Quite possibly the best subway restaurant we’ve ever been to! Stopped in on our way to the food bank. Saw that it had 4 stars and had to give it a try. Right off the bat we knew why. Never had such great service and seriously good bread! Unfortunately no one had name tags so I can’t name names but the guy who made our sandwiches was so pleasant! The tuna was definitely fresh and the bread was amazing! Probably the lightest fluffiest roll ever! Might actually go out of our way to visit again when looking for an easy dinner.

Monday lunch and its not crowded. I like the place. It is a typical clean establishment. Service is fast and the sandwich looks so good. Such an ashame that they are not close to my house. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Whenever we are in the area again, we will definitely stop by. By the way the tuna and avocado sandwich tastes awesome.

I LOVELOVE Subway and will continue to still order from this subway HOWEVER the guy with the shaved head and glasses is the slowest person ever. He takes forever to help a customer when they walk in, he takes forever to make the sandwich and he does not listen to the customer at all. This gentlemen NEEDS to be retrained and given some more energy fast. Overall staff is great.

I went in here just to pick up a soda. It was a Monday and there was a long line with two associates working. One who was obviously really new. The other was running around trying to pick up the slack from her associates lack of knowledge. The customers in line were impatient and rude to the associates. The two girls were working hard and they did a great job. Even though I just got a soda I waited my turn in line and had a great experience. I really felt sorry that they were treated so poorly by customers while they were nothing but pleasant to them.

I love Subway and I have been to a million. This one is super clean and the food looks great. I love tomatoes but skip them at most subways because they are always soggy but not here. The staff is so nice and friendly. They care how they make the sandwiches. I can’t say enough. It’s run really really well.

I eat subway a lot. Love the great deals. This time though the service was extra awesome. Shan and justin had great attitudes serving not only me but the other customers.

I love this subway. They make my food pleasently and don’t bark at me over wanting extra vegetables, etc. They move quickly and are never understaffed. I always eat subway but only tip at this one because the service is superior.

I don’t care if you have been slammed during lunch, but every time I seem to go into this location they are out of either Italian bread, some vegis or patience for the customer. However, today was the final straw. I asked for extra olives and the gal said that they were almost out, so she could give them to me. You DONT tell a customer that they cannot have something they want. I believe that their ordering system sucks. When does a restaurant run out of food ever? Geeze. Not happy and not getting better at this location.

I usually visit this Subway twice a week and would give it 5 stars, but today I had the a new person make my sandwich and it was horrible. I asked for salt and pepper on it. I took one bite out of it and it was too salty. The salt was caked on so much that I could hear my teeth crunching on the salt while I was chewing. I quickly got back in line and asked for a new sandwich and told them the reason why I wanted a new one. The same person made me a second sandwich and this time I watched him pouring the salt on and I stopped him while he was putting salt on it. He had the salt shaker about an 1″ above the sandwich and was pouring salt slowly from left to right as he was shaking it. I said«Waoh woah woah thats too much». He gave me the sandwich and it was made exactly the same. At this point there was a long line behind me and he handed me my order, I didn’t want to be that customer that causes problems and make everyone get mad, so got out of line I sat down. I was so hungry at this point I just ate it and with the first bite it was just as salty as the last sandwich. I drank 3 sodas and I couldn’t get the salt taste out of my mouth. It’s been 5 hours since I ate that sandwich and I still feel sick from eating it. I love Subway and I got the Unilocal checkins and Instagram photos to prove it. In any case, I called in and asked for a manager and there was none available so I decided to write this. I hope that new guy gets proper training with the salt shaker. That salty sandwich was disgusting. I will still go to this Subway but will not eat anything this new kid makes.

One of the friendlier subways I’ve been to. When you ask for extra stuff in there, they actually give it to you, and not be stingy about it. And they’re always cracking jokes and just making the place a happy environment. I can’t speak for how it is during the day cos I usually come here late night.

