Friendly service, adequate speed, accurate order. You could do worse up the road at 1604 and Culebra, so just stop here. I have to leave San Antonio to receive a truly mind-blowing Starbucks experience, but this rates as a location that I won’t actively avoid, hence the four stars. Enjoy!

Service at the Drive-Thru window was excellent. Great stop if you are in a hurry. Other than that… I love my Caramel Macc’s

This location is closest to me yet I would rather drive out of my way for a latte. I used to be an every morning regular yet the staff hardly took notice. A single latte order always takes an unusually long time to prepare.

I miss my old Starbucks from San Diego and San Jose where I knew the staff and they knew my order but this one is fine and they prepare solid coffee as ordered. Not much in terms of personality but they deliver the goods.

Very nice Starbucks right off 1604. Ample parking and seating inside. Also has accompanying drive through. On my first visit, I was unable to open my Starbucks application in my phone and pay. Despite my difficulties, the barista was nice enough to offer me a free drink. Would absolutely come back again.

Let me preface this review by saying that I’m not a Starbucks person. I like the convenience and the free wifi when I’m in a new city but other than that you really won’t find me at one. However, this location is the closest one to my home and has sentimental value to me(my boyfriend and I met here several years ago for our first date). In my experience the service is quick and the servers aren’t super friendly but they aren’t rude either. For the most part they play good music and there’s usually a place to study with an outlet to plug in your laptop. I went here this past weekend to work on homework and most of the tables were dirty looking(but not sticky so I guess that’s okay…). Out of peer pressure I ordered a toasted graham latte. I didn’t like it but I didn’t hate it either. I wouldn’t order it again but let’s be honest I’m a Lavazza snob. Sorry not sorry.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. We come here maybe 1 – 2 times/wk or at least once every weekend. Everyone has always been friendly and service is quick. Compared to a couple of SBs I’ve been to in this town, these guys have the best Non-Fat Caramel Macchiato, which is my personal«the regular». The pastries are great, I’ve never had an occasion where the pastry I wanted was not available. The drive through is pretty quick as well. It does get busy on Saturday Mornings and it’s a smaller SB so longer wait time and a packed house is to be expected(duh). I’m the patient sort so it does not bother me at all. As far as the weekday rush goes, if you get there before 6:30AM, you’ll make it to your Loop 410 office on time. I’ll see you all there some time then… ciao’!

I received a coffee that did not taste like what I ordered. The ladies behind the counter were very nice and made me a new coffee. I appreciate their polite customer service and fixing the situation quickly.

I’ve been here several times. The first time I walked in with my Supervisor she was treating me for a coffee. She was trying to find a voucher on her phone which took a minute or two. The barista was very rude, and making faces. And as I grabbed my frap it was all watered down! So I asked if they could make it again with extra ice. Another barista said«UGH why didn’t she say that in the beginning.» I didn’t say anything, but my immediate thought was«DUH make it like it should be.» Anyways this is this nearest one to home. It always takes forever to get a drink through the drive thru. I’m bummed. If you don’t like your job it’s really not the customers fault. Not all customers are nutty.

this place has the best location but the smallest parking lot. i circled the parking lot a couple times but it was clear no one was leaving so i left. the line for drive thru was just as full.

Came in saturday morning early for a coffee break and to read a good book for about an hour. Good customer service and quick. Not unlike many other SBs. This is a small store and it mainly gets a lot of drive thru traffic at this time. However their parking lot is full which makes me think people park in this area to go to nearby shopping stores. I had to drive around a bit to wait for a spot. The most inconvenient thing is the loud music in there. Does the music have to be so loud?! It was just too much! I put in my headphones and played some of my own music. But I could still hear the music blaring from the speakers! So annoying. I ended up sitting outside. It was allright except for the ongoing drive thru traffic driving past me constantly. Next time I get the urge for a coffee shop visit I will likely go to another SB or coffee shop.

