Overcharged for 3 kids scoops. Price listed as $ 1.99 each but charged total $ 7.47. Doesn’t add up! Boo!

This place has friendly staff and inside the mall next to the AMC! I can get my ice cream and my fav movie! When I come in for a scoop they always have new flavors and their cakes are always fully stocked! Awesome!

Got myself myself a great deal of ice cream after watching a movie at the amc. Great location right outside the theatre!!!

The Asian guy had a really bad attitude. He was very rude. If he doesn’t like his job he should just quit.

I never come to this location, because of my experience w the Korean lady owner/​manager. I wanted to buy a gift certificate, and she gave me a used one from under her cash register! Outrageous!

they accept the birthday coupon… have cakes… n the latest flavors… the one here is all asians… think it’s family run

This is the absolute, most horrible location ever. I went there twice because I took a survey and received a $ 1 off coupon for drinks and they rejected me TWICE. I even wrote an email to the company and asked for an explaination. I was told that they contacted the owner and I would receive a phone call. I kindly rejected the offer because there’s no point in talking to them. You guys are so cheap you can’t even honor your OWN coupon. I printed out the email and they claimed that they cannot accept any «generic» coupon. What the heck? I printed it straight from the website.
I still come here to buy my Capp. blast because it’s my bf’s and I’s favorite movie drink. The staff are very friendly although sometimes clueless, they apologized that they could not honor my coupon because their boss is «strict and she doesn’t really accept coupon». You guys are lucky you’re a mall store because otherwise it would probably shut down.
