I was referred to Kathy from a friend soon after I noticed her beautiful lashes. Kathy was able to fit me in deposits her busy schedule. I am very happy with the results. It’s nice to have the option of getting thicker lashes, straight or curly at the same cost. I will be returning that is for sure!

Had my first appt with kathie today and she was great. Very gentle and my lashes look awesome. Went for full natural look and my eyes look great. Super easy communication. She txtd me right back when I asked for appt. She was able to see me within couple of days. I made my next 2 appts so that I’m sure to get in for the holidays. So nice to work with someone who wants you looking your best.

Well thank you for the clarification, but when I showed up Monday your doors were locked and your sign said «Monday: CLOSED». Excuse me for the confusion. Based on your vague responses I will never go to your establishment.

I really enjoyed my experience with Kathie so far, I just got my lashes retouch up and I feel confident and love the way it looks on me.
Kathie always text me day before my apt and make sure I text back to confirm the apt time. She has very light hands I almost don’t feel anything, I even felt sleep once. The whole experience it’s just wonderful. I love it here and I will continue coming here to get my lashes done :)

HISTORY
Had lash extensions done with two other previous professionals. The first one was at least 2 years ago so I couldn’t quite recall the place — at which I had a traumatizing experience where the girl accidentally poked my eye with her tool… Needless to explain why it took me so long to give it another try. The most recent was at Eyelash Lab in Pasadena (closer to home) earlier this May. No incident but I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the way my lashes looked each of the 5 times I went. Both offered Groupons at the respective times I chose to purchase & try.
COMMUNICATION
Kathie is really quick to get back to you when you leave your details in a voicemail incase she’s with a client when you call. She is usually booked more than a month in advance so do call early & you can EVEN TEXT HER! Great for some of us who make appointments while at work sometimes… (What? Who would do such a thing!!)
LOCATION
In the Costco complex of City of Industry/​Rowland Heights off the 60 freeway — Inside the «TJ SQUARE» on the second floor. To the left of the elevator and behind the escalators in a beauty salon. Kathie rents out room «C». Restroom is across her unit door and kept reasonably clean.
SERVICE
I have been to Kathie twice now and my fellow Unilocal reviewers are on the dot. She is professional, gentle, and her results are second to none! I am so glad I bought the 11 refills package! She really listens to your wants & needs — just be honest with her and yourself as to what look you’re going for: super natural, daily glam or special occasions~ she nails the look each time. (Haven’t gone super occasion yet but will soon hopefully lol)

I saw a deal for this place on Groupon and decided to give it a try. I called, left a voicemail, and Kathie was very quick to respond! Unfortunately she was pretty much booked for the month of April so I booked an appointment for May. Kathie also texted me a few times before my appointment letting me know that a client had cancelled so she had an opening, but the times never fit with my work schedule. But I still appreciated the fact that she would contact me and it was very easy to communicate with Kathie.
On the day of my appointment, I was a little nervous. I had never gotten lash extensions before so I wasn’t sure what the process was like and I was even more nervous about the outcome. But everything turned out amazing! The whole process was about an hour and I was so comfortable, I fell asleep! When Kathie was finished, she handed me a mirror and I was shocked at how different I looked! My lashes were definitely noticeable, but I didn’t look crazy (which was my main concern). I might even ask to go a little more extreme next time!
It’s been a week now and my lashes still look great! I avoided getting my eyes wet for the first day like Kathie advised, but since then, I’ve been going about my normal routine with no problem. Most days I don’t even wear eye makeup anymore. It’s such a time-​saver! Kathie was extremely nice and I’m super happy with the results! I’m definitely going to continue visiting Kathie!
