Patio is where to be. The upstairs indoor dining is good, but downstairs is a no-go unless you’re touristing with children. They make a mean sangria, though it’s off-menu. Some servers have to be fought with to ask the bartender to make it? but well worth the fight! Great summertime spot.

First time in my life i’ve ever sent back a meal. The $ 29 salmon I ordered sushi rare arrived dry as a bone. To their credit, they got it right the second time.

The food was great. The view amazing. Our server, Mackenzie, was a gem. It is very busy and popular so reservations are a good idea. The steak, although very tasty, was overdone. The clam chowder was excellent. When complementing the server to the manager he was very all percussive and friendly as well. Overall a great experience.

This is a review for the upstairs restaurant only. This place came highly recommended and we were looking for a nice place to eat to wrap up our anniversary trip in Seattle. First off, this place is kind of hard to find. We walked from Pike Place and had to climb down this spiraling staircase and walk down some odd side streets. Once we arrived we found several Anthonys and were quite confused as to where to enter for the specific Anthonys we were looking for. Our waiter was super friendly but slow. We told him we were there to celebrate our anniversary but we also had a flight to catch. We ordered the crab and Sturgeon. The Sturgeon was absolutely amazing! Great flavor and consistency. I highly recommend giving it a try. As for the crab, it came with fries which I found to be odd for such a fancy place and dish. It also really lacked flavor. Its not a dish I would order again. We had to wait around for quite some time for our waiter after we were done eating. We had intended on ordering dessert but were unable to do so due to waiting for so long for everything. That was the most disappointing part for me since it was a week night at 5pm and the restaurant only had a few tables occupied. If I could do it all over again I would have chose a different place or eaten at the restaurant downstairs since they seem to serve similar food at much cheaper prices.

Wow, what a great place but damn the service was horrible. From the moment we walked in we noticed this feeling that everyone working didn’t want to be there. Our bar tender, a young man was rude to us from the second we took a seat. It was mid day, with no one in the Resturant. It’s the service industry, at least be friendly to your customers. Needless to say we left without out ordering.

Food is pretty good. Had the ahi nachos which were super small. 4 chips. And our amigos had the oysters which were wayyyyy over priced at $ 4 a piece. Ambiance was ho hum, service was sub par … would not recommend.

We had the salmon poke and Dungeness crab cakes for appetizers. Crab linguine and seared halibut with mashed potatoes. Truly phenomenal.

A good place for a get together of a bunch of folks brought together for business meetings. The staff knows how to treat a group. We were 8. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals, including the appetizers. The clam chowder was creamy and on point. You will not go wrong with this selection if you like a creamy clam chowder. The crab cakes were my main dish. Good choice, but when I saw my mates plates full of Ahi, Salmon and other fish, I wanted to poach their stuff! Great bread came out immediately after we sat down. So often bread is a disappointment. Not here. Dessert: we ordered one of everything. All good.

Came for Seattle Restaurant Week to compare it to the last time we went. And it’s still amazing! I got salmon both times and it never fails to please me. It was savory and well done(not dry/overlooked). This time it was served with lemon risotto and asparagus. My friend got the spearhead served with coconut jasmine rice and asparagus. We’re really pleased to have experienced another Seattle restaurant week with Anthony’s and hope to come back again for their regular menu. In season, as mentioned, was rhubarb which we got their special rhubarb strawberry lemonade(plus a little bit of vodka for $ 7.50). For dessert we ordered the burnt cream aka crème brûlée and the baileys chocolate mouse. Both deserts were very decadent. The crème brûlée needed a little bit more love aside from it being made in mass quantities! Prior to dinner, we had happy hour waiting downstairs offered 3pm-7pm. We had a couple of oyster shoots(6/$ 8) and some Riesling. Once dinner reservation was approaching, we were prompt to our table. Service wise: Nicole from the bartending bar downstairs was fairly busy but was very timely in getting our drinks and oysters. Ken was an amazing server for our dinner! So funny and attentive to our table. It was a very inviting experience! All in all… One of my favorite places, Seattle Restaurant Week or not.

