Only person I go to here is Veena. She does an amazing job. You can tell she has lots of experience. I don’t even have to tell her how I want my eyebrow, she just remembers and knows. I’m in and out in like 10 minutes. I suggest buying the membership because you save $ 5 each time. Otherwise it’s $ 15 per session. But, with the membership it’s $ 60 for 6 sessions. Also, sometimes it can get busy, so I’d call and ask how long the wait time is, especially if you’re in a hurry.

I came here to get my makeup done for an event. They were so accommodating when I needed to change my appointment time and got me right in no problems. I could tell that the whole team were true professionals and that they enjoyed what they did and treated it like an art. In about an hour they transformed me, my makeup was stunning and exactly right for the colors and occasion I described. Absolutely an incredible experience overall.

My daughter and I both had our brows done here yesterday for the first time. The lady was so good, she listened to exactly what we wanted and done an amazing job. We will definitely be coming back, Thank you

Rajani is my go-​to threader here. I have been searching for someone to do my brows well since moving away from New York where Pinky used to do them perfectly (see Pinky’s Village Spa).
Rajani does the best job with my brows than any other person I’ve tried in Seattle. As someone else wrote, I too miss the $ 8 threading sessions in NY, but this place is worth it if you buy the membership deal which makes it $ 10/​session. I wasn’t pressured into buying it either, just simply asked. Rajani’s the bomb, ask for her on M/​Tu/​Sa/​Su!

It just gets worse every time I come back. I don’t even know why I bought a stupid membership from my previous visit. A 30 – 40 minute wait for a brow & lip is just unacceptable. By the way, I left… I didn’t even get anything done… there were 6+ people waiting! Btw, I didnt know telephone calls took precedent over people actually in the store waiting… wtf.

Great customer service and response to my Unilocal review and email. Brow Arc’s customer service called me to apologize and issued a refund for the balance of my membership card. Am very impressed with the corporate office — my guess is that this is just a couple of employees creating problems at this one location. Many thanks for the timely response and excellent follow up!

This is the worst brow experience I can imagine. The threader spent maybe two minutes on my brows. I had been growing them out since Christmas, had achieved my desired thickness, and just wanted a clean up which we discussed. I used the word «thick» probably fifteen times. They turned out so thin that there are patches with no hair at all and one brow is about half the size of the other. I was obviously shocked and she expected me to pay anyway. Please don’t go here!!!

WARNING!!! Do not go here if you are in a crunch. I normally go to this place to get my eyebrows threaded. After a long 12 hour shift at work, I rushed over to get my eyebrows threaded for my birthday this weekend. I arrived at 8:15pm and the woman behind the counter turned me away!!! Her excuse was that she needed to work on the two other people ahead of me and complete paperwork. Clearly, this business is not about customer service at all and was very unprofessional for doing this. My impression is that you stop accepting customers at 9pm and not turn them away 45 minutes before you close. Not going here again. I’m sure I can find another place accepting of customers last minute and would probably do a better job too. Just read the other reviews below! Good luck ladies and gentlemen!

I was excited to see a brow threading business in Northgate. I love having my brows threaded and this is a convenient location. Unfortunately, the only positive I can say is that they get you in and out quickly– maybe because they do a half ass job. They hand you a mirror when they’re done, but your lids are still red, and with no glasses on, it is hard to actually see what they’ve done. Once I got home and was able to looks at my brows I was very disappointed with results. Not cleaned up, many hairs that should have been taken out, still present. I won’t go back. A waste of time and money.

People here are highly unprofessional. They will let the customers wait while they are inside doing something. Never going back there. Plus they are very short staffed

I came in to get my henna done for Eid and I was so excited. I showed her the picture of what I want and she said yes she’ll do it and then after she was done, it had nothing to do with the picture it looked like something my 4 year old nephew could draw and it costed $ 30.Definitely not worth it specially when it wasn’t what I wanted and when it was one hand and it was too small for $ 30 and it also faded away on the same day I got it. I’ve never been so upset this mischief with a place. So disappointed! Never coming back here ever again. It deserves no stars. This place is a rip off and the cou stoner service is horrible. The employees are also not friendly at all. I felt very uncomfortable.

I’m always skeptical about getting my eyebrows done by anyone but my regular threader in Cleveland bc she does such a great job and frankly I don’t trust everyone to do a good job on my face for the first time.
However, I am very pleased by the results! The threader let me see each brow as they were completed and I was extremely satisfied. I read other reviews and was a little afraid that they would try to force me to buy a membership but after I told her I was in from out of town she didn’t say anymore about that.
At the check out I had a $ 1 off coupon from Unilocal and without much trouble, it was honored and I was on my way. When I come back to Seattle and I need my brows done, I will certainly return.

The first time I came in here I hadn’t done anything with my eyebrows in a month. I’ve got incredibly fast growing hair, so I looked pretty crazy. The woman who did my brows is one of my favorite women, though she’s rarely there when I go in. She was honestly shocked when she got done! And I was so impressed that my eyebrows could actually look NICE! [think Miss Congeniality when the guy says, «Eyebrows. There should be two!”]

