I came into the store with my friend close to closing time and they were so helpful with finding a men’s shirt. I have not seen this amazing customer service in awhile in a retail store.

Daniel and Ayden were so helpful in our shopping experience. The store was almost closed and they weren’t in a rush to get us out. They still insisted that we took our time and helped us find anything we needed! Also express had a great 50% discount on everything and they still supported a 10% military discount.

Went here for a quick shopping excursion, the store wasn’t hard to find and the staff was helpful when we were looking for a certain pants size. They have most clothing items found online and instores but the size might not be available. Clothes are very expensive if you’re buying it at regular price but it’s better to wait for their sales or coupons. It’s also good to sign up for their emails & text notifications for coupons. They’re good for work clothes and going out, this is a definite stop when I go to the mall.

I was helped out by Daniel, and he was by far the most helpful associate I have encountered. He assisted me with my selections, and ensured that I knew what coupons I had available including a 10% discount for being a veteran. I will definitely be coming back to this Express specifically.

Unreal… I received a 40% off coupon (from the Corp office) for any item in store (not select stores) or online, wasted an hour just have the manager refuse to honor the offer. He claimed it was a mistake and not a real offer but then said it would work online… hmmm
The staff was great and very helpful but the manager was worthless.
I feel bad for the staff under his management.

Prices are normally high, but there’s always coupons and sales going on. Everything was 40% off during Thanksgiving weekend.