I like Anthony’s a lot and have really enjoyed my experiences at the Edmonds, Lynnwood, and Ballard locations. This location is rather meh. The food is the same which is tasty and fresh and a good value for your money. I love the seasonal drinks and desserts made with local, seasonal fruit. The service, however, was extremely slow. We waited a long time for our order to be taken and then waited at least 20 min for our drinks to arrive which is a very long time, especially on a warm day. We really liked our meal but the service needs to take it up a notch. They’re charging a 3% «service charge» on their bill, to help account for the Seattle minimum wage requirements, no doubt. I would much prefer seeing a 3% price increase on every item on the menu rather than a % tacked on to the bill. With service being how it was, and with the service charge tacked on, I tipped a flat 15% which I rarely do. However, there was no above and beyond element to the experience or even a dash of intuitive service taking place here which is what I would like to see when tipping 18−20% which is typical for me. Wrong orders were delivered and there was just so much waiting time in between ordering and courses. I wonder if they think it’s okay to be less attentive because they get a lot of tourists. I’m not sure. But I much prefer the other Anthony’s locations to this one.

Seattle restaurant week usually brings me to upscale, fancy restaurants unless it’s a special occasion. $ 30 for 3 course meal here was not bad. I ordered cocktail shrimp, the sirloin(served with fries and asparagus), and burnt cream(cream brulee). My bf ordered the ahi poke with taro chips, hawaiian spearfish, and chocolate mousse. I actually really enjoyed the spearfish! But let’s just say, you should never order steak at a seafood restaurant. I wish I choose the salmon instead. I asked for medium rare and it was well-done with barely any pink. It was very bland tasting, with little seasoning. The burnt cream also tasted very old-like it came straight from the fridge that was placed for couple nights. I could tell since the burnt layer of caramelized sugar did not taste crispy but very dry. I also ordered a strawberry rhubarb lemonade but was given a piña colada drink instead. The waiter was really nice about letting me keep the piña colada and giving me the lemonade as well. Great customer service! i enjoyed the restaurant as a whole, but a little disappointed with my food for Seattle restaurant week. But this will give me a reason to come back and try the rest of the menu!

In Seattle, we often joke that if it’s 25* and sunny in January or 95* and sunny in August, if it’s sunny outside, EVERYONE will be outside. That being said, Seattle is hugely lacking on bars and restaurants with patios… Anthony’s is a pretty standard Seattle staple, and while the menu hasn’t changed much, and doesn’t offer a ton of radical culinary delights found at other Seattle restaurants this one has the best option for drinks on the patio. Summer or winter, this is one of the best happy hour options in the city. Fish tacos are a great accompaniment to the house cocktails, especially any of the muddled mint cocktails with gin and ste. germain. Definitely a great spot to relax after work on a sunny Thursday or Friday, or for pre-dinner drinks before a night out…

You would think that after a ten-day road trip on the west coast that I’d be full up to my gills with seafood, and ready to chow down on a big olé steak. This is where you’d be wrong, Grasshopper! Our last night in Seattle, and the end of a very successful business trip. We had spent the afternoon wandering through Seattle’s Pike Place Market, and were now ready for dinner at Anthony’s Pier 66. Anthony’s is located along Alaskan Way, right down by the boat docks, and facing Elliott Bay. Our dinner reservation was for 8pm, and it was still surprisingly light outside as they seated us at our window-side table. We faced out into the Bay, and also had an unobstructed view of Mt. Rainier. Pretty spectacular scenery for our final meal in Seattle. Fresh Northwest seafood is Anthony’s priority. They opened their own seafood company in 1984 with the sole purpose of insuring that they serve only the highest quality seafood in their restaurants. That includes the best Pacific seafood and shellfish from the Northwest, Alaska and Hawaii. The menu is chock-full of seafood appetizers, chowders, salads, fresh fish, and seafood. They also offer Waygu beef sirloin, filet mignon, and NY strip, and a chargrilled portabella mushroom entrée for the vegetarians. After a nice glass of wine, I started my meal with an appetizer of Dungeness crab cake served with a ginger-plum sauce, and beurre blanc. That poor thing didn’t last long enough for a photo, as I had a mighty powerful hungry by this point in the evening. For my entrée I opted for the Alder wood-smoked Copper River salmon filet with a leek-butter sauce, served with snap peas, and baked scalloped potatoes. This was seriously Oh My Gosh good, and it was the perfect way to say goodbye to the Pacific Northwest, and thank them for an amazing culinary adventure. This meal was just spectacular! No need for dessert, as we all sat around the table and watched the sun set against the beautiful backdrop of the Bay and the mountains. A wonderful trip, but it was time to get back home.

