I had no idea what I was doing, I had never bought a home or applied for a loan. My wife fell in love with a house that Fakri showed us. I let him know that we wanted the house but that I would need him to hold my hand through the process. I was in an unusual work situation, but he was able to introduce me to a great lender, who helped me qualify for a loan. He kept us informed, and explained every step along the way. With his guidance, I felt very comfortable that I knew what was going on and what my options were. Long story short, we just moved into our beautiful new home and we couldn’t be happier.

Fakri helped My wife & I purchase our 1st home. He was understanding and very patient with both of us. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we understood confusing issues. He walked along side of us through the entire process. We gave him a wish list and he always reminded us of those items when ever we looked at a home. Always provided the positives & negatives on all properties. We never felt pressured in our choices or decisions.

Fakri helped my husband and I find our first home. He was extremely patient with us, as we looked at several condos and homes. We were first-​time buyers, so we didn’t understand the process well, and he walked us through everything. Whenever we were even slightly confused he took time to explain things, and he took extra time to make sure that we really knew what we were getting into.
We had a VERY long escrow due to our financial needs, and he was always ready to jump into action and run paperwork over to us, or whatever needed to be done. He was not only a very knowledgeable realtor but was also a very caring person. He really wanted our small family to be in the best home we could afford.

Back in 2005, shortly after my wife and I got marry, we decided that we wanted to buy a home. A friend referred Fakri to us. A few weeks later, we invited Fakri to our rented home to discuss buying a home. The meeting went very well, and we felt that he was the agent we wanted to work with. So we signed a six month contract with him to find us a home. From that point on, Fakri was on a mission to find us a home that we would be happy with. Fakri would send us listing every week of home he thought we would be interested in. He dedicated every weekend to us and taking us from San Diego, Oceanside, San Marcos, Temecula, and finally Murrieta. Where we finally found a home that we were happy with and fit our budget. Needless to say, the six month contract had ended, but we could not be happier working with Fakri. We continued to work with him without any contract. My wife and I will definitely use him again to buy our next home.