I prefer this Subway to the other, «challenged» Subway down the street with a drive thru. The people working here are fast and friendly. It’s pretty hard to mess up a sandwich when you are there watching them make it for you, but hey, it’s happened. They are open until 11pm so if you get a craving for a hot, meaty, delicious, foot-long at almost any hour, you are in luck my friend.

So here’s the thing… Since the new year, I have been on a pretty strict diet. The one thing I can eat if I don’t have the time to pack a lunch is Subway. My job requires me to travel, I’m in a different part of SD everyday, so I’ve been to many-a-subway. So I found this one, super close to my work. I go in the other day and I start to order my usual«sub.» It a breakfast sandwich, with egg white, turkey and a litte spinach. The lady behind the counter says«I’m sorry ma’am we don’t have a breakfast sandwich with turkey on it.» What? Seriously? I get it, I’m ordering off-menu, but we can work together to make this happen. I politely just ask, can you make me a sunrise sandwich without the bacon or ham? This would leave me with only the turkey, I’m saving you guys money cause you get extra materials for another person, so we are all happy. The lady being nervous about this, asks some one else, who appears to be a supervisor of some kind who said NO! Seriously? Seriously? I can’t have what I want? Every other Subway on earth will let me order a sandwich this way. Its like if I ordered a sub that would classically come with onions, ask to remove the onions, and you force me to have them anyway! WHAT!!! I walked out, will not go back to this one again… customer service people, that is your job…

Subway is a very consistent chain. You know what you’re gonna get — and I’m thinking since it seems that all the meats are portion controlled down to the micrometer setting for how thick the slices of meat and cheese are, all Subways are pretty much the same. I also believe they bake their bread in each location from frozen dough(correct me if I’m wrong), so no matter if you go to Subway in Mira Mesa or Subway in Poughkeepsie, New York, you’ll probably get pretty much the same sandwich. That being said, this location has the friendliest people behind the counter — and they have always taken the time and effort to make sure my sandwich is 100% correct. I threw a weird order at them once(a cold cut combo without the bologna), and I saw the«sandwich artist» peel off the 2 micron thick slice of baloney off of the sandwich which was NOT an easy thing to do. All the time, he was smiling, chattering away with the other staff and me. Great attitudes here! If you order the sandwich with everything, you get EVERYTHING, and plenty of it. It’s hard to close that sandwich when you get all those vegetables! And they’re good veggies too, not just the mounds of iceberg lettuce that you get at other sub shops(I’m looking at you, Jersey Mike’s and Submarina). Love the bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, jalapeños, spinach, olives. Yes, they’ll load the iceberg lettuce on there, if you want. I prefer Subway’s sub sandwiches, and I suggest you try the monthly $ 5 footlong — they’re almost always great, and at $ 5 you can usually make 2 meals out of it(I certainly do!). And when you combine a good hearty sandwich with a fun crew making them, hey, what’s wrong with that? I’ll answer that for ya: Nothin’s wrong with that.

Not so good. They didn’t make it they way I like it even though I kept telling them. i’m not sure if the server just meant to ignore me or if she just had bad hearing. This Subway experience was bad. Next time I’ll go to a different Subway.

There subs are pretty good. How can they be bad when you choose what you want in them? LOL. My favorite is the sweet onion terriyaki sandwhich. :)

Subway is Subway, and it’ll always be cheap, relatively healthy, and filling. However, this place has excellent customer service. The workers always greet you with a welcoming smile and a «welcome to Subway.» Although they are nice, I wish they would be a bit faster. They take a longer time to crank out the sandwiches compared to other Subway franchises. I wouldn’t want to go there during the noon time when lines can circle the store. I’m sure many are familiar with Subway’s menu. but my personal faves would have to be the Subway Melt(I love my bacon!), Turkey, chocolate chips cookies mmhmm, and the Chicken Florentine Flatbread when they had it.

Love the pastrami(limited time only)… I love subs, i love $ 5 for the footlongs, which feeds me for the next 2 meals. I like how they make the sub in front of you and to your liking. Always friendly faces here, and pretty fast service overall. Small on the inside, but I usually take my sub to-go anyways.