I came here after a long day after interviews, I was told by my recruiter to enjoy myself. I took this opportunity to try some fresh seafood in Seattle so I headed to Anthony’s. Different opinions on each dish but overall amazing. Atmosphere(5 stars): I went here with my friend and we called it middle-high-end restaurant. The top floor was very full around 6pm and people were dressed very nicely. The set up is very professional and clean. The view from where I was sitting was absolutely gorgeous and mesmerizing. The price is definitely worth the view. Appetizer(5 stars): I started out with the Ahi tempura, which was absolutely delicious. Really great dish and I would love to eat that dish as a main if they ever consider that. Entrée(4 stars): I got the Steak and crab legs instead of the half a lobster tail. They gave me a decent piece of meat, one and half of a crab leg, and too much fries. I didn’t end up finishing the fries and was disappointed at the amount of fries they buffered. Crab leg was slightly dry but the butter sauce made up for it. Steak was very thick and personally, I enjoy thin but wide pieces. Dessert(5 stars): My friend and I got the Molten Lava Cake and the Cherry Ice Cream. Both were fantastic. The Molten Lava Cake is baked when you order it so it was still warm and gooey. It also comes with a vanilla ice cream on the side which complements the cake very well. I personally would not be able to come here if I had to pay myself, but if you are having one of your«treat yourself» day, I would definitely recommend coming to Anthony’s. I really want to try one of their fish dish next time!

Came here on the weekend with a few friends. We were able to call in for same day reservations. I am not sure how difficult they are to obtain usually. We were seated in the upstairs dining area overlooking the marina and the ferris wheel in the background, which was really nice. We started with the oyster sampler. it was filled with a bunch of different oysters, I can’t remember which though. That was ok. I mean they were all well shucked and left no sandy residue in the shells and the sauces that accompanied them complimented them very well. I like the bigger and creamier varieties of oysters. We ordered 4 entrees: Ciopinno, mahi mahi, ahi tuna, and the seafood duet(salmon and crab cake). The ciopinno that I ordered came only with two pieces of grilled garlic bread. I wish there was at least another piece. It was okay. It was pretty much like a variety of glorious seafood with a light ragu sauce… even though it was tasty especially with all the fresh seafood, I knew I should’ve gotten the sea scallops! The best thing of the night was the crab cake(the little bite that I was able to try). It was FULL of real and delicious crab chunks! YUM! The coconut risotto(or whatever it comes with) that the mahi mahi was served with was great! The ahi tuna that the bf ordered was perfectly prepared and the sauce paired with it nicely! We ordered a white wine blend(forgot from where. not a huge wine drinker) and the first tasting was delightful — not too dry, airy, and notes of fruit and only hints of smokiness. But as it was poured and just sitting there in the wine glasses, it got more and more sour(I guess that is what the server meant by «it opens up more as it sits out»). I didn’t like that paired with the food, but I still finished it anyway. Overall, the ambiance was nice. Mostly an older crowd or younger people with older people. I remember asking the hostess a question when I walked across for the rr and her response was a bit curt. Sometimes, I feel like they don’t feel the need to provide excelled service to a younger looking person. Hey, if I’m there and I’m paying my bill, at least give me a nice response with a smile! sheesh! Luckily, the food was pretty good so I’d still very likely return!

I enjoyed my experience at Anthony’s, however the price did not align with the ambiance in my opinion. I ordered the steak and lobster which was delicious, however I asked what the sides were and was informed that it would be accompanied by mashed potatoes and green vegetables. Upon receipt it was served with french fries and carrots — I did not say anything as we were a large group and the fries and carrots were yummy anyhow. For the actual meal, my lobster tasted amazing… but would have been far superior had it not been freezing cold and served with cool butter. My steak was ok, but I have had much better for that price point. Our waiter was lovely and gave us some good suggestions of where to go following our meal.

