I normally don’t go to this Starbucks because it’s always packed. I waited in line for about 15 mins. But my peppermint hot chocolate was good. Not worth the wait at this location. Next time will go to my usual Starbucks.

Like other reviewers, I’ve had friendly service sometimes and rude service at other times. Yesterday, it was so rude that I decided not to got back to this store. Other stores in the area have CONSISTENTLY courteous service — meaning their manager insists on it and supervises them closely.(I’m talking about in-store service; I’ve never used the drive-through.)

Visited this store in the early evening and sat in the drive thru for some time with no assistance. Pulled up to the window and sat there for a few minutes as the employee walked by, continuing to ignore me so I finally just left.

I visit this location daily, always using the drive thru. The staff knows my car pretty well, ha. They are geenrally extremely busy, but always friendly. My morning iced venti upside down caramel macchiato always tastes perfect!

Just like every other Starbucks, but I feel like they lack customer service. I was skipped at drive thru and given the wrong drink. I always thought Starbucks was great at training staff but it looks this place could use some major customer service refinement.

Starbucks are pretty much all the same, the things that set them apart are hours, cleanliness, and staff. The hours here are not always honored by staff, as twice I’ve pulled in the drive thru to be turned down even though their posted hours still said open. Yes, this location is very clean, I will definitely give them that. The staff? Rude. The superior attitude here is really not necessary. They do not value customer service.

I honestly think the baristas here are very nice. The manager, Deborah, is very nice as well. If you ever need anything they are very good about helping you out. Also, there is one barista with a mohawk and her hair always looks so awesome and trendy! I wish I could do that to my hair but I would look like a nut job. She always looks so good with it, so kudos to you chica! The coffee here is the same as every Starbucks, even the one I worked at downtown for awhile. The only difference in Starbucks stores is always going to be the space, baristas, managers, and of course how busy it gets. This place is super busy with military and everyone around the Potranco/151 area on their lunch breaks. The mornings are absolutely insane in the drive thru. As soon as I see how long the line is, I just park my car and go inside. I feel so bad for the baristas because the drive thru never lets up for awhile. This store is not bad in size but it gets full really quickly with everyone doing their homework, studying, or just talking to their friends. If you go here, leave the baristas a nice tip… they deserve it!

As compared to other Starbucks, this location is clean and friendly. Even at 5:03 am the espresso machine was drawing smooth shots, not the usual bitter shots one gets as an early customer. I had to ask for nonfat, but 5 am is kind of early to have all options on the condiment bar

This is our regular Friday coffee spot for our friends to get together and chill. Love the staff, who re-make drinks that the customers order incorrectly, like when I began dairy-free and would always forget to ask for soy.

Great staff — despite how busy they almost always are, they’re always efficient and friendly.
