Pizza Hut

Today is June 21 2015 (father’s day)
So we walk into this pizza hut on Stone oaks to place a to go order. I asked the cashier what the specials were. And we hear a voice from the back «I’m not here to tell you the specials. Order online.» I’m like excuse me? He says order online that’s what I told you. I was shocked, for a second I didn’t understand how to react to this rudeness. But I went ahead and ordered anyways ignoring the man in the back. But he continued to talk from his prep station. I was so frustrated with his attitude so I asked him «is this how you talk to all your customers? His reply was «you don’t have to come here. Go somewhere else. In fact he says get the F out of this place.
I asked for his name and he says «it’s Herb. you better remember that. Even his Co workers were embarrassed by the way he was treating the customers. I thought Pizza hut was better than that. Very disappointed.

The only reason I gave this place one star is because I had to in order to post this review. This is the worst Pizza Hut EVER! After my pizza arrived 30 minutes after the delivery time stated, I opened the box to find my pizza Cold, Under Cooked and WRONG! When I called to explain all this, the boy on the phone was condescending and rude. He said he couldn’t give me a refund and the manager would call me the next day to refund my money. I of course never heard from the manager so I called again. The «manager» that I spoke with said he had to talk with the night crew to see what happened. He then said he would call back later that day. I again never heard back from him. It was only after I email a complaint to corporate that I finally got a phone call apologizing and saying he was refunding my money right then and there. It’s been over three weeks and I still have not gotten my money back. I’m going to have to file another complaint to corporate. I will NEVER order from this place again! Totally sketch!

This pizza hut was designed for delivery or pick than the traditional sit in like we are used too. So if you want standard pizza delivered then this is the place to order from.

This location should be completely retrained from the ground up. We have had many problems with this particular store where either they have 2+hour delivery times or the order is totally wrong.
We haven’t ordered from them for a while and decided to give them a last try… BIG MISTAKE!!! The person was given our order over the phone and could not get it right on computer but could read it back to us correctly. When the guy delivers, we tipped him as we should then open the boxes and the order was screwed up. Instead of making a Super Supreme, the genius making the pizza decided we really wanted a Meat Lovers with bacon.
When calling the restaurant the manager did not give his name and then insisted we get a credit for our next order. WRONG! We are allergic to bacon thus did not order our pizza with bacon. After going back and forth with this jack-​monkey we finally got him to remake the correct pizza and deliver it, but we will have to wait ANOTHER 60 minutes before it can arrive at our house.
Folks…Save your money and just order Dominoes.

This location (for delivery) is so scripted you cant ask a question until they’re through their routine (on the phone). Yet, they are better than some pizza huts, Much less to offer than most local pizza specialty shops in area (vegan, gluten free, natural). The local specialty shops have more reviews, although limited hours, better pizzas.
i feel that chain restaurants in areas like Stone Oak should find a way to step it up a notch

Never had any problems with this location, but –1 star for just being a lame chain. Yes, that rhymes.\
Oh, and its delivery/​take-​out only. Go to the Blanco location to sit down or for the buffet.