«The number of times I get asked if I wanted my upper lip done.
«They totally disregard the sign-​in list! I got cut twice last time when they were busy, and I was so pissed I just left.
«For a chain with many businesses down the coast they definitely need to figure out a better system for their «membership» cards. Writing that information down on paper seems pretty pointless.
Pros:
I complain about this place most times when I leave, but let’s be honest my eyebrows after leaving look WAY better than anything I could do!

I got my eyebrows done for the first time ever today! I heard that threading was better than waxing so I had to try it!
I went to Brow Arc because it’s really close to where I live (Northgate Mall) and I saw that it had generally good reviews. When I got there a few people were there waiting and judging by their perfect eyebrows… I was in the right place! I didn’t have to wait too long and it was DEFINITELY worth the wait!
I LOVE my new eyebrows! I wish I got the name of who did my brows because she did a great job! It was quick and pretty painless. Afterwards she offered me some lotion for my brows and it definitely helped with the little bit of stinging I was feeling.
I will be going back to keep up with them! I’m hooked on threading!

I’m new to Seattle from the east coast (DC) and had never seen a threading salon before, so I just popped in for service on a whim. LOVED it and bought a membership on the spot! «Dilsheed», who I think may be the manager, was personable, funny and very good at explaining the different outcomes you can expect with threading as opposed to tweezing. (So THAT’S why I’m struggling with ingrown hairs…)
I haven’t been happy with my brows (kind of curly and unruly) and the nail salon techs that I used when I didn’t attempt to do my brows myself, always seemed to wax them way too thin for my taste.
Dilsheed cleaned me up beautifully and I didn’t find the experience painful at all (although she remarked that I seemed pretty tough for a 1^st-timer…but my pain threshold generally is pretty high). I was so pleased with my brows that I had her do upper lip and chin in the same session.
I bought a 90-​day unlimited package because Dilsheed advised me to stop tweezing altogether (which I’m happy to try – I’m fed up with bumps and ingrown hairs), and just come in as hairs appear (the Northgate Mall location is pretty close to my house). We’ll see if the hair growth slows down as she claims.
NOTE: As another Unilocaler noted, Brow Arc has NO electronic database system! Dilsheed advised me to take a phone camera shot of my membership card; if it gets lost, she said they will honor the picture of the card.

I came here a handful of times because it was convenient. After 2 – 3 visits, they talked me into buying a membership which I didn’t want because I don’t have the same service consistently. Sometimes, I just do brows, sometimes I also have them clean up the sides, and occassionally I will add upper lip. This was a negotiation every time I came in because however they scribble on that card does not allow for inconsistencies.
Then there was the day I went in and felt like I had my face burned off. I don’t know what she did or how she did it, but it was the most painful threading experience of my life. My skin was on fire for at least an hour afterwards. After that I would wait forever to make sure not to go back to her again.
Finally, I lost my membership card only about half way through, and I went in and tried to explain that and have them look me up. They have no electronic record of anything so I was just S.O.L. Never, Ever, will I Ever go back to this place.

Horrible customer service! They ran my card for a $ 60 membership fee even when I clearly stated before my appointment but I did not want a membership. I just wanted to pay for the $ 15 brow appointment. The woman threading my eyebrows spoke so softly I could barely hear her and she decided to run my card anyway without my approval. Then make things worse she called over the manager how did not want to refund my debit card. The employees at Brow Arc we’re completely unprofessional. I will never go back! What a rip off.

I only see Delsid because she is great! For her, I’d give her 5 stars, but the fact that the other women have done a subpar job, they drop in stars.
As a membership holder for 5 years, I would expect a bit more attention to detail, like wiping my brow makeup off first and how about some witchhazel for the redness? I’ll keep coming because its cheap and I’ll wait the hour to see my girl.

I’m used to getting my brows threaded while living in NYC and Brow Art is the only convenient place that offered comparable services in Seattle. I purchased a package for eyebrows and upper lip threading that entitles me to 6 sessions for $ 65. I find that pretty reasonable. They’re really quick and they get the job done. There’s not much nice service to speak of, but I’m not trying to be best friends with someone who plucks my eyebrows so I’m totally fine with waiting my turn, sitting wherever they point me to, and helping hold my skin taut when they tell me.

As a «membership» holder, I expect above average service but instead, I feel as if I’m a second-​class customer because I’m not paying full-​price. You purchase 7 brow threading sessions ahead of time and they’re good for a year. Unfortunately, my card expired with 2 punches left. I asked if I could still pay half price or even use just one punch before getting rid of the card but they said it was against their policy.
I understand if it’s a fairly pricey procedure but their materials consist of thread, lotion and tweezers and takes all of 5 minutes. I’ve visited both Northgate and Federal Way and the woman at the Federal Way location was especially suspicious when I approached the stand with my card. She demanded to see my ID to «verify» my membership card before flat out refusing it. (Apparently people make counterfeit ones? Who knows). There’s a kinder way to let me know it’s against company policy but my feathers were mostly ruffled by her rudeness.
Frankly, you’re much better off visiting some place like Khoobsurat in Kent (or similar). The women are fast, kind and skilled at the art of brow threading. They also charge $ 6 for brows, not $ 15 like the Brow Art kiosks. Please!
