Late dinner on a Saturday night decided to pick up a 8 piece meal. opened the bucket when we got home and right on top was a breast piece missing part of the breaded skin part with the exposed meat dried out like beef jerky. they should either close this restaurant early if they can’t maintain quality or hang a sign outside that says reduced quality after 8pm. bad presentation and quality this time.

Not the KFC you grew up with. The food was just okay, nothing to write home about. The selection of side dishes has decreased over the years. The service, they were more interested in chatting than taking my order, but my order was correct.

Slow service… Never gets my order right… I usually get an apology and I move on… But this I cannot let go… They got my order wrong AGAIN… and the window chick (with a huge hickey on her neck and at her age I think is a no no but that’s besides the point) she tries to play it off and say that I ordered grilled. I HAVE NEVER ORDERED GRILLED so no honey try again. She says I have to wait an additional 15 minutes to the 15 minutes I have already waited! Are you kidding me? Then she says I need to understand her position! WTH!!! Your position? I told her: This is not rocket science… it is fast food dammit! SMH — Needless to say I never got my chicken. BOO TO KFC IN SAN FER!

never had a problem here, besides never being able to fill up on one of their lame-​ass portioned chicken meals.
2-​pc chicken, biscuit and gravy with heart-​stopper handful of wedges doesnt cut it for a 180-​lb, 6 ft man.
I gotta realistically spend 10 to 15 bucks here to get satisfied.
Cheaper if I buy a bucket!
Service is all right; once the cashier even went to the back to get me a fresher batch of chicken breast instead of giving me the crappy 2 – 3 dingy leftovers on that heat lamp-​infused mess of a display.
Must have been my cologne.

This review is for the KFC in Granada Hills,
This place is a disgrace to KFC. The dishes here taste totally like crap, over cooked. The staff is arrogant and inconsiderate. They do not KFC honor coupons and lies around the whole deal. Avoid if possible. I live 100 yards from this place, but I drive to the KFC 4 miles from here as it’s worth it.

My friends and I dropped so much cash in this spot for years.
So many good times were had… like the night the power went out. Or when that crazy bitch told us there was a cop looking in our car when we were all clearly baked and paranoid. Who could forget «can I get a biscuit»?
Then, you had to go and put a pube in my mashed potatoes!!! WTF! I mean, I didn’t say «hold the pubes» but damn, I thought that was just a given! Not only do you serve meat from one-​eyed, beakless, robot chickens, but you put a curly Q in my mashed P’s.
You did this to yourself, KFC.
