I don’t know why I even bother any more. My drinks from this location never taste the same, or right. They seriously need training on how to make drinks the RIGHT way.

This Starbucks location has the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a Starbucks. I’ve been here several times hoping my experience would be better and have been disappointed each time. The drive thru is so slow and the people are rude who work there. The Starbucks I went to in the city I used to live in were awesome where the people would actually have small talk with you while you waited for your order but at this location they actually stand at the window with their back to you. I’ve waited at the drive thru window for almost 10 minutes for just a coffee with cream and watched the employees laughing, joking, and dancing around while no one came to the window to help me. Horrible service at this location.

Staff is friendly but super slow and took 20 mins to get my drink. Can’t say its one of my favorite places to go.

I don’t even live here I’m visiting and this is the Worst Starbucks of my life! Ordered 3 different types of drinks and they managed to screw them all up! I returned one cause I didn’t want to go through the whole «whose your manager «process but ended up giving them all back because they were so rude about remaking one god damn drink. They lacked customer service! My question is if you don’t know how to treat a customer right or know how to make the product why are you working there? If they were nice to me I honestly would of let it go. Customer service is number one priority.

This is like all the great Starbucks around the country. They have free WIFI and the service and coffee is great. I have 4 stars because every time I come in or through the drive through it takes forever. I understand it’s not always their fault but I noticed it when they were dead and I was inside. The place is always clean and people are nice! Enjoy!

I ordered a tea. I don’t know where the concept of the drive-​thru was lost, but somewhere down the line we forgot that the drive-​thru line is about getting people in and out and keeping the line moving. The passion tea lacked passion. It tasted artificial, powdery even. And I thought that was the whole point of acquiring Teavana is to improve the quality and selection of non-​coffee products at Starbucks. To say I expected more would be a vast understatement.

Besides coffee the only thing I like to get here is the Everything Bagel with Cheese. Unfortunately every time I go, no matter when they are always out. In my opinion they should just take it off the menu and be done with it since apparently they never have it available. Other than that, service is okay even though wait times are a little long.

Probably the worst Starbucks drive thru I be been to. I love Starbucks and still go here anyway. Just be aware that drive times may take forever!!!

Downgraded to worst. Starbucks. Ever.
Service is absurdly slow, even when they aren’t busy. If you are on any sort of schedule, do not waste your time here.

This Starbucks is without a doubt one of SA’s busier locations due to its very prime location amidst abundant shops and eateries in the increasingly crowded Alamo Ranch area. The sometimes ridiculously heavy crowds are reason alone to actually recommend this store’s drive-​thru over putting in any effort to trek inside and wait for what seems like forever.
Accommodations include standard, newer-​Starbucks provisions — abundant tables, several upholstered chairs, high-​top stools lining the storefront, and 5+ covered outdoor tables. The layout’s long and narrower than most, making for a semi-​cramped space especially when every seat is taken. The store’s also dimmer than most as windows line only one wall.
Service here has always been loud and super energetic, no matter the time of day, maintaining a lively atmosphere notably when school’s in full swing (e.g. Taft & CAHS). While some may appreciate said atmosphere even while studying, like myself, others find the quieter DD down the street more conducive to calm productivity.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. I’ve been a gold card member for 5 years now and even worked for the company before that. This is slow service. Everytime I’m in the drive thru it takes a good 20 mins from start to finish.

Come here very often, some times are better than others. The wait is a little long, but it is Starbucks, and it is in a prime location. Be prepared for a longer wait than usual. But all in all great quality and clean.

Bad service, asking questions is like pulling teeth with this staff. A young bunch of curmudgeons.

Not my usual starbucks but I had a sore throat and decided to stop to get something warm to drink. I went through the drive thru and asked the barista that i needed something for a sore throat. Weird request? Maybe. Once i pulled up I was pleasantly surprised. He gave me something called a medicine ball which not only tasted good but helped with my sore throat. Great barista… but even better drink!

This Starbucks is overloaded. I keep hoping they’ll open another one nearby. How about Culebra & Alamo Parkway?!
I have been given the wrong coffee, the wrong sandwich, and the wrong price. Coming back for a replacement on the same day is usually out of the question, since I’m going through the drive-​thru, so I’ve learned to check my order before I leave.
PLEASE add another Larger Starbucks in this densely populated area! This one can’t handle the growing demand for your coffee.

So I have only had one issue at this Starbucks locations. There was an incident where a barista was extremely rude and I ended up having to notify a manager. She asked me to come back in and she would give me a free drink for the inconvenience which she did. Unfortunately the little snot that took my order was the same one who took my order the previous day and she still had an attitude. I come here often and I don’t know if she got her life or they are just hiding her some place or they fired her but the customer service issue has been fixed. The actual coffee is great I get soy after finding out that they don’t use organic milk only organic soy milk but other than that the standard Starbucks is what you will find when you visit here. There are times when I wonder why they are taking so long but it may have to do with the fact that Starbucks gives great attention to detail who knows.

You Must try the JOy Tea it is super yummy in these super cold days !!

It’s coffee, your way. There are no rules to Starbucks coffee. It’s as good or as bad as you can imagine it. Don’t believe the bluster that «Starbucks» coffee sucks because those people are just anti-​establishment coffee junkies. Anyway, Starbucks is everywhere for a reason. Yep, they give a good product, that’s endlessly customizable, at a reasonable price. They also offer up free wifi, air conditioning, comfortable chairs, a selection of food, and other products. It’s good, it’s clean, it’s predictable. And, if you don’t like your drink, tell them and they’ll remake it.

Stopped in here, when my usual location was closed.
No one working behind the counter seemed to care about ANYTHING.
Not rude just apathetic about me, my order, and any customers.
This staff would be best used as drive through service only.
The indoor experience has the personality of a Mr Coffee.
