If I could give them ½ a star, I most definitely would! I ordered a thin crust 1 topping pizza for delivery. I’m working graveyard in a building that’s .09 miles away. By car; it would take 6 minutes to get to my location. The delivery«rider» was on a bicycle, at 10 o’clock at night! Regardless, by bike it should’ve taken 10 minutes to get to my location. They have a tracker online that tells you the progress of your order. The rider left to deliver my pizza at 10:39pm. Why did it take him 29 minutes to ride his bike less than a mile?! When he did arrive, my «pizza» looked like a jumbled up puzzle! Not to mention it was lukewarm! This particular location has completely lost my business! Please see the picture of the bicycle delivered pizza.

This is the worst place to go if you have any sense of racial equality. They had a server that was wearing a confederate flag all over her shirt and had no respect for my black wife when others in the store called her out on wearing such a discriminating symbol. It was disgusting. Stay away if you can. We have been ordering from this location for some time, but never again.

This is the worst food delivery experience I’ve ever had in my life. Their delivery person marked our order as delivered, sent us a text message saying he’s outside, and was gone 1 minute later when we went downstairs. We called about the order, and was insulted by the manager with very, very rude words.

If I could give less stars I would. Unfortunately this is one of the closest and only gluten free options in our area so we order there out of necessity. They deliver late which is a major plus after a UW game. However… They either burn your pizza, forget part of your order or don’t show up all together. It’s awful. I’ve really tried to be patient but every time I use them something goes wrong. Every time! It’s time to finally throw in the towel. Their phone etiquette is also less than desirable. I’m not quite sure how they stay in business.

I’ve been negative about this location in the past for delivering lukewarm pizza. They seemed to have upped their game and recent orders have arrived hot. Tried their Brooklyn style crust tonight. Is it Brooklyn? Kinda but we ain’t in NYC either. It arrived hot and was surprisingly tasty. You can roll it like a NYC slice! They’ve improved their delivery and product. I’m improving my rating of them.

Removed Content: I gave it one star because it wouldnt let me give it no stars. The employees here are some of the worst I have ever seen. The manager is a liar and a rude one at that. They towed my car while I was eating next door and it put me out 500 dollars even after I was a customer at their store just that day. After trying to talk to various managers they all gave me different answers and were trying to cover their tails. I posted on their facebook and pretty much nothing is happening. Take your business to Pizza Hut or Papa Johns. Dominoes does not deserve anyone’s business. My post was removed so I’m just re posting it :) And because it was removed for not being directly related to a consumer experience I’ll just add that when I went in to buy a drink they were fairly rude to me.

Pizza quality is declining… they are constantly stingy with the amount of sauce they put on their pies here, which results in crust that is 2 – 3 inches wide. Dominoes mgr, tell your people to stop being cheap about the sauce and start making pizzas that have real coverage of ingredients. For $ 20+ tip I expect perfection. I think these guys are cutting corners to save costs. When they do make it right it tastes great… but the outer edges of the pizzas need more sauce coverage. This has been happening for years. Only way around it is to request better coverage and order on the phone so you can tell them. My fault for using the app.

The pizza is so much better than I remember from the original Domino’s! It got here very quickly and still hot– and the driver was very polite. And I love their online ordering! Snobby Seattle pizzeria customer no more– I love this new Domino’s!

It’s disgusting how much I order Dominos. My pizza addiction is like the addictions of the meth heads that sleep in the parking lot next to my apartment building. Less self-destructive though…(god bless a fast metabolism, amirite?) I’ve ordered pizzas from this location about 22 times. I am disappointed 72% of the time. Either they don’t include the sauces I order, they let the one person with epilepsy cut the pizza, they barely put ANY cheese inside the cheesy bread(cardinal sin, right there), or they skimp out, tough, on the pizza sauce when I specifically ask for extra sauce. I mean, i’m a pretty lenient guy, but if i’m gonna pay $ 20 for a medium pizza and breadsticks, i’d like a little quality to compliment my hours of sacrifice to the gods of pizza before the pies arrive. Dominos employees, can you step it up? Don’t let your company go down the drain like it did in 2003. Lace up those shoes and come to work ready to achieve greatness.

I ordered my pizza at 11:35AM and It’s 1:16PM; I just received cold pizza. Thank you, I’ll rethink my next pizza establishment. Ryan didn’t even have a receipt for me to sign and I paid with a credit card. My total was $ 18.77. If there is an added difference to my bank statement that will be fraudulent charges filed. This is completely unprofessional and I’m no longer going to order from your store. Ryan had me sign a pizza box sticker.

