I came here yesterday for the first time, and Tiara was extremely helpful! I wanted to buy hair dye because my most recent trip to the salon left the top of my hair blonde and the rest of my hair brown. Tiara examined my hair then recommended the brand, Color Tango, since they offer many shades of brown. I usually use the One ‘n Only Argan Oil brand, but I was willing to give this brand a shot. She also recommended a developer and moisturizer. I went home and tried the box dye, and it worked great. I’m so glad to have come across a knowledgeable and friendly worker! While I was there, she also helped another customer who came in for dye due to a bad salon experience as well. Customer service really makes your experience, and the workers here know what they’re doing.

Wide selection of beauty products like nail polish and hair products. I like shopping here because they offer big sizes for the lowest prices. If you know what you like and works best for you come here and purchase it because they offer the best value I’ve seen. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable which is necessary because the store is very dense and hard to find things quickly.

Literally would give this place negative stars if I could. I came in to pick out some nail polish. They have all the polishes taped down with a painted nail with one coat to look at. They are not realistic to what the color is but you cant see the color in the bottle because it’s taped laying down. I tried to slightly angel the bottle so I could see it. The lady behind the counter said I can’t do that. I asked her how people are suppose to see the colors and she said «well if you heard me I said you could come up here» I’m not sure how that helps since I can’t take the polish with me. She was so rude to me and I left without purchasing polish. Clearly some low paid sales associate with an attitude. I hope her manager reads this or knows how she treats customers. I will not be returning.

As a barber, I’m well aware that Sally’s is not going to be similar to price as a licensed professionals only shop. That being said, selling clippers for literally a hundred dollars more than AMAZON is crazy! Everything in that store in nearly double the average cost. I get that it’s convenient and they have a better selection then let’s say like CVS Pharmacy but double the average price is borderline robbery.
I went in last night actually to pick my wife up some lashes she needed and to get a round brush for work. There were two young women working both the registers and both currently ringing up customers with nobody else in line. You would assume it would be quick, right? Wrong. Both were running their entire training and sales pitch on getting people signed up for their membership card they offer. So irritating. And let me be clear, I’m not putting down the two women in the least! I’m sure they are very forced to do this and that its a corporate thing.
After I get home, my wife notices the receipt in the bag and is APPALLED by the cost of the lashes. Out of principal, returned them and bought the exact pair across the street at another beauty supply chain for exactly half the price.
Do research and look around. This place is simply massively overpriced.
I do like that they are right by the freeway on my way to work so if I NEED neck strips or other small items for that day, I can swing by relatively easily. That’s the only thing I like about Sally’s.

Found what I was looking for. The store was clean. The staff greeted me when I walked in and asked me a few times if I needed help. I do think that they can engage a bit more with their customers. Like give feedback and opinions about products that the customer seems interested in.

This sally beauty supply is great and its in a complex with lots of parking. Except if you go at peak times then almost impossible to find parking. I go here and buy hair dye. Its cheaper than going to the salon and I can do it myself. The staff isn’t too friendly when you ask them a question. Seems like they’d rather stand around and talk with each other instead. Its great that you have another opportunity with his job. But unprofessional to talk about that with customers around.
I also don’t like that they wouldn’t let me write a check. Even if I had to write my address on the check. Don’t think it should matter, forced to use a credit card.

I just purchased the club card for $ 5, which is a great investment because you get the 5 dollars back to use on your next purchase! this club card gives you from 50 cents or more off regular prices. They have more salon brand hair products, tools, and other body maintenance products.
I also suggest you to check out their specials! They often give free gifts with purchase or BOGO 50%-free items.

It had a large selection of beauty supplies and the manager at the store was very knowledgeable about where to find things. I was looking for a nose trimmer and I found one for a very reasonable price. They had tons on clearance as well!

Nice folks who work here who know their products pretty well. Every time I come here, I am always greeted.

Love their clearance section. I like coming here to get hair extensions, dry shampoo, fake nails… or whatever beauty stuff I need.
