Chocolate Croissant($ 3.89 after tax) — For Peet’s sake, just get it! You know you want one! It’s delicious and the perfect snack for a plane ride(despite the flaky mess). I know that Peet’s don’t make their own croissant in house, but whoever they source it from does a good job. I would even compare these to the hole-in-the wall bakeries I find around the city. They are buttery, layered, and include chunks of chocolate that hits the spot. Pair that with a coffee or cappuccino and you got yourself a winner combination.

Service makes no sense. Line at right, order left, pick up other side of right. Tripping over each other. I ordered a grande skinny mocha. What size? Oh ounces? Non fat? Ok? Woman took my mocha by mistake so I mentioned about six drinks later. They took the old latte and then handed it back. I said it’s still a latte. No a mocha. I tasted it. Still a latte. They said they are the same thing we just add a bit of cocoa powder. Be been drinking mochas every morning for years either every barista has screwed up royal, this is the worst mocha ever, or it’s a latte! Steer clear, other coffee venues are a short stroll away and worth avoiding this fiasco booth.

We stopped in at Peet’s on the way to our gate at the San Francisco airport. We were greeted immediately. We had some tea and chocolate croissants. The service was great. We received our order quickly. It was all good.

Filled up my whole cup with ice for my ice coffee. Coffee tasted burnt. I had a doughnut, tasted like burnt grease. Cashier was nice.

Not even sure that I want to write a review… I ordered a white mocha, with almond milk(lactose intolerance on a plane sucks) no whip, no foam… it tasted like burnt milk and coffee… the guy that made it was way to busy doing nothing to even acknowledge me; just sat the drink down and walked away… I was so excited to try this place(first time in San Francisco) even waited in line 30 mins for them to open. I might give it another try if I’m ever back in California again.

United Airlines travelers in the gates 72 – 90 wing, there is hope! Don’t settle for blah lackluster generic airport coffee, make the hike down to gate 86, for Peet’s awaits! They open at 5:00 am, and by 4:40 there was already a line. Well appointed and tidy, and coffee prices aren’t hiked up from normal. I was the 2nd customer of the day, and the staff was clearly not quite ready to rock, as there were a couple flubs, but no harm done, because my small Black Tie was the perfect wake-up juice! Thanks for helping me and my fellow bleary eyed world wanderers get our fix!

I ordered a Croissant egg and cheese sandwich, and the coffee of the day. I thought it was a little overpriced but this was my only chance to have some breakfast before flying again and work all day. I finally get to my gate and try to relax for 5 minutes before boarding, I find out that my sandwich has no cheese! Of course it is too late and too far to go back. I think I could have gotten something better at Burger King, just a few steps away!

Had time to grab a latte before my flight. Nice, dependable, high-quality coffee. Yum!

Saw this Peet’s in SFO and was a bit curious because I really like the Vanilla Matcha Javiva! Oooooh, this place is small! I am not even sure if it is apart of the Franchise or a separate store. The pastries here are much different that some of the other Peet’s pastries that I have seen. The other thing that I noticed was that most of the pastries here were sold out as well! I passed after noticing that there were no more chocolate chip cookies! That tends to be my only reason for stopping by the other day. Good location and nice spot overall! Very convenient location.

The turkey sandwich I had was deceptively large so the high airport price tag didn’t feel as burdensome as I made my way through it.

«We are a licensed Peets and do not take gift cards» They were happy to charge my credit card with their outrageous prices. You would think the service would have been faster with the higher prices. Guess again. 1⁄5 would not return.

Ericka is the nicest person to ever enter an airport, let alone work at one and I was lucky enough to have her take my order on my most recent SFO visit. I waited in line and even though the grumpy customers and people who weren’t even close to being ready to order despite standing in line looking at the menu for 5 minutes, Ericka’s smile and enthusiastic demeanor never wavered. It made me about 11 times more pumped for the day and 156 times more pumped(one time for every minute my flight was delayed) for my perfect matcha tea latte.

Before the flight I stopped at the Peet’s near Gate 70 for a cup of hot cocoa and a chocolate croissant. The cashier had my order on the counter before I counted out my money. The exchange took less time than I spent waiting in line. The croissant had three chocolate stripes inside – a pretty generous amount. At least, it’s more chocolate than I’ve seen used at other coffee shops selling similar pastries. The hot cocoa wasn’t as good. In fairness, I asked for no whipped cream and it probably would have tasted better with it. I would visit this San Francisco treat again next time I’m in town to try more from their menu.

Hot, fresh, delicious tasting coffee. Quick service. What more could a girl ask for?

Don’t think any coffee place inside an airport will get more than 2 stars, due to lack of friendly customer service and overly inflated prices. I wanted my muffin to be warmed up, but they don’t have such a thing. But desperate travelers will buy from here regardless of the prices and lack of friendliness. The barista was rude, didn’t acknowledge my latte order was wrong and insinuated that I didn’t order my drink correctly. This girl had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t know how to order my soy latte no foam correctly. I should have slapped her but it was way to early to start a scene. But, desperate times calls for desperate measures. 8.96 $ for a small drink & muffin.

This Peet’s location is outside of security, near the baggage claim. Perfect because I could pick up my luggage and snag something to eat and a quick rest before the next leg of my trip. Not so perfect because all of the workers loitering around Peet’s. Coffee and snacks were delicious. There’s ample seating and lots of booths, and the area is quiet. Unfortunately, its cleanliness was so-so, and there were construction workers and flight staff sitting everywhere. The Peet’s cashier didn’t seem to mind that they weren’t buying anything. Overall, a nice place if you need a small rest stop before leaving the airport.

Quick friendly service but pricy… I guess it is the airport! The white mocha is really good.

The cashier was terrible. She didn’t know how to speak English much or at all. The barista behind her had to translate. The coffee was excellent though. I had a caffe latte and love the flavor. Beats starbucks!

Water is $ 4.50 smh damn! I guess I cant complain because it is the airport right? Customer service is so so… I mean I ordered a Bagel toasted with cream cheese and a Croissant. Everything was very good but when its early in the morning and its the first meal, anything taste good! LOL! Workers were nice and very helpful. I wanted my Croissant to be warmed up and the did so with no problem! I liked that they have a variety of chips, drinks and salads for the go! Please be aware that it is much pricier then your normal Peets! If I had to really choose I would go with a starbucks over this any day!

Peet’s was opened at 5am on a Monday morning for our fight back home. I opted to order of a slice of marble cake. There were lots of other bread options and prepackaged grab and go sandwiches and salads I. The adjourning refrigerators. The service was quick and our orders came out after less than 5 minutes of ordering. The marble cake was very dry and it was as if it was left out for a day or so. It tasted old. I wish I didn’t waste money on this. This would have been a one star review if it wasn’t for the service we received. Overall, I will continue my loyalty to Starbucks because their products are very consistent.
