Very awesome place! The jalapeño popper, ham egg and cheese and the potato egg and cheese all were amazing! Very quick and courteous staff! If you like hot food specify you want it heated for longer. Not a problem for me a light warming was perfect!

We waited for them to open and have really enjoyed their kolaches! I love the different varieties and my kids love their chocolate and cream cheese flavor! For fun, have them warm them up for You! Super yummy goodness!

Love their kolaches and croissants! Ordered a variety of both to try — ham, egg, and cheese, bacon and cheese, Italian chicken, Texas hot, and Philly cheesesteak. All were delicious except the Texas hot can be a little hotter. It was more mild than hot.

Great service and great choices in Kolaches, and very clean atmosphere. We go back often.

We tried it when it opened and had egg and ham kolache, my wife liked it though it tasted like potted meat to me which I can’t stand. I still get them for my wife but I definitely don’t care for them.

This place was way more delicious than we thought it would be! Seriously, the kolaches were so good! We got several kinds and brought them home for lazy Sunday. The Ranchero, Spinach & Jalapeño flavors were the best of our haul. Sweet dough, filled completely & great flavor! The bacon, egg & cheese ones were dry & bland, we couldn’t finish them. Overall, this is a great quick fix in the mornings with a drive through and drinks.

Great selections, fast and friendly service, and excellent prices. Nuff said. :) The ranchera is great for breakfast, and jalapeño popper is good pretty much any time of day. Decent coffee selection too, which makes this a fine breakfast alternative to the worst Starbucks ever right down the street.

My first Kolache Factory experience was in Houston when I was visiting family(I was living in Maryland at the time). I was so excited to move to San Antonio, and part of that excitement was because there would be a Kolache Factory nearby. Good prices(and email coupons available!), clean restaurant, friendly staff and AMAZINGLY delicious Kolaches. What’s not to love?

Enjoyed it enough that we went there 2 mornings in a row, while visiting San Antonio. Chicken Enchiladas and Creamed Spinach were two of our favorites.

Found this place here on Unilocal and decided to try it because of the positive reviews and I have to admit they were pretty darn good!!! Loved the chorizo and egg, ham and egg, my boyfriend enjoyed the philly kolache and loved it. I loved it so much I went back the next day to pick some up for my coworkers and they loved them too. I think this will def be my new favorites snack and breakfast place!!!

Most times than not, this place delivers on great kolaches. I wish they could be more consistent on how spicy their gravy is in the ‘sausage and gravy’ kolaches. Sometimes they are delightful, sometimes they are just awful. Otherwise, I enjoy almost everything else I’ve sampled on the menu this far…

These were so good and fresh and cheap! We got a buy three get three free coupon. We tired the sausage jalapeño, sausage and gravy, sausage egg and cheese, chicken enchilada and the one of the month. The sausage and gravy was the best followers by the sausage egg and cheese. I liked that the bread was a little sweet and so soft! The girls working there were really helpful too as it was my first time trying kolaches. We tried the sweet after, both the apricot and peach were delicious. We will definitely be back again and taking people that come to visit us!

Really good. We bought a dozen of different kolaches and I enjoyed almost all of them. The sausage and gravy was incredible. The bacon, egg & cheese one was just so so. It was pretty much all egg and I could not taste the meat or cheese. But over all our experience was good. We also had a latte and that was good too. My husband also commented on how loud the front door was and that they had CNN on the tv.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a Kolache Factory in San Antonio. Apparently it’s the only one. I stopped in for the kolache of the month(cheeseburger) and a few chicken enchilada and pepperoni and mushroom. They were good and definitely satisfied my hunger. A little under fifteen bucks for seven tasty snacks. My only complaint — Staff should have told me about the 10% dozen discount because I would have purchased more. In all, why knit pick this yummy experience. Every one needs to discover these on the go hidden treasures. By the way, pepper jack and cheddar bacon burger with a bourbon bbq sauce and mushrooms would be my dream kolache. Make it happen!!! Please.

Stopped by here on a busy morning. We went inside, but they also have a drive-thru option. We ordered 3 different buns: chorizo, ham, and bacon. It was okay. I thought it was a bit bland. Each kolache had 85% egg and 15% meat. Definitely worth a try if you’ve never had a kolache before. If I return, I’ll try their dessert kolache, not breakfast.

Happen to stop by when they were open on a Saturday morning. Helpful staff, as I had never been there before! The Kolaches were also really good! Everyone in the house loved them :)

Read reviews but did not find items flavorful. Very bland and commercial. Don’t think I will go back.

Honestly, I need to stop eating here and it is not because the food is not good, but because it is so good that I can not stop eating. Anything and everything that is spicy is real good here. I highly recommend.

One dozen mix and match, $ 16 after the automatic 10% discount. Look at the menu for prices & calories(like I need a reminder of how bad I’m about to be, lol!). Take a to-go menu so you can mark the ones you’ve ordered/like, etc. We went at about 1:30 on a Saturday and were worried the food might be old … The employee assured us everything is baked fresh and doesn’t sit out long. We also asked how it lasts a day later(as we planned on having a snack that day & saving some for breakfast the next), she told us they keep for 1 – 2 days, just reheat for 30 seconds. The only thing they didn’t have at that time was coffee and I couldn’t tell if they’d brew any if you ordered it(overheard another customer ordering however that person didn’t really push the coffee thing, it was more like a «do you guys have coffee, just wondering»). Ok here’s what we ordered … And because we are pigs there’s only 1 left. 2 Sausage and gravy, 2 jalapeño-sausage and cheese, BBQ, ham-egg and cheese, 4 fruit: apricot, cherry, strawberry, peach, jalapeño popper, and cream cheese(my breakfast for tmrw) … Anyway — delish! The bread is sweet and gooey but in a good way and in a «I must have more» way. 2 filled me up as a snack/breakfast. The fillings are plentiful and flavors are packed in! Any jalapeño item is loaded with peppers, the fruit filling is overflowing, and the meat items were juicy! Forget going out to breakfast if guests are in town, we’ll go here the day before so we have food the next day … I imagine weekend mornings are a hot mess. That afternoon we went only 2 flavors were out so it’s not like we had slim pickings. So glad a place like this is on my side of town!
