William Chang, OD

Dr. Chang was very accommodating and he was ever so helpful during my «eye emergency». I highly recommend him for getting contacts and glasses. He is very willing to work with you to provide the best service possible! I felt very comfortable talking to him and he had EXTREMELY competitive pricing. Go to Dr. Chang and your eyes will thank you!

Dr. Chang is AWESOME! He’s pleasant, nice, professional, and he follows up. I’ve been getting my contacts from him ever since I started using them. He listens to your concerns and he makes sure you get the best possible price. He’s attentive to each patient and makes you feel like you’re his only patient. He’s truly the best.

I originally found Dr. Chang because I mistook his office for my old optometrist’s, but even though there wasn’t really anything wrong with the previous one, I highly doubt I’ll be going back.
The first time I went to see him was regarding an infection– after the examination and the prescription, Dr. Chang followed up with me on two other appointments for no extra charge. It’s a wonderful and (sadly rare) quality: he genuinely cares about his patients and is very thorough. When I went back almost a year later for a regular examination, I discovered that his prices are even better than Costco’s. Not only that, when I explained that I stopped wearing contact lenses due to discomfort, he helped me find a brand that dried out less easily and did a contact fitting with no extra charge.
I can’t recommend Dr. Chang enough, definitely a great professional with a lot of patience, and an overall nice guy.

It’s easy to feel comfortable with Dr. Chang. He is friendly, caring, and attentive. Dr. Chang explained everything that he was doing and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He is knowledgeable and really keeps my best interests in mind. I feel like I am in good hands with Dr. Chang. His prices are also competitive. It’s much better than Costco!

I had a great experience with Dr. Chang. He is a very caring doctor who is very eager to make you feel comfortable. He worked very hard making sure I received the right prescription. He is also very amiable. But most importantly, he knows exactly what he’s doing. With Dr. Chang, you’re in good hands. I highly recommend him. He is a great neighborhood addition.

I had a bothersome eye inflammation about a month ago, my left eye was super red and dry for weeks. I first went to see my regular doctor but the eye drops he gave didn’t help. I was able to squeeze in a quick appt w Dr. Chang and he put my worries to rest. He did a thorough examination and he explained what was going on with my eye… it’s hard to find doctors that actually LISTEN to their patients. I was prescribed the RIGHT type of eye drops and one week later everything was back to normal! Relief…

I had a great experience at Dr. Chang’s office! My previous experiences with other optometry offices have never been good– long waits, dirty office, poor customer service, etc. But with Dr Chang, I was given many contact lens options, and he answered all my questions without rushing me. The office looks really new and clean. Another plus was that I hardly had to wait. They accept walk-​ins too!

Wonderful optometry office! The office looked incredibly nice and neat with a welcoming atmosphere. The support staff was friendly-​the receptionist greeted me cheerfully and made sure I was seen right away. Dr. Chang gave a thorough exam and was very patient at each step. He was attentive and knowledgeable with my questions and concerns and explained everything I needed to know.
I’ll definitely come back for my next yearly check-​up.
