Apex Contracting and Restoration

I recently had a flood in my home, and my insurance company Chubb, recommended Apex to me. My project manager was David Hopkins. I could not have asked for anyone better! He was attentive to all my needs and call me back within five minutes of my calling him. The people that he brought to my home were all professionals, very neat and very polite. They worked at my house for about a week and a half, and when they left, you would never have known that there was ever a flood or any damage to my house. I recommend them very very highly. You will be very satisfied.

Yet another example of how out of touch Apex was with my situation: I never contacted APEX about doing the work on the interior. The focus was always on the exterior. Anyone with an ounce of common sense would know that the interior can’t be addressed until the exterior is repaired. I am not upset about the amount of time it took for APEX to get approvals from the property manager. I am upset about what transpired AFTER all approvals had gone through and APEX did not respond. Please stop making excuses for your lack of internal communication and customer service.

Very professional and always followed up with us during the process of getting our home put back together. His crew members were very quick, pleasant and trustworthy. Highly recommended! :)

My apt. was totally flooded last month. Allstate, with whom I have Renter’s insurance, sent Anthony Gomez to estimate my personal property damages/​losses. He was punctual and very professional and fair. He was also patient, understanding and kind when I had to reschedule a couple of appointments with him. He was very knowledgeable and I feel that he was very fair in estimating my losses. He was also very prompt in sending his report to Allstate. We had our appointment on a Fri. afternoon and first thing the following Monday morning he e-​mailed me a copy of his report. I contacted him a few days later re: another loss, and he responded immediately. He certainly helped make my life easier during a very stressful time. Thank you, Anthony.

Our HOA made an appointment with Apex Contracting and Restoration through Manny Martinez. After waiting for over 30 minutes past the appointment time and not having Apex show up I then called them at 1(888) 619‑2739 to see what was going on. Somehow after making the appointment w/​Manny Martinez on May 12 he did not have us on his calendar. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the service… only the experience to date.

I’ve worked alongside these guys on various residential and more advanced condo repairs and resto work, and haven’t been disappointed yet. A company is only as good as their worst guy, but they seem to have properly trained workers. The supervisors have also been organized and on time.

We referred to Apex from The Hartford when we discoved a leak in our wall. As new new homeowners this was a very stressful situation. However, Apex’s professionalism made everything so much easier. Michael, the original estimator was extremely kind, and very responsive. Malcolm the foreman kept the job on tract, and put all our concerns at ease. Keith the carpenter was always there early in the morning with a positive attitude. He took such pride in the work that was being done. My wife dealt with Graham, and she said he was great as well.
To sum it up, Apex was amazing. They made us feel like our relatively small job was their biggest job on the plate. The area they repaired looks better than before.

A suprise leak in our dining room, turned into an amazing experience with Apex. Their team was the most professional group who turned a potential messy repair, into showing real care for our home, and leaving our dining room better than before the leak.
