An average Japanese restaurant, curry rice is worse than average, the beef in curry rice is grilled? Not at all Japanese style.

Wish I had good things to say about this place, but I don’t. Mediocre menu, food quality, and service. I’ve visited twice, at first with high hopes but was let down both times.

Im so confused. They supposed to close at 930 but today they close at 830 not cool. They should change their website. That’s 1 strike for me.

While sitting at my table after ordering, I read a review because I was checking in and it was pretty accurate! The food was pretty good, but the service wasn’t too great. We walked in like an hour before closing time, so they were cleaning up a little which is understandable. When ordering, we weren’t offered drinks. Then, while eating, they brought our check and came back a second time and asked us to pay first while we were eating. Did not leave too happy.

Been here three times. Twice for dinner and once for lunch. The lunch menu did not offer much to pick from. The first time we came for dinner the food was good. Came back for dinner again and ordered the same thing. The crab made me and my daughter gag. Very expensive for the quality of food and lack of good customer service.

This is a great count on place to come in and get Japanese food. Whether it’s Bento or sushi you won’t be disappointed as they have been consistent over all the year’s I’ve gone. Parking is easy as they are in Marketplace. They offer table, counter and booth seating. Service is good and fast. If you want extra ginger or sauce, they’ll give it to you. The really nice point our waiter gave us as we were on a work lunch was separate checks for the 3 of us. He offered it with a smile(no attitude) — that was really kind of him. That’s a 1st — grateful for that!

Haven’t been here since I became a hardcore Unilocaler so I just needed to post this review after my recent visit. Located in Marketplace so parking is easy to find. They have an awesome location! Walking in, the place is a nice size. They have some bar seating, regular tables, a booths toward the back. Service was quick to seat me and they were extremely attentive the whole time. Service was not the issue. Issue was the food! Ordered a Dragon Roll no cucumbers, and Tempura Udon. Got some edamame and miso. Yum! My faves. Maybe not here though… Edamame looked like it had been sitting out for DAYS! Days I’m tellin’ you. So dry and wrinkly. As for the miso soup… Flavor wise, not bad. BUT, the seaweed that was in it was literally like bits and pieces. So weird… Probably day old and scooped from bottom. Dragon Roll came out — cucumbers. God. Didn’t even bother asking them to remake it cause I was just like«God.» Fish to rice ratio was um… not the right ratio, let me just say. Too much rice! Seaweed seemed soggy :(And the Unagi just was not cutting it! Also, roll was not firm enough. I am already bad at using chopsticks as it is, add the un-firmness of the roll… everything was everywhere. Tempura Udon. Okay okay, the tempura is in a separate dish so we out here. That is what I am talkin about. Okay now I put the udon in my bowl and take a bite. GOD. How long have the noodles been sitting in there. Days! So over done. Flavorless. So sad! This place has a lot of potential and I think with a little revamping flavor wise, it will succeed. You guys have an awesome location and a great set up going on. A little more focus on little details(fresh edamame, cooking time of Udon, fresh Miso soup with nice, big pieces of seaweed, firmness of rolls) and you guys will be rolling in those tips thouughhh! Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to try any sashimi or nigiri.

The portions are small… The fish is mushy. And the service has gotten worse, although the prices went up. I was shocked when my order arrived and the fish was cut so thin that I could see the rice under the fish. When it was time to pay. My server asked for her tip first… I thought that was odd… Then realized she taxed on my tip as well as my meal. It was a dissapointing meal.

This place is weird. Service is never great and the sushi isn’t anything special. There’s nothing on the menu that I really love. There is a very insane amount of security cameras here. I’ve been to casinos with less cameras on the ceiling. We seriously counted over 40 that were visible from our seat.

Sushi is not very fresh. Udon Noodles are good. Ramen is so so. Staff is generally friendly. Some people are a little direct and uptight.

Definitely had better sushi. Came here because it’s near where I work and we wanted to grab some sushi. I had the lunch combo– Sushi set B with the miso soup and salad. It was ok– nothing too special about it. My sister ordered the udon and it was also whatever. We also ordered a spider roll to share. Everything here is ok, nothing special about it. Would only come here for lunch while at work.

