Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes and nobody came to take my order. Went inside and asked why I did not get service in drive thru and was blown off by cashier. Cook was yelling in background repeatedly. Manager was also very unattentive and played it off to corporate supplies them with faulty equipment. To top it off the food was cold and the ice coffe was made COMPLETELY wrong and gross. Previous times was told they were out of many different items including beef and chicken once.

Echoing the other reviews that this is the absolute worst Taco Bell. I’m not critiquing the food, because we all know what we’re getting ourselves into there, but the operation. A couple weeks ago, I went through the drive-thru around 1am on a Friday night, aka T Bell’s time to shine. Pulled up and the girl working the window stated«We’re out of meat, come back in 30 minutes». I usually order cheesy fiesta potatoes, so I attempted that, to be told«Oh… no, we’re out of food. Sorry bout that». All I could do was laugh… this place is a joke.

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 8 years and I finally felt the need to post a bad review after countless screwed up orders. If in the Dogtown area go to the Taco Bell on Manchester.

Terrible service at the drive thru. They ran out of chicken and beans and didn’t tell incoming drivers. We spent 30 minutes in line without even an apology.

I’ve been here maybe twice since my last review months ago. Tonight, 8pm, they were once again out of all beef. Amazing.

Only an idiot would write a detailed review and give Taco Bell a low rating. IT’S TACOBELL.

The staff really needs to go through customer service training. At the end if they still decide they hate their job, I am sure other opportunities are out there. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. Food quality is bad even for Taco Bell.

They tore down an old fashioned style Taco Bell at this location and built this new ultra modern Taco Bell. It offers Wi-Fi and outlets at the tables and booths for your electronic devices. This allows you to stay connected while you enjoy a quick fast food lunch. I will say, the new building is a vast improvement over the old. The menu is still the same, fast food Mexican that will satisfy a craving and give you heartburn or gas afterwards. I agree with Josh J., the customer service is lacking. The night I stopped in for a couple of Combos for a lazy night dinner, the cashier was more occupied flirting with a young lady then servicing ordering patrons. He rushed us through one by one and in between, kept flirting hoping to make a «score». The tacos were good by TB standards. I also ordered a Bean Burrito, which was a disappointment. The tortilla was cold, tough and chewy. I really do not recommended for lunch or dinner. If you’ve been out drinking and have a fair amount of liquor in your system, give it a go.

Brand new place already falling into the same problems. Sign off before closed but has the smaller drive thru sign on. How long before they are out of meat after one as well? Wish the actual owner or district manager cared.

So I get that it’s utterly outrageous to be upset over a Taco Bell order. I mean, it’s a First World Problem to complain about my cheap, easily accessible food that I neither caught nor prepared for myself. It’s not something to really be upset about considering I didn’t do anything besides drive to get it in my sweatpants but… that being said: I placed my order for several things including 2 Gordita Supremes. The girl taking my order seemed very perplexed by my order, so I made sure I confirmed: «And were those Gorditas chicken?» She responded, «No, they’re beef. Did you want Chicken?» I confirmed, yes. She even re-read the total, and it had gone up with the sub for chicken. So I drive home and open my food… beef. I was fuming. Not really because someone made a mistake but because I had even asked to make sure my order would be correct and that it was still incorrect. So I drive back and the manager must’ve immediately been able to detect my frazzled demeanor because she asked«What’s wrong, sweetie?» She was kind and immediately made me a replacement, letting me keep the wrong beef gorditas(which I don’t eat beef but still). I get home again and my girlfriend shows me how badly her quesadilla is burned to the point of being inedible. So… needless to say, we’ve both had better experiences with food.
