This is my go to location, but I’m a little disappointed today. Bathroom was FILTHY, like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. We waited to be seated and just ended up seating ourselves. The food is still what we expect, but the bathroom & basic customer service needs some improving.

HORRIBLESERVICE. servers were great, managing there is god awful. computers shut down & we’re standing in the front waiting to pay for 20+ minutes & they didn’t think it was a big deal? told them how unhappy we were & they discounted NOTHING. won’t be back to this location again.

So… Our shakes were horrible. They tasted nothing like ice cream. We asked for new ones, and they explained that the tin mixers were just cleaned and sanitized but they weren’t washed out completely! So we drank sanitizer with our shakes. Probably not very healthy. They brought us out new shakes after supposedly cleaning out the tin, but still had the residual aftertaste of cleaner. They took them back and they took it off our checks. To their merit, the manager offered to make another batch of shakes for us but we declined and gave us free shake coupons instead. The burgers were great but service was very very slow. The bathroom was dirty and the floor was wet in a stall. Will not go again.

This location is terrible and apparently by the other reviews it has been for a while. Service is slow sloppy and unprofessional. Our waitress was blasting music from her phone in her pocket while taking our order. I think they might need a new manager!

My husband and I took our two year old son to eat breakfast food on daylight savings. They took forever to seat us then we had to wait a long time to order. We ordered biscuits and gravy with our meal. They never said we are out of gravy. It comes out and it was pure liquid. Who knows what they did to it for it to be that way and they wanted my two year old to eat it? The waitress was nice and got the manager. He was very SNOTTY! He would NOT make more gravy for us all he did was take the extra dollar charge off of our bill. We had a couple of dry biscuits we didn’t eat. You would think the manager on duty would be the nice one trying to accommodate you but all he did was piss you off more. Our waitress was very nice though.

The service was very slow. Orders were incorrect. Food was cold. No drink refills. Took awhile to get the check. Also had to wait awhile to pay. Saw at least two different parties get up and leave without being helped.

I believe I have been to this SnS at all hours of the day. The service has always been at least friendly, though spotty late at night. Food is usually fine. And I love that you get coupons in the circular regularly.

I’ve stopped going to this location all-together because the experience is always horrible. On several consecutive occasions, they just don’t have enough staff on duty to keep up. You wait forever for your food and shakes always come out after you are half done with with your meal. On top of that, the place is always a mess — with many tables left unbussed for far too long. Servers always apologize profusely for the wait, but that just makes it worse. I drive out of my way to go to the Gravois/Hampton location or the Chippewa/Kingshighway location for a FAR better experience.
