Subway

This is one of the worst subway I have ever been to its 2 hours into opening time and they don’t have a bread ready because they say the process takes about an hour yet they have been there for 2 hours. I spoke to a manager or at least she said she was the manager Kayra. She could hardly communicate with me awful customer service not apologetic at all. This location looks beautiful but the service stinks, will never step foot in that subway again.

Fair customer service. Most of the workers just like to talk to each other instead of helping customers. If that wasn’t bad enough, they only talk in Spanish to each other.
Plus you guys don’t carry Orange Bang… I go to the one on Maclay and Truman instead for much better customer service and I get the Orange Bang.

Went in today asked for 2 subs got attended by a new girl asked for a turkey and ham she made me a Ham And Bacon Sub I told her that is not turkey I was pointing at the turkey and told her that’s turkey she told me the bacon was turkey I had to interrupt the worker ahead of her making someone else’s sub to tell the girl my sub was wrong if your going to hire someone at a subway at least make sure they know what the meats are and they should go thru training I’ve gone to multiple subways in my area and been attended by the newbie and they always mess up.

It is o.k. for fast food sandwiches. It place get direct sunlight in the afternoon; and it gets stuffy. Food is prepared satisfactory. Sometimes the Subway staff do not clean up right away when customers leave. Food will stay on the floor. The place needs a little improvement with keeping place looking clean and feeling comfortable.

I love Subway and expect good customer service because no matter the location I get it. NOT HERE. We went in today. It wasn’t busy and there were three people behind the counter. The girl that waited on us couldn’t be bothered to listen to what I was ordering. Had to repeat myself several times and after I did so she informed me they were out of what we had ordered. Come on, if she had said something the first three times I wouldn’t have been upset but as it was we walked out and will never return to this location. There are two others near by, they’ll get our business.

I noticed all the bad reviews of this subway and I must say that none of the problems that the other reviewers mentioned have happened to me. I’ve been coming to this subway for some time now for lunch since I work across the street. The people that work here are very nice and never rush ahead of the customers. It is always clean and they always make mg sandwiches perfectly. Don’t be dissuaded from dining here. Its a subway after all.

This is the most ghetto Subway I have seen. The people in here cannot speak proper English and therefore cannot communicate with the customers. There is a lock on the bathroom that requires you to put a quarter in to use it…
This building looks like a Subway and smells like one, but I had none of the experience from the service that I am use to from such a franchise. Subway has the most locations out of any establishment in America. Anyone considering going should find one of those.

I came into this establishment on Saturday. Business was slow so I expected some good service being that there was only two other customers already eating. Instead, I got an under their breath «welcome to Subway» and sandwich maker with messy hair and an extremely filthy shirt. She was terrible at making my sandwiches and salads, and just threw everything together with out asking what I wanted on them before she started making them. There was another messy person working there that looked just as bad. The tables were dirty, and there was a pile of trash on the floor like they started sweeping and forgot to pick up all the trash. After this experience I will not be returning to this establishment.
