i am absolutely in love with my with my new cut and style from innocence! she has the best customer service and i wish i can take her home to washington in my pocket cause it really is hard to find a stylist as good as her! this is the second time she has turned my hair nightmare from other places into something amazing! i’m posting this from my husbands account so don’t pay attention to the profile pic!

I’m a first timer here. Came in after neglecting a haircut for so long and after relocating to the area. It’s been a while so it was hard to describe what I used to get at my old place. She was able to get a hold of my ambiguity and did a fantastic job!

I have been going to the Mission Valley MasterCuts salon for… oh 3 years or more… I started out going there first, then brought the boys and then the girls, and we never looked back.
I even have my mom coming here now!
Innocence is the best, just love her!
Oh, there was this one day that I took my oldest to a Barber Shop near us and oh my, they did such a horrible job. Can you say «uneven». I never heard the end of it.
We drove straight over to Innocence that day to fix their screw up. THANK YOU GIRL!

Yet another stunning haircut from Heather!
This time in, I have enough hair to start growing it out but I was in bad need of a clean up on the bottom. She knew exactly what I wanted and exceeded what I thought I was going to be able to get at this stage.
She kept most of the length I came in with but still managed to give me an adorable cut that’s going to grow out beautifully. Can’t say enough how glad I am too have found her!

Love this place I’ve been coming here since 2010 and I’ve always been taken care of by my girl Innocence Hurtado. Always does an amazing job on my hair and on my husbands as well. Highly recommend and great at coloring too.

Whenever I move to a new place, finding a new place to get my haircut is frustrating. I scout reviews and make my choice carefully. After a bit of looking around online, I had narrowed my choices to two different places. I drove to the first place but decided after pulling up to go with my gut instinct and made my way over to MasterCuts instead.
I went at a good time and was able to walk-​in with the wait only being Yvonne getting set up for me. I was immediately happy I went to this location once u started talking to Yvonne. I loved that she had some funky colors in her hair, which started up our conversation. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She also was very careful with my hair. I was actually really shocked with how little she had to cut! The shape and length were absolutely perfect; and she took her time drying and straightening my hair (let me tell you, drying my hair is no joke! I’d be willing to bet she had to ice her arm afterwards.) I am so pleased with my experience here and with Yvonne’s professionalism and personality. I would happily have her cut my hair again! I will definitely be going back when it’s time dr another trim.

Every time I come in and see Alyssa, I fall in LOVE with my hair cut & color. So worth it, I kid you not. She just gets it; I wanted a deep but vibrant red-​violet and I got it. I can’t find a decent enough picture or the right set of words to describe just how bright, multi-​dimensional, rich and luscious this color is. Cheers

Five stars isnt enough to describe how great my experience at MasterCuts was. I can not thank Alyssa enough for transforming my hair, I was a wannabe ombré mess! She got the color right and cut it exactly as I described. Not only is she a great hair dresser she’s super sweet and honest. I will definitely be coming back.

I only wants to say best hair salon ever I have long black hair I went to britnee and told hair it’s my first time that I want to Chang my hair color and I don’t wanna make my hair damage and red so she did the best and made my hair to the exactly color that I want

Been coming here for 5+years… Thought I could count on them when I needed a last minute haircut for a photoshoot. I’m a guy, my haircut takes 15 minutes maximum. Instead chased out the door with an hour left till closing. Very disappointed.

Was walking through the shopping center yesterday and decided it was time to get my haircut. I was apprehensive of trying a new place but decided to go in anyway. There was a small two minute wait then I was greeted by my stylist names Sarah. Sarah was awesome, she was professional, fun, charismatic and vibrate person. My experience from the time I walked in to the time I walked out was great. I Highly recommended Sarah!

Love the clean store, polite employees. Had my hair cut twice now by different people and both times left with a smile. The store is so very reasonable but that is not even my main reason going there, I love that I am able to just walk in and see if someone is free. Also, the low prices make for a bigger tip. Great place and very professional people.

Innocence did a great job on coloring my hair! She was able to get extremely close to my desired color. Without damaging my hair. Still silky smooth! She’s also real friendly and will listen exactly to what you want. And will tell you what can and can’t happen realistically.

I love this place! I have been coming here for my weekly haircut for almost a year now. Alyssa is an awesome stylist and a wizard with scissors. Thank you!

My waistline locks were cut by Innocence! She is so kind and easy to talk to & did a great job brushing/​layering my long hair. She listens to you & I prefer her service over a high end salon any day!

I found my hairstylist! Alyssa is amazing! Today I got a cut, full head color, and highlights. I was struggling to find the color that with look good with my skin color because it was my first time. Alyssa knew what to do!
She is friendly and «cuts to please» :)
I love coming to her, she is very easy going with whatever you would want. She states her opinion if it’s gonna look good or bad. I am so happy with my hair, I couldn’t ask for anything better. After looking for many hairstylist, I found a great one.
I highly recommend her. And you can make an appointment at mission valley !!!

I’m new in town, been in San Diego for almost 6 months and already been trying 3 different hairstylists! Got so disappointed about their attitude, prices, customer service and most important about the haircut!:/ is that so complicated?!
Anyways, I had to get a haircut because my hair was so dry and damaged so I decided to go ahead and give a shot to this place.
Alyssa was taking care of me. I explained to her what are my main concerns and how I want my hair to look like.
she was very interactive and gave me recommendations to make the hair more healthy but still keep the length.
During the hair cut she was making sure she’s on the same level with me and always was checking that the ends are even-​very important! She blow dried my hair so gentle not to ruin my hair again. I was overwhelmed.
Bottom line-​the hair cut is awesome! my hair is silky smooth again! I love it! I used to spend over than 50 $ for a hair cut that I’m not even satisfied with! Not anymore!

My first time here, and I was able to get a haircut rather quickly without having to wait. The experience was nice, but the girl that was cutting my hair was also greeting customers which was a little disruptive. She had to stop mid-​shampoo & cut to greet & schedule customers. This made for a strange experience.
I also noticed after I had left that she did not cut my sides evenly (a problem I’ve had at other salons too), so I returned for someone to clean it up. They did this graciously, but I did have to drive back for this to be done.
The girls were very nice and the cut inexpensive, but overall I’m not sure I’d return. Perhaps having a dedicated receptionist would be helpful but it may not be in the budget…
