of real food, not cold cuts. The sign in the window pretty much sums it up «NPF: No Plastic Food.» Prices are good too, about $ 7 for lunch. I likey! I will be updating my review and increasing the star count because I am imploring Fresh Table to be my new fave. Do it! Do it!

Located next to the Blue Water Taco Abomination in First Hill, this new-ish breakfast/lunch eatery is starting to get their groove. There is a line sometimes, which is a good sign. I had a bad first impression, but a recent lunch changed my tune. Interesting: — makes real breakfast items from scratch — lots of cool things to put in your scrambled eggs(spinach, mushrooms, etc.) — many things to make sandwiches out of, and tasty bread — rotating delicious daily specials Ill-fated: — no espresso drinks. They are between two Starbucks and the yummy lattes at the piroshki place. But they are, in a greater sense, in Seattle. Plus: their drip coffee is not very good. — information just came out that 7 eggs or greater per week leads to increased risk of heart attack. Man… good time to start having a 3 egg brekky! Sure they have other options(oatmeal, bagels), but so does Organic to Go, Blue Water, the piroshki place, and even McD’s /Starbucks. — no wireless.