Wow! Complimentary valet parking is back. I gave the valet $ 5 and everyone was happy. What a deal! Don’t know if this is indefinitely but I was told at least through April. Valet starts at 4:30 p.m. daily. Valet is located 300 feet north of the restaurant. Look for the blue a frame sign(s).

I love love love Anthonys but the prices at this location have skyrocketed recently most likely due to its location in the tourist part of town. The crab cakes, for example, are now at an outrageous price of $ 39! I remember these being $ 25-$ 27 just a few years ago. Overall, this Anthony’s is much more expensive than its rival, Palisade, which in my opinion, offers higher quality food and a nicer atmosphere as well. Since I’m a local, I’ll probably avoid this location from now on and stick to the Monday-Thursday specials offered at the Kirkland location by my house. Or just hop on over to Palisade for one of the best seafood restaurant experiences in Seattle you can get.

Love coming here… Local go-to spot on the waterfront. Clean, consistent and good food! My favorite dish is the Cioppino(seafood stew). I give this place 3.5 stars. You will definietly see me on the outside patio deck at least once a week during the Summer months. Beautiful views of the water. Good service and doesn’t feel too touristy. Whatever that means LOL

Amazing food and service. I had the sturgeon and Caesar salad to start and both were great. The chive and lemon sauce on the sturgeon was very tasty. My husband had the mahi mahi with the Thai curry sauce. We split the blackberry cobbler at the end. So worth it and happy I had on something stretchy. The view was spectacular!

The first time I dined at Anthony’s was for a birthday party back in the 90s. Now that I work downtown it’s my spot for happy hour. The last time I dined here was for Seattle Restaurant Week on the 2nd floor. My food was okay but my colleague found a hair in her salmon. She sent it back and they returned with a hot new plate of food.

Not mind blowing but solid dinner. My date had the Alaskan duet and I had the ahi. The mashed potato with the duet was pretty good and the ahi came with a delicious pineapple-ginger sauce Highlights: the crab chowder was the show stopper. And the margaritas… woosh! Things to avoid: the ‘shrimp cocktail’

I’ve come here for Mother’s Day and for another occasion with the family. The waiter got the order wrong but let me keep the food so I have double the pasta. One was shrimp pasta and the other was a seafood pasta. Both are very very good! This is a bit on the fancy end. I would go here only on important occasions. My Personal Restaurant Rating Key One star: the food was bad and I had a negative experience. Two star: I had a more negative experience and would not come here again but the food was good so I may. Three store: Everything is good except one thing. Example-the food is good, the price is more reasonable but the atmosphere is lacking class. Or the food is good, the atmosphere is good, but they over charged us. These three stars are actually my favorite types of restaurants to go eat at if the reason is due to the atmosphere because they are usually delicious and reasonably priced. Four stars: Everything is great, food and experience. However the price is definitely on the upper end. I would not recommend this first to Obama unless he didn’t like my five stars. These are restaurants you can take your boss or your mother-in-laws to impress them, however they still don’t fit into the five star category. A bit fancier than my three stars, hence I don’t often eat here unless there is an occasion for it or there is a groupon that gives me a bit of a discount! Five stars: I would recommend this to Obama. The price may be on the upper end but the experience and the taste is so exquisite, it is actually worth every nickel and dime.

We came here for dinner with a large group. Coconut prawns were very disappointing. Calamari was just ok. They only have WA wines by the glass which is ok I guess. I ordered my salmon rare but it came it closer to medium. It was a fairly thin filet so I guess rare would have been difficult. The worst part was that the snap peas were over salted and terribly over cooked – completely inedible for all of us that were served them. Not really impressed.

