Jack in the Box

Never had a problem here, just don’t expect 5 star catering and you’ll be fine, people make occasional mistakes but hey I dig the service, place is clean and a lot of parking.

Just passing through the area and made a quick stop. Ok, I’ll be honest mother nature called and this was the only place in the area I could find :-) I always end up purchasing something because I don’t want to be the reason why restaurants lock their doors or put up signs «for customers only». So this is a pretty standard Jack in the Box. It looks like it’s located in historical part of town. The structures of surrounding area is very reminiscent of Glendale back on the late 70’s or early 80’s. That’s not such a bad thing. It actually has a sleepy town feel to the area.
This does look like a more newly renovated facility. The only thing I didn’t like is all the homeless people camping outside. I’m sure they camp outside then use the restrooms inside like most places.
One of the items I like having from time to time is the nacho taco with the awesome fake nacho cheese and mystery meat. I know processed food kills… but it tastes sooo good :-) ha ha ha…
Food = as expected
Seating area = clean
Service = average
Restroom = dirty

food hits the spot, BUT! the bathrooms are filthy dirty, so if the bathroom is filthy, like feces around upper toilet and waste basket filled to the rim with marked waste paper,
I dunno about the practice when handling our food… just saying, in the meantime i cannot eat there anymore, just cleanup, check it out for yourselfs.

I’ve never had any real issues with this Jack in the box. I prefer coming to this one because it isn’t as busy as the one in Sylmar. Their parking lot is very tiny, lucky they have an adjacent parking lot next to it if you wish to park there. The wait time is minimal and they hardly mess up my order. If you are looking for minimal wait times I suggest coming here. I always feel bad for them whenever they have a fair around these streets, their business suffers. Luckily they’re still around!

Bought med fries nd got like literally 6 fries im so upset i didn’t check i went to drive threw and had to ask for everything stupid lady didn’t even put napkins im so done this ghetto jack worst costumer service