I just had a delivery experience that mirrors one someone else made 7 days ago. I used the iOS app to order and after an hour I called the store. After waiting a good three minutes or so to hear the recording of advertisements(including a notice that they’re hiring, heh), I get through to a human being, who tells me the pizza is waiting for a driver and that it will be another 15 to 20 minutes. The worker, to her credit, is very polite, and also offers me a comp for my next order. After another 50 minutes or so, I’m about to call again when I receive a call from the driver. The pizzas have finally arrived. I comment that they must be very busy tonight, and the driver(polite like the phone answerer) explains that there are only four drivers. When we finally dig into our pizzas, we discover that they are barely even warm, to the extent that a coworker goes to microwave his pieces. I’ve had good experiences from this Domino’s before, both with delivery and pickup. The staff were indeed polite, and I have been stored in their system to receive two free larges next time, but two hours to receive cold pizza secures a one-star rating.

I’m sorry to say but this location has extremely poor service. Our food took about an hour and a half to arrive despite the 24 – 34 minutes estimated time. When the driver showed up he was very apologetic saying that they were shorthanded on drivers so I wanted to be understanding but then after I open the box to dig into my long awaited pizzas… alas but they had gotten my order wrong. The employees seem friendly but incompetence seems to be a bit of an issue.

I rekindled my relationship with Domino’s a few years ago and was pleasantly surprised to find what a delicious pizza it was making. I’ve ordered quite a bit of it since then, mostly from this location. Sadly, the reunion wasn’t meant to last. I don’t know what has happened down the hill, but me and Domino’s are never ever getting back together. Overall taste and quality has declined, and tonight’s pizza was the second and last raw pizza I pay them for. Absolutely disgusting. We were so ravenous that we peeled the toppings off and ate them. Dough was nice and stretchy.

This is an awesome Domino’s to order from! They are really quick, and the online ordering system is super easy to use :) Their delivery service is also great because they deliver to the SLU area… unlike Papa Johns!

This is a review of delivery from the Domino’s Pizza on Taylor St. in Queen Anne, Seattle. Go ahead and scoff at me. I am doing it anyway. I am giving four stars to a Domino’s. Their website is cool. They have lots of great online deals. They have a detailed order tracking system. The pizza and cheesy bread were piping hot. The food was all neatly packed. The delivery took around 30 minutes. The delivery person was professional and polite. Sausage & Mushroom Pizza(large) — As I noted before, the pizza was hot. Plus, more importantly, it was delicious. The sausage was very tasty. The earthy mushroom flavour was pronounced. We literally destroyed this pizza in five minutes. Stuffed Cheesy Bread — This stuff was cheesy heaven. It was so ooey gooey and then add to that by dipping it in some marinara sauce — mmm, mmm good! With tip, it was $ 27. Overall — Ok, pizza geeks, before you get into an uproar, i am not saying Domino’s makes the best pizza ever. What I am saying is we really liked their pizza and cheesy bread and every thing else worked like a well-oiled machine; easy ordering, tracking, professional and fast delivery, hot food. Well those are all good things. I would certainly be up for ordering from this Domino’s Pizza again.

Online order… which has time tracking. Pizza took 40 minutes to arrive after it was baked… of corse it was cold. Called and spoke to gabe who insisted it would still be warm. Ordered at 6:30 pizza arrived 7:40, of which 40 minutes was in a «hot box“in the delivery drivers car… when I flipped the lid of the pizza and touched the pizza it was warmish, I then told the delivery person it was cold he did say he would reorder… but we excepted it anyhow. Reheated in the micro it was ok but chewy… can not recommend and would not order from dominoes again… should have known better.

I ordered online & it was easy. Price was reasonable. Food was delivered promptly & was good & hot! Not to mention yummy. Only thing was the white sauce on the pizza seemed a little bitter.

Pretty impressed with the service today. I try not to order out a ton but Dominos carries gluten free crust, which is nice in a pinch and is one of the better gf crusts around. Tonight’s delivery was quick but when I got my order upstairs I realized the chicken was a little burnt and the pizza was missing a topping or two. I called the store and they immediately offered a credit with no fuss and polite apologies. I will be calling them again the next time I fail to stock the fridge and want pizza.

Short story is it sucked. Wings were mushy and the flavor was off. Pizza didn’t have the requested extra mushroooms and was lacking in sauce along with a watery substance floating on top of the cheese. Possibly due to the red peppers? What really killed it was the mustache wearing, hipster with the D-bag glasses who has no idea what customer service is being a delivery driver. Didn’t say a word after I greeted him and his act of aloofness didn’t go over well with me. The quality and customer service is far better at Little Caesar’s and I’ll continue to give them my business. As for Domino’s? No thanks, I’m done with you.
