Ordered a coffee 15 mins later no name no coffee i went up to ask about it, no apology just said someone else took mine. Where is management on this? I never say bad things about Starbucks, unsat loyal customer.

I ordered a green tea frap — perfect! Service was pleasant and fast. Thank you Caleb and Michael for restoring my faith with Starbucks in target stores. These guys worked like clockwork… there was no excessive socializing. The Starbucks in Encinitas Target need to take notes from you guys! Thanks again!!!

My new starbucks near my new home… Kind of shabby from the outside with all the old guys player checkers and poker all day but the staff and the actual starbucks interior are great here… The staff here always greets everyone with a smile and I always enjoy the small talk with them :) Part of my morning routine every weekend… a cup of blonde roast a long walk while I call home and talk for an hour while I walk around the block!!!

Convenient location as it is inside the Target. I always get a black coffee, so there is really no way to screw it up. So the review would be based primarily on service, which was a typical Starbucks experience and was a good one. I rarely have bad experiences getting coffee. Most Starbucks locations that are attached to bigger stores(Target, Vons, etc) don’t have the capability to scan your phone’s Starbucks App, but this one does. Gotta get those Starbucks stars!

Convenient place for a Starbucks to get your caffeine fix after maxing out your debt at Target! Still, it’s small since it is’t a stand alone store and doesn’t have the more comfy chairs that a normal Starbucks would have. Get in, get your coffee, get outta there!

I love coffee.(More than I love lamp) Lamp makes the darkness bright, but coffee makes you warm from within. Lamp uses your energy. Coffee gives you energy. Lamps can get old and out of fashion. Coffee is always in style! Coffee for the win. After resisting Starbucks for a long time, I fell to the temptation of going to this café in Target. Now Target is most favoritest store everrr! So I know that going to the coffee shop within this Target store is just bad news. This is where I get my Starbucks coffee cup and roam the red accented aisles of the Mecca of Commercialism which is Target. The baristas have always been friendly with me. They are a bit younger and have a peculiar sense of humor sometimes. Undoubtedly, however, they are very friendly and helpful. Oh and there may not be WIFI at Starbucks here but I am pretty sure that Target offers it.

I don’t want to be mean about this place, but I live within walking distance to this Sbux and I still won’t come here for my daily fix. The inside is tiny, they tend to get my drinks wrong, and the atmosphere isn’t very good. No one really comes here to study because there’s a group of retired Filipino and Vietnamese(I can’t confirm their ethnicity, that’s not really the point here) men hanging around outside playing chess. Yeah, okay, it’s just chess, but there’s A LOT of them! Sometimes they stand around, smoke, and leer. I’m not a fan of leering. Also, I’ve tried going to this Starbucks at all kinds of odd hours, they’re still there! Even at night when I think these guys should be going home. I think it’s great that they have a hang out spot and can meet up with their friends to exercise their brains, but it’s just not my thing. Maybe one day when I retire, I’ll love coming here to play chess. But not today, no sir!

There’s a lot of Starbucks everywhere. They are all pretty much the same — large variety, friendly baristas, fast service, drinks taste the same no matter what location you go to. This location is perfect for me since i work just a few stores down. Download the Starbucks app and pay using your phone.

The only good thing about this Starbucks is the location/convenience of being inside a Target store and the fact that there are ample seating. The drinks are sub-par. Their attitude turned me off. The last time I went there, I ended up getting a bottled tea instead of a cup of hot tea I was craving for. Last Saturday, there were 3 baristas working, one of them was just standing around looking busy. They seemed nice, but they managed to irritate me by completely ignoring me. The store wasn’t busy at all. There was nobody else in the line but me. None of the baristas asked me if I have any question, if I was ready to order, or even said«be with you shortly.» It was almost like I was invisible(I’m not small by any means). I got tired of waiting, so I decided to get a bottle of cold tea and stood by the cashier with my wallet open. Still waiting, I gave the girl that wasn’t doing anything the«I’m ready and I want to get my drink before the Kingdom comes» look. She rang me up then moved away from the cashier. I sat by the empty seating area, I heard them tell other patrons«Have a good day, sir!» So obviously they have some manner. They just didn’t want to extend me the same courtesy. What’s up with that?

I was a bit leery of a Starbucks opening inside of Target. I mean, there’s a perfectly good one across the street in the Mira Mesa Mall, right? After going to this one a few times, I actually like this location. It’s a full service Starbucks — almost everything you can find in a standalone location can be found here. Plenty of seating as well, and no old Filipino men on the corner! A couple of dings, though — this location opens at the same time as Target, so no early morning runs… and even worse, no wifi! C’mon, even the location at Vons has it, so get working on that! Consider this a 3.5 review overall.

I’ve always been a fan of Starbucks, and opening one in Target was a great idea. Good job Mira Mesa. I felt bad for an employee there because a customer was complaining about the slow service. For one thing, it was just that one employee working at that time, and two– a line was blowing up. So yes, service will be slow. Rude. So, the 4 stars are given to the employees, and not the drinks(Starbucks is great at any location). Baristas who can still hold up a smile with a line of impatient customers deserve a pat on the back.
