Really like this Pizza, sometimes. Would give 4 stars, but it’s not always consistent and if I were just rating the Pizza. Depending on the size you get, they also make the crust differently, tho that’s not on the menu. Overall, however can’t go wrong with pizza from here. Pasta is whatever. Nothing special. Some of their salads are really good.

The pizza we had(large pepperoni, mush and sausage) was delicious as always. The caprese salad was great too. The owner took our to go order and put it together. Also talked to us and our 3 month old. She was so incredibly nice and helpful. Would be coming back anyway but definitely will be more now because of her kindness and genuine care.

Great pizza!!! For $ 38 we got the double crust which had a lot of cheese and was half meat lovers and half supreme! Came with a side bowl with marinara sauce to dip the pizza into, absolutely loved it and the large pizza was larger then your normal large at restaurants! We will be definitely be coming back for more!

Well, this is the second time that I have come to eat a Stromboli, however, they were out… Friday night should be overstocked, but not with this location. I asked if they could make more and she said no, even though there was still 2.5 hours until closing. Food is delicious, but I just wish I could eat what I’m craving and not having to settle for something else.

Very nice Restaurant super clean! Food is amazing, especially the meat lasagna(best lasagna I’ve had in San Antonio by far)! And the staff is super friendly and great service. Definitely going back!

The food was delicious! Portions were huge. I had mushroom pizza and it was filled with mushrooms and lots of cheese. Salad was very good. Staff was very friendly.

Food is decent, but not as good as the 1604 location. Pizza seemed the same ooey gooey cheesy goodness, but the bruschetta is NOT the same and is quite blah. Service wasn’t terrible, but not even close to the whole experience Italian restaurant feel we expected. It was just an ‘eh’ experience instead of feeling welcomed into a warm, inviting establishment. Also, they were not willing to accommodate some very simple requests. Overall it wasn’t a bad lunch, but it didn’t knock our socks off with food, service, or atmosphere and we won’t be back.

The owners, husband and wife are extremely nice and hard workers, they are always at the restaurant! I can tell they really care about their customers and want to make them happy. You get your money worth here at Luchiano with large portions and good food. You never go home hungry. I really appreciate their customer service that makes a big difference!

Ordered fast, seated fast. Told initially the order would take 25 minutes. While seated the waitress came to tell us the order would take an additional 45 min because of the many orders ahead of us. I looked around the restaurant and only saw 2 other people and they were eating. We got a refund and left. That kind of information is necessary when ordering is a supposed fine establishment.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered lunch to go, when I got back to my office, the caprese salad had mold growing on it. I was very upset because I did not notice until the 2nd or 3rd bite. I called to speak with someon, and all they said was, «oh, I’m sorry.» Instead they should’ve offered a refund, or asked me what I would like done about it. I spoke to the manager after 3 calls, and she kept insisting that it was spices or basil. Does it look like basil to you? Basically she was calling me a liar.

Wasn’t impressed… cold pasta and leaf salad was good. Pizza could have been in the oven a bit longer. .cheese wasn’t goey or hot… just warm. When i ordered the meat calzone… was suprised it was warmed up in the microwave instead of the oven??? Place was clean and staff was nice. Probably a bit overpriced due to the area. Next time, I’ll drive to Florio’s for good pie!

Short review here. Place has good food and the restaurant is ‘spacey’. The waiter was nice the one time we went but it’s cafeteria set up and we do not like at all so we won’t be going back :/ But if you’re fine with the ‘cafeteria style restaurant’ I recommend

Great food and service! A family friendly environment with plenty of great food options for all. The appetizers are great so be sure to try the Calamari. Pizza and pasta choices are superb with plenty to choose from. Very good wine and beer choices available too. And today they were awarded the WOAI«Blue Plate» Award for receiving a perfect City of San Antonio Health Dept award. A definite must for those who want a very good meal in a family friendly environment.

It gets one star because I can’t give anything lower. The food was very basic and very overpriced, and it’s buffet style. I think they’re taking advantage of the area they’re in without much to back it up on their end with quality food for the price. Their cakes are not even made there, they’re defrosted from a boxed cake they get from somewhere else. Another fail is their plates, cups and silverware. It was disgusting. There was stuff stuck all over them. We had a party of 5 and it took us 9 cups to find a clean one, 6 different forks, and almost every plate had something on it from a previous meal. The owners sat at a front table drinking wine at 12:30p. I will never go there or recommend it to anyone I know or even don’t know.

Man alive, dirty glasses and forks! Food was basic but over priced. I liked the brick oven but to lightly warm up my pizza while we waited for the other dish orders was a waste. Would have been ok with the food value but dirty dishes and plates say a lot about food pride. Out!

Mixed feelings. Have had pizza multiple times and its usually pretty good. Mozzarella sticks are usually hit or miss. For instance, tonight they were very stale and there was no mozzarella in them at all. How that makes it out of the kitchen beats me. Very inconsistent experiences here.

This place is going down hill fast. For the last 3 years I keep asking myself why go back. It’s a simple order. Pepperoni, half mushroom and extra cheese. Please make sure the cheese covers all sauce. They never add extra cheese. They charge for it. I ordered again tonight. Large pizza came with 14 pieces of pepperoni. Maybe a cup of cheese. They just don’t care. Forgettaboutit This is why people go to chain pizza. Come on mom and pop get real. You can hit a home if you tried to give your customer what they wanted for the last 3 years. Things just are not like you remember!

Outside of the quality of the food which is really good. This place is a family run place that has a keen interest in customer service. I just ordered take out on Valentines day. Probably a horrible day for restaurants. I was told that it would be 20 min. I returned in 20 min and the nice lady at the take out told me that she was sorry but they had not had a chance to make it yet and there would be no charge. I told her that it was not necessary for no charge, but A discount would be nice. She returned in less than 10 additional minutes with the food and insisted on No charge. I will definitely be back. Other stores would not have admitted the error and just left me waiting. Its refreshing to deal with someone with integrity.

Like the idea of buying a large slice and a salad. The avocado salad rocks the house. The Service is the only reason why this is not perfect for what it is. Considering that they are serving cheap food it is a little pricey. We go and enjoy though and suggest you do as well.

The pizza is what I like to order, plus munching on the bread and tomato dip. It’s a casual sit down cafeteria style. Prices aren’t the best, but it’s decent quick eats. I used a Groupon the two times I was here and have no complaints.