So expensive for very average sushi. They do have a very nice staff. They have screwed up 50% of the time on take out orders. Have served and charged me for the higher grade Blue Fin tuna when I knew it wasn’t. There are better local places…

I’m very happy that I didn’t give up on Sachi after earlier issues. The Eat24 system is now working perfectly and the quality of the sushi remains very high. Ordering takeout is now a few clicks and the system works as it should… place the order online, enter your credit card info and 15 or so minutes later when you walk in to the restaurant the order is waiting and you don’t even have to show a credit card. It makes Sachi my go-to sushi place once again. Bravo.

Never again… I’ve had mixed experience here previously but decided to give it another try since my daughter wanted to eat there for the japanese soda that comes with the kids meal… I ordered amaebi, uni, Chu toro and sake… Everything was fine until I got to the uni… It was DISGUSTING!!! I should’ve spat it out… But swallowed trying not to set a bad example for my daughter… I poked at the second piece and tasted and it was old as well. Trying to not make a scene, I tell the waitress nicely and quietly. She then says she will talk to the sushi chef. She comes back and tells me that the sushi chef that the uni came in today and it is fresh and they will only charge me for one piece vs two… No apologies… Wow… So pretty much telling me that what I tasted was made up!!! NEVERAGAIN!!! Shouldn’t have given this place another chance.

If you’re looking for a nice Japanese cuisine restaurant Sachi Sushi is the place to go. They are the model of consistency. I’ve been eating here a couple years and I can say it’s good value for the food you get I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get seated and more than 20 to get my food I usually come for the lunch specials. You can never go wrong with the sushi sets or the bento boxes. In conclusion it’s 3.5−4÷5 stars from me :)

We wanted to go to Amakara in Dublin, but the wait on a Saturday night was 60 minutes, so we headed to Sachi Sushi. We should have waited the hour. Food was very so-so. The sushi was fine(Caterpillar roll) but it went downhill from there. The service varied between pretty good(younger waitress) and ridiculously impersonal(a little bit older waitress). The Unagi that came with the Bento box dinner meal was funky, and the tonkatsu was brown and we were afraid to really give it a try. The Asahi was good, but of course that came out of a bottle. Two stars — not terrible, but this meal added up to $ 120 for 4 of us, and at that price, Sachi Sushi will really need to up their game.

Updating my review since I recently went. Food, again, is always delicious. I still get the pan fried garlic noodles with veggie skewers. I also think this dish is good for kids. I’m pretty sure I got it when I was a kid, how long has this place been here? I’m not sure but I’ve been going here forever. Again, I need to make a comment about the service. I love some of the waitresses but there are a few that just really suck(lack of a better word, sorry). We checked and made sure they weren’t closing anytime soon, when I checked they were going to close in an hour and a half. Perfect. We get there and the waitress(she had longer hair and kept giving us a snooty look) seemed like she was rushing us. She said that the kitchen is closing and we needed to order asap. Also, she basically threw our napkins and chopsticks on our table. On the bright side, another lady also helped us. She has really short hair. Super sweet! She chatted up with us, and brought our food. She’s really nice. Note about my previous review: The guy that was always frazzled is not here anymore. Instead, I’m pretty sure they hired this really cute girl, she looks younger. She served us a few times and she is great! Super quick. And real smiley. My family and I go here all the time because the food is delicious and we know that it’s good. I wish they had consistent service.

Have only been here for lunch. Sushi is a bit overpriced compared to other places, but I like their bento box combos for lunch! It’s worth it and you get a lot for what you pay for. Complimentary edamame here too! For the bento box, you pick two things(like chicken teriyaki or chicken katsu or tempura, etc.) and it also comes with miso soup, salad, and rice. Not a bad deal! It’s never been super crowded when I’ve been at lunch — seated immediately. Service is quick and food comes out just as quick.

This place has terrible customer service the waitresses are rude and unfriendly. We decided to give them another try because it’s close by and we were being too lazy to go anywhere else and I can eat sushi — seafood everyday. 0 star — Customer Service 2 Star — Food My sashimi this time was warm … The roll was actually good. Miso soup was fantastic, I asked if I could get a salad instead of my rice and I was told they would have to charge me. Fine charge me.
