I agree with Karin S., and the other reviews that aren’t recommended (why does Unilocal do that? Two other 5 star reviews get buried?) I have some pretty severe anxiety about going to the dentist, scared out of my mind and ashamed of how bad my teeth are. (Damn genetics!) but you know what? I’ll come back here, again and again. I have other work to be done, and now I’ll actually come for cleanings. And my husband will switch, I’m sure. Leslie (the front desk woman) is working with my insurance to get the best benefit and Christine the hygienist made me feel totally comfortable, which is no easy feat when I’m sitting in that chair, trust me. I only wish I had heard of Dr. Wallace sooner.

I don’t think those last people are talking about the right Dr. Wallace! My husband and I have been going to Dr. Wallace for some time and found him to be the best. He is always up on the latest technology in dentistry and is very compassionate. He and his wife and the entire staff have been nothing but the best. They even have a well behaved golden retriever in the office — how compassionate is that!

Very disappointed in the patient care that Dr. Wallace provided. He did not provide a comfortable or respectful atmosphere. Dr. Wallace lacks empathy and the ability to listen to his patients. There is no way me or any of my family members will be returning for any further care with Dr. Wallace.
