Dr. Matt and Carrie are a great team. I really appreciate the care I get from them at the office. I received traditional chiropractic care, with good results for many years, and have found that Network care addresses my spine on a different level and has really changed my life. There are many things I could share here to illustrate my point, but I would just like to say that if you are thinking about an effective and gentle approach to your well being, give this office a chance.

I receive massage therapy from Mara at Center of the Universe Network Care. Most recently, I had an urgent situation with my neck and needed to see her asap. She fit me in her schedule at the last minute, took the time it needed to work on me, and I left feeling so much better! Mara has a very unique touch that is very intuitional and directional. She usually knows exactly where to go and the exact amount of pressure. Her rates are competitive, if not under priced for the amount of skill she has.
I highly recommend her!

I have been in Chiropractic Treatment for 10 years, with little relief of my chronic symptoms. My spinal ailments have always returned, often within 2 – 3 hrs after an adjustment. Then I moved, and stopped chiropractics all together. Then I moved again, attended a Body Mind Soul Fair, where I met Dr Howe. I was fascinated with the idea of a chiropractor healing without touching bones.

Network chiropractic is easily the most profound treatment I’ve ever received. I’m very aware of my body — I’m a massage therapist, dancer, yoga instructor, nursing student so I’ve tried it all and I truly believe Network Spinal Analysis is one of the key components to a healthy body and mind. I also believe that Dr. Howe does a wonderful job of explaining how your body is now and how it could shift if the nervous system were working in conjunction with the muskuloskeletal system to come back in to proper alignment.
The work itself doesn’t look like much — no bone cracking or huge machines, but don’t let that fool you — amazing results come from experienced hands and an educated and intuitive mind. Honestly, I would recommend Dr. Howe and Center of the Universe Chiropractic to everyone.

What do they do? They… help your body heal itself. That’s the best I could come up with. The staff are much better at explaining what they do, so perhaps you should check out their website and/​or give them a call.
I had a test-​run of their services at the Fremont Sunday Market and the experience was very beautiful. And — if you like what you feel/​see– you also get an offer to sign up for a discounted initial appointment at the office. The experience made me feel aware, peaceful, centered, and motivated. Not sure if this would be the result for everyone, but… sounds pretty good, right?
They have a very pleasant and simple office. First thing you encounter when you enter is a space to place your shoes before you head upstairs. The restroom is also downstairs, which is pretty convenient. I think the upstairs section has somewhat of a yoga or meditation studio feel to it. The desk staff and doctors are (from both my experience and that of friends) very nice and interesting people.
The regular appointments are done in a big room with several tables (about 5?) to promote a community feeling of health and well-​being. It’s pretty neat.
It sounds like for at least a few months they recommend two appointments a week. I really wanted to do more than just the first appointment, but I was going back to school and knew I would not have the time and money to make it happen at this time in my life.
