Absolutely delicious! I was trying to explain Wicked Pie’s pizza to a friend, and I said it was a thin crust, but not just pizza crust made thin, it’s artisan Italian crust that would be just as fantastic with nothing on it — but the toppings were great. We had a few vegetarian slices, and one with meat. I didn’t try the meat, but I sure was tempted. Also, the slices were huge. This is the best pizza I’ve had in the seven years I’ve lived in Seattle — and I’ve had a lot of pizza. FANTASTIC!

I tried Wicked Pies today for lunch. I was both pleasantly surprised and disappointed. I had the Pepperoni Pizza and the flavor was super good! The slice that I had was not greasy, the flavor of the crust was delicious and it was light and airy. Okay, I had two slices(don’t judge) and if I wasn’t so bloated and lazy, I’d go out and get another, that’s how good they are! My only complaint was that the topping stuck to the top paper plate they used to cover the pizza slices. My only suggestion would be possibly looking into different packaging? I will be back.

I tried the Audrey Pizza at a Seattle Outdoor Movie. The lines are long and the service is slowwwww. The slices are a little pricey but they’re huge. If it’s equivalent to one entrée, at $ 4.50 a slice, it’s not a bad priced entrée. The Audrey features tomatoes, basil, mushroom and an olive oil crust. It wasn’t too oily or dry and I was very impressed by how thin the crust was. This is an enjoyable slice and it’s worth it as long as you’re willing to wait.

Jessica and Bones are very nice people. Their pizza is really good and the slices are gigantic. I really like their bread-sticks too. I’m happy when they park across from WeWork at South Lake Union; they bring a good vibe.

Always good to have new places in the SLU food truck wars. I was really excited when I saw there was another pizza food truck(I mean, who doesn’t like pizza? Sorry to you gluten free folks D:) They have MASSIVE thin crust pizza slices. You’re getting quite a nice deal for 4 – 5 dollars a slice. They have you standard vegetarian, cheese, and pepperoni but also have some pretty strange but really good creations as well. I had a proscuitto, candied walnut and caramelized onion pizza with ricotta cheese which was amazing. I will take off one star because on a cold day, by the time you walk to your office the pizza will be cold. If they wrapped it in a box or something, the pizza would be even more enjoyable. Overall a great place, definitely give it a try!

Saw these guys on 2nd between Pike & Union, so I thought I make a detour from my usual lunch and try them out. Cool looking food truck and was hoping their pizza was the same. They had the standard slices available that day such as pepperoni, cheese pizzas and they also had some original/unique ones as well. I forgot the name of the one I got but it had cherries & turkey, cheese and some arugula on it. Seemed like an unusual combination but it was pretty good. I wished it was a bit heavier on the toppings as I wanted a bit more turkey on mines. Maybe I just got a less than desired slice and that’s the way the dice went for me. Pizza crust was very thin and not too bad. May visit them again and try some other slices if I see them around the downtown area. About $ 5 per slice depending on which one you get. A little pricey for a slice but whatever.

These guys are doing nice work and odds are, they’re doing it near you sometimes. They’re definitely not the cheapest slice in town, but they make real pizza and they serve it in places where a slice sounds great… but is not typically available. They have the typical size food truck, which they have outfitted with baking ovens and warming ovens. They make giant thin-crust pies and serve big slices of them – half a foot wide, and longer than that front to back. The crust gets a little dark in spots, bubbles up, shows a little tiny bit of crunch and some real chew to it. It falls just a whisker short of crackery, which might not be utter perfection for some chewers, but it’s definitely one of the better crusts in town. For a truck, that’s saying something. The toppings are pretty gourmet. They get nice thinly-sliced meats, some good cheeses, fresh veg. They assemble them well. The pies really come out nicely – there’s a good pepperoni, some nice more garden-y choices, and one called«From the Butcher» that has really nicely seasoned meats on it. Slices range from $ 4.50 to $ 5.75, which is four times what I remember paying for slices in college. Granted, that was a while ago, and this is truck, so this is fair. I was a little surprised at first, but the quality is really, really high, so it’s alright. I wouldn’t necessarily pay $ 46 for a whole pie – here or anywhere else – but if they roll up next to a cool bar, as they are wont to do, I’ll gladly pay even ~$ 6 for a slice of this stuff.

The truck was operated by two people, bones and Jessica. Both were friendly and were able to provide me with my slice quickly. Some of the best pizza I’ve had. The slice wasn’t greasy and the toppings seemed fresh etc. Crust was amazing.
