I agree with some of the reviews the employees simply lack customer service skills, I believe if a customer purchases an item from a outside source for example key manufacturing. That may be located inside the store but is not part of the store signage should be posted that they are not part of sears and have separate return or purchase policies… this can confuse customers and aggravate customers. Customer service at this store is not acceptable.

Amazing experience Dr Miyazaka was very professional clean area friendly not cold like other places made it a very enjoyable time I would definitely recommend him to anyone! Go see him thank you so much :)
