W. Reed Dickinson DMD

Dr. Reed was recommended by my dentist and I was very disappointed. The Office is nice and clean and the Staff was friendly too until it came time to discuss the dental coverage of my insurance. Dr. Reed answered none of my questions until I had a full exam and x rays taken. I was told my insurance fully covers everything they did that day and that they will send me an estimate for treatment costs. I got a bill in the mail a month later for $ 100 because they overcharged my insurance for the routine visit by that much. Then I got the estimate which would have been another $ 2000 just for root scaling and antibiotics. When I tried to pay the $ 100 they told me I could not charge it on my medical credit card to make monthly payments unless the total bill is more than $ 1000. The Staff was very rude and unwilling to work out a payment plan so I decided to pay the $ 100 and look for another DMD. Very sad.
