Update: I wanted to give this place another chance. Glad I did. My technician was Marylou. She was awesome. The service was very pleasant and surprisingly less painful than services I’d had in the past. She was professional, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I think we chatted thru the entire service which made the appointment go by fast and it was all over with before I knew it. And best of all, the end result was good. It’s what you expect when you have this service done. A+

My technician Cashmere, was excellent! It was my first Brazilian wax and she was very comforting. She kept me calm by engaging me in small talk. Every time I felt a little tense she was very reassuring. The young lady at the front desk was also very nice. I had not made an appointment so she quickly fit me in. I had time to get a quick pedicure at the nail salon close by and was back in time for my appointment. Will definitely recommend EWC to my friends and family.

Marilou is awesome! She makes you feel at ease and comfortable! Definitely a great experience!

Worst service ever, if I could I would give no stars. I do not pay for unlimited yearly services to be treated in such a rude way as I was today. First and LAST time I will ever step foot in this location. I just moved to the area, so thought it would be convenient to just go down the street, think again I’d rather travel across town to the quarry location any day.

Update: A manager named Teresa did call us back and process a refund over the phone today. They also offered a complimentary wax should I want to return. I declined the waxing as I do not wish to ever return but these were the fair things for her to do and so I am updating my rating from 1 to 3 stars to reflect that. Thank you for doing what you can to make things right, Teresa.
The Good: Front counter staff are mostly polite. The business looks relatively clean. There was no waiting.
The Bad: The technician had tremendously low competency and no listening skills. She carelessly slopped her way through this brow & bikini wax more quickly and poorly than I have ever seen. Every single issue I brought up during the process was immediately disregarded with statements that I am wrong, I don’t want that, this will be better, or she knows best. More than half of the hairs were broken off well above the skin truly the worst first go I’ve ever seen and there was not a second go anywhere. When a huge swath of hair was missed so badly that I had to request a second attempt on at least that one spot I was outright refused. The tweezing afterwards was even sloppier. She hurriedly grabbed at chunks in a few major areas and broke them closed to the skin so that now I cannot even get this fixed for several weeks.
Overall: the only thing accomplished this day besides wasting my time and insulting me is they added several weeks that I will have to wait to get this catastrophe fixed at a real waxing spa. It takes a truly horrible experience to get 1 star from me. I ordinarily offer several stars if customer service or management even attempts to correct an issue but I was told they don’t have a manager at the store and have not been given the authority to do anything. I sent my husband in and the best answer he could get is a manager might call him back someday. I wish you better luck if you decide to try this place.

I absolutely love this place! I stopped waxing a few years ago due to a bad experience, but I recently decided to try it again and I’m so glad I did. Both times I went I had Lori and she is the greatest! She’s so nice and makes me feel so comfortable. I did my underarms and upper lip and it the pain was minimal. I already bought the package for my underarms (which is a fantastic deal)! I also love their wax! It’s such an amazing product.

Such good service, friendly, all the wax technicians know their stuff really well! They take their time, and do what YOU want rather than what they feel is best. Don’t get me

I have been getting my brazilian wax here for a few months now and I will not go anywhere else! Michelle is exceptional. She puts you at ease and gets your mind off of the pain. I enjoy our little chit chats and how professional she is. It is definitely worth getting the package deal as well if you plan on keeping up with your waxes. I love that I can also schedule online and the convinient hours they have. I highly recommend Michelle, but all the ladies there are great as well.

Today was my first time getting a Brazilian wax I was nervous of course but I’m so glad I experienced it! It wasn’t bad at all! Marilou waxed me and she was so nice and very professional we talked a lot and it got my mind off of what we were really doing! I’m so glad my cousin referred me to go here because I don’t regret it! I paid 23 $ since it’s my first time and I’m thinking of buying the package next time as well!
I think everyone should just go get a Brazilian wax it’s not as bad as what others say, sure you feel some pressure but I wouldn’t say it’s unbearable. Take some Tylenol before you go and it sure does relaxes you!
The facility is very clean and that made me feel very comfortable!
I will definitely be returning and I’m telling everyone about this place!
This place is kind of hidden it’s small and next to the Starbucks in the target shopping center! Don’t miss it!

Decided on a whim to schedule an appointment since I saw they had opened a location close to my house. Don’t usually get my eyebrows waxed, I’m not very trusting in that area. Since all they do is wax I thought that it would be a safe bet.
Really easy to schedule online and they have later hours. They have a free wax for first time customers. I assumed that since I did not have a Texas ID I would not receive this but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they accepted my military ID instead.
I saw Michelle. She was great. Honestly, there wasn’t any pain. She provided great conversation and she did a fantastic job! Love my brows!

My first service here was done by Kristen. She was very professional and did a great job. Love how clean this place is too.

Codi set me up with with Sara and I had a great time! Thanks girls! This salon is clean and professional. Reminds me of Elizabeth Grady back home in Boston. I work in the Alamo Ranch area and this is my new go-​to waxing salon. Bonus? Starbucks is right next door in case you need a tasty beverage while you wait.

This place is awesome. The staff is welcoming and professional. I was skeptical to try something new, however, I was put at ease with how well the staff treats their clientele, the professionalism of their specialists and how comfortable they made me. I purchased a pass and will continue to be a loyal customer. Ask for Sara, she’s great!

This was my first experience at any waxing place and the people here are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. I got the full Brazilian and honestly it hardly hurt and the products they use are amazing. I loved it so much I bought a prepaid package for more :)

Oh my gosh you guys, this place is so great! Codi is at the front desk and she is so very polite and helpful! She helped me book my much needed, last minute appointment with ease and told me all about the great deals going on! My waxer was Sarah and she was fantastic! We had great conversation (to keep my mind off the «pain») and she was so funny and down to earth! Her technique was exceptional as well! She was extremely thorough and took her time to get every hair. She has great tricks to making the extraction hurt less, but I’ll let her tell you all about those! 100% my favorite waxer and location! Definitely go to them for all your waxing and skin care needs they are wonderful! A