This is one of the best Starbucks! Very consistent in providing great service and beverages. This is a really busy location as the area is rapidly growing, and the nearest secondary location is a couple of miles away.

Good customer service, just an average Starbucks not much to say about it. However, the employees were a little slow at the drive thru window. No biggie, my drink was still perfect

Let me set in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to tell me at the speaker that they were«now closed». How about putting a cone in the drive thru line behind the last customer so that we don’t set there forever only to be disappointed! On to Dunkin’ they are so much better anyway.

Finally! After years of disappointment, I went through here the other day and received a perfect beverage. Then again, I recognized no one who used to work there. On the flip side, the service was inattentive and almost rude! I pulled up to the drive-thru window, money in hand as they asked, and no one came for several minutes. Finally the barista shows up, takes my money with barely a hello, and hands me my drink. Certainly not Starbucks style. This place will just never get it right if they don’t get it together. Glad there’s 151 to stop at on my route! I’ll only stop here out of lazy necessity. My rating system: 5*= Driving across town just for this! 4*= I would recommend visiting. 3*= Average, acceptable, positive. 2*= You might be able to drag me in. 1*= I will definitely not be returning.

I stop here occasionally(a couple of times a month) to pick up a large cappuccino on the way to work. I order it with 2 equals and cinnamon on top – not complicated. Unfortunately, it’s a real crap shoot as to whether I will get what I order. It seems the gals in side are more interested in chatting than tending to the customers. It’s not like they are too busy. I stop before 6:00AM, so there is literally no one in the store and it is rare for there to be more that two vehicles in line at any given time. I know leaving the cinnamon off, or not putting the equal in, or not providing a stir stick are small things, but when you pay almost five dollars for a darn cup of coffee, I don’t think it is too much to expect to get what you ask for.

This location is getting worse over time. Stopped by for coffee and a sandwich before class. Drive thru line was very long so we went inside. No one in line and two people waiting for their drinks. We ordered and waited about five minutes for our order. There was one person in drive thru, one in front register, one on bar, and two walking around doing nothing. Manager was there and never stepped up to help yo get line under control. She was getting her drink and went to the back. Lots of goofing around and non-business talk between employees. I really don’t care about what bar you went to last night or what time your off shift… I come here to order coffee! Rating system: 5 stars = I’ll drive across town specifically for this, and rave to all my friends about it! 4 stars = Would recommend visiting. 3 stars = Average, acceptable, positive. 2 stars = Would only go if everyone else wants too. 1 star = I will definitely not be returning.

In the morning it’s okay but after 2 it’s very slow using the drive thru. The drinks are made correctly.

I’m not a huge coffee drinker but sometimes I turn on Iggy Azalea’s «Fancy» and as a typical White city girl, roll up to Starbucks in my Hyundai looking for something that’ll keep me awake for a Netflix marathon. In all seriousness, I haven’t had any issues with this place. I always get the same thing; a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappucino with extra whipped cream. It’s perfect for those of us who aren’t huge coffee drinkers but need something sweet. I’ve never had to wait in line for very long and the drive-thru attendants are always cordial and polite to me. In the words of the Terminator… I’ll be back.

There baristas here are definitely top notch! I should know since, well, I worked at Starbucks! This place is hardly too busy inside and the drive thru might get busy during the rush hours of the morning and afternoons but they seem to manage it very well. There is ample seating inside to lounge in as you use the free wifi as well as outside when the weather is nice. I have not met a single barista here that was not always nice or polite. I could say they get a fair share of stupid customers though. I come here every day almost because I do not have internet at my house and I hear the rudest people and those that just like to complain about everything. I usually come in for my blonde whether it is brewed or a pour over and even when they do a pour over they are always really nice about it. Jonathan, Brittney, «Lizette», etc. are all very kind and funny baristas. So when you go, don’t forget to tip them! Oh and they have the best music selection I have ever heard at Starbucks… EVER!