We met some old friends here on a busy Friday evening in the heart of the most fun area of Seattle along the pier. Reservations had been made and I was instructed to use the Valet Parking available near by if I want to save two hours trying to find a place to park. The Valet service was excellent as a clerk popped out gave us a card and said to present it to the hostess on our way out and the car would arrive quickly. Inside we were seated upstairs and I noticed every table had a view of the pier and waterfront. The server appeared quickly. I’ll insert at this point there was not a single experience of negativity at this establishment, and I can be critical. The menu is limited which allows the crew to concentrate more to prepare a quality meal. I had the Alaska Black Cod. This fish was so fresh I would have thought they catch out the back window clean and cook and on the plate. The server checked often and presented a desert menu with encouragement and suggestions. We did as instructed and presented the Valet check at the maitre d station, walked downstairs and within ten seconds of our arrival both cars showed up(without tires squealing I might add). This was a wonderful experience with fresh well prepared items and impeccable service.

Quite honestly. This was one of my favorite meals in the Northwest. And we’ve had a lot. The halibut and copper river salmon duet was amazing. The halibut was better, but the salmon was good, too. Now, the desserts were where it’s at. The strawberry cheesecake(In June) were the best I’ve ever had. And the burnt crème(crème brûlée) was good; though the top wasn’t crisp enough

Wanted to eat at a waterfront restaurant on a beautiful sunny Seattle weekend, we came upon Anthony’s. We were seated outside with no umbrella(was way too hot and the sun was blinding us from seeing each other) we asked to switch to a nearby table with shade, the waiter said no it’s already reserved. We then witnessed a family get seated at another table with no shade, and ask to sit at the one with an umbrella and they switched them. I ordered a Mai tai, it came in a pineapple– was cute and very strong at a price of $ 13.50, it was mostly ice. We ordered calamari and the seafood martini. When we got our order, I’ll just be honest the food was not good. Calamari cold and extra rubbery, the seafood martini was a jumble of unidentifiable objects. We literally didn’t eat anything, paid $ 50 bucks for nothing and left. Definitely not coming back! On a side note, the valet was excellent and so friendly, gave him a good tip.

Came here during a long weekend visit to Seattle from SoCal. The location is on the waterfront near Pike Place Market. This review is not for the restaurant/bar also called Anthony’s. This is for the more formal dining upstairs. Food — 4⁄5. I got the King Salmon grilled on alder plank – so melt in your mouth delicious! My husband got the Crab Fettuccine – he said it was decently flavored. Service — 5⁄5. No complaints. We came for early dinner so we had quite the staff ready to serve us. The place got busier towards the end when we were ready for the check. Ambiance — 4⁄5. Nice view of the water and harbor.

Great happy hour from 3 – 7 daily! Who doesn’t love happy hour? This is about a 5 min drive from my work, parking never seems to be a problem, either. They have $ 6 cocktails, $ 4 beers and $ 5 glasses of wine which in and of itself a pretty good deal. A $ 5 burger and various other items for $ 6. We got the clam strips which I was really disappointed in; they were mostly batter, hardly any clam but were fresh out of the fryer so at least they were hot when they arrived. nothing worse than mushy cold fried seafood. Next up they have ½ dozen oyster shooters for $ 6. They were the show stealer– super fresh, comes with two lemon wedges and I could have easily eaten more. We also got the wild salmon swimmers — they’re salmon sliders and are okay. I forgot to ask for no mayo but that’s my fault. Our server was the bartender and she was really great. Forgot her name but was covering not only the bar itself but also had a few tables. Happy hour extends to the tables on the right side of the bar so we were able to grab a table in the sun before the rush came in. Overall a fun experience, good food and for $ 23 each not too bad considering we each had 2 Manhattans.

My husband and I rarely manage to get to go on dates. Well for my birthday we decided to go all out. Anthonys Pier 66 was probably one of the best choices we could have made. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had made a reservation and they set us up with a beautiful table. The view was stunning as we caught the sunset on the sound. And lastly, the food was unparalleled. Probably one of the best meals I’ve eaten in a long time. I had the Caesar salad and the Northwest Duet which was the Halibut and Salmon cooked in delicious oils. Both were mouth watering. Then they brought me the victory cake as a birthday surprise. It’s a flourless chocolate cake with Carmel brûlée ice cream and Carmel sauce… I couldn’t believe the flavor explosion. It was a meal I could relive again and again and again. Definitely deserving of the five stars and definitely somewhere I will have to revisit.
