Jersey Mike’s Subs

I always see good attitudes, and today the two dudes were happy to help me with odd requests including sizing down a tortilla. Customer service matters. I love to come here knowing I’m supporting a good business. Oh, and the food is really good too ;) Keep it up and I’ll keep coming.

came to this location before with my husband and sat aside while he ordered. then came back a few weeks later telling my husband to stay in the car while i order our meals because…
the time we went and my husband went up to the counter the guys were extremely short and just acted like they didn’t give a crap. they were borderline rude. maybe they hate dealing with picky customers (my husband hates veggies, so he orders only meat & cheese). idk, that’s the only thing i can think of of why they were being kinda rude to him. then, they ends up messing up his order and had to remake it & started talking crap about him while making the new sandwich. i mean… guys… we can hear you. come on!
so this is why i told my husband… «let me go in this time & order of food». i only did this because i used to be a waitress & work at sbux in my college days. honestly, some people just like the kindness of females better than a non-​expressive male. when i came in to over the food they were very nice & joked around/​small chatted with me. one of the guys was the same guy from when we came in with my husband. had a total different attitude this day. ehh. maybe he had a bad day last time, who knows. if i could I’d give you guys a 3.5 star review, but for now 3 (only because we probably would go there more often if we had a good 1^st experience).

Outstanding experience as a first timer, greeted at the door and friendly. Soon as I was asked what I would like, I informed them I was a first timer and they recommended the best cold and hot sub or substitute it for a wrap. Ended up choosing the Chipotle big Philly and it was very good. Very good service to match the very good food, the regular size sub filled me up just right too, I’ll be excited for my next trip to this location and try out what else they got.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. They always greet you as you walk-​in and make small talk. Get there before noon to beat the lunch crowd and be able to get a table inside or out. Their regular size sandwich is enough for me to split in two and have for dinner or the next day’s lunch. Reasonably priced and decent quality products :)

I’ve only been there once and the food seems overpriced for what it is. I didn’t find it too tasteful either. However, maybe I just didn’t know what to order. I will visit there again eventually, and I will be glad to give it more stars if it worth it

I love this location just because of the super friendly staff and clean environment. The quality of their sandwiches are always consistent. Keep it up!

Guys are insane! Singing and yelling having fun making them sandwiches! Awesome place! Best jersey mikes I’ve been to! Sandwich was perfection too!

I went for my first time recently and had a Chicken Club wrap. I like that they offer any sub as a wrap (they have 3 different types of tortillas) and they let you customize your order. The workers were friendly and efficient, and the food was tasty.

Hate lines, so I call Ahead and always pick up exactly what I’ve ordered. Thank you for freshly made delicious subs!!!

I live jersey mikes, but this was my first time at this location. I got to the car and had to wrote a review they were so amazing. I had 3 staff members help me, all 3 of them were so friendly, courteous and quick. I was in and out in minutes and the guy checking me out gave me a military discount without me having to ask when he saw that I was military! Very happy with the service and will be coming back to this location!

Love coming here on my lunch breaks! Fast and yummy. Line can get long but if you’re willing to wait a few min it goes by really fast. Customer service is wonderful as well!

I love jersey mike’s subs! The meat and cheese taste so fresh! The only down side is I only eat there if I have a coupon. Maybe I’m used to subways prices? But to me it is kinda expensive for sandwiches.

Serves mediocre vegetarian sandwich and wrap. Not worth the price. Healthier than subway because of the bread and lack of sauces. However, it lacks flavor as well.
If you are meat eater, feel free to give it a try. However, I would not recommend this place to a vegetarian.

We order #55 and #56 sandwiches which was the big kahuna beef and chicken sandwiches. It was really tasty and filling, however on the big kahuna beef sandwich, it had less fillings then the chicken sandwich (posted pics). Overall it was worth the try especially when the total only came out to $ 10 for 2 regular hot subs and 2 cookies. We had a coupon for BOGO and check in at Unilocal for free cookies :)

What i really LOVE about Jersey Mike’s is their philanthropy to the San Diego community. When I heard that JM was participating in Day of Giving for Rady Children’s Hospital, we had to go support. We walked in and there was a long line! WOW, this is awesome!!!
This gave us a chance review the menu, but I typically go with my staple sandwich — California Club — Mikes Way (no onions).
The sandwiches are fresh and the staff is very friendly. They make your sandwiches with care and they top the toppings! I feel the toppings are fresher than Subway and they just don’t slap all the goodies in your sandwich. It’s neater.
The sandwiches are a bit pricer than your $ 5 foot longs but you get what you pay for. There’s usually promos or coupons available in local papers or online.
The JM is located in the Albertson’s shopping center in Mira Mesa. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. Oh and check in on Unilocal and you get a free cookie!
Kudos to Jersey Mike’s for giving back!

This location is great although I honestly havent gone to others haha! The staff are always super friendly. Don’t be deterred by the line, it goes by fast. The subs are amazing. My boyfriend and I usually get the original italian and the #8(don’t even remember the name), but we get it Mike’s way no onions, with mayo and mustard. Make sure to sign up for their emails! You get a free sub and drink on your brithday and they always have coupons subscribing to the emails. It’s like you’re going to buy a sub anyways so why not get a free drink and chips?!

Yumm. Sandwiches are hit or miss, but Jersey Mikes makes them exactly how you want them and hits them out of the ballpark!
Don’t get my wrong, subway is good, but Jersey Mikes is better and doesn’t smell funky. The subs here are large and filling, they taste great and still cater to what you want.
The staff is always friendly and ready to serve you and the establishment is clean.
I would recommend Jersey Mikes over Subway.

I went back today to try the Regular Italian on a Tomato Basil wrap.
Thin, thin slices of provolone, so couldn’t really taste it much, decent amount of meat, ten bucks and change with a drink.
Little bit better sandwich, but still not the heat… so, I gave it a shot and am done with Jersey Mike’s.

We have to be to work at 5am so lunch is around 930– 945. The old manager would open so we could have something to eat besides Alberstsons Deli meat, now the new manager is firm on 10am. The customer service has dropped below par for this location. Really sad because I love jersey mikes steak sandwich.

Everyone compromises in their relationships. Jersey Mikes is one of the compromises I make. Mario loves the place, I happen to think that the food here is bland and over priced. Who gives a flying fig if they slice their meat on site if it doesn’t have any taste to it anyway!
A big kahuna cheese steak (giant) and a turkey club (medium, mikes way) two chips and two drinks set us back $ 25!
No fist bumps for you Mike, sorry.
