Papa Murphy’s

I love the pizza but I hate the fact that there is no online orders accepted at this location, I get deal alerts for online orders about 2 – 3 times a week, however I can’t take advantage of them. So I end up visiting a different pizza merchant that has online orders.

These pizzas are always fantastic. Always! When I didn’t see what I was craving on the menu, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. And, of course, the price was very fair.

I would like to register a complaint about the take ‘n’ make club. I went into this store 30 mins ago and purchased 4 pizza’s, I was expecting to receive 4 stamps. When the clerk hands my card back with 1 stamp, I said where are the other three. He said they changed their policy because people were counterfeiting the cards. He also said «it says so on the card, one stamp per visit». I took him at his word and left, then I called another store in San Antonio, TX. They agreed that I should receive a stamp per pizza. I went back to the store to explain my position to him again. The card states «Buy 12 pizzas to receive one FREE family 1-​topping pizza. One signature per visit with pizza purchase», above this statement it says ‘Signature_​_​_​_​_​’, this in now way says that you get one stamp per visit with purchase. I told the clerk so, he said «I know, but we changed our policy», I told him hen you need to change your cards, he then told me, «but we have a ba-​jillion». As a customer I just want my 4 stamps for my 4 pizza’s, I am not stealing from the company, why am I being punished? I want my Three remaining stamps, and if the cards are wrong hen they need to be reprinted and switched out when the old ones are found.

Chicago style! so good. a good idea to call it in since when I got there at the peak time there were 4 others waiting for their pie. got the Chicago style which was super thick and yummy. the crust was crunchy. we opted for pepperoni which was tasty. will be back.

The staff here is exceptional! The pizza is the same delicious take-​and-​bake you’ll get at other Papa Murphy’s, but this staff goes above and beyond.
They seem genuine, and welcome you as you come in. They really look as though they’re enjoying themselves as they work too! And one of them got out from behind the counter and held the door open for me on the way out. Outstanding stuff.

Best pizza, hands down. So what if there’s no delivery? It’s way cheaper that the other places and the service is incredible. The pizza also freezes well, so if you don’t want to cook it right away you don’t have to. Please support Papa Murhpy’s!

OK so my family & I are new to Papa Murphy’s and I have to say we absolutely Love this Establishment. The customer service is phenomenal!!! The staff was so helpful and courteous. Two Thumbs UP Guys !!!

I’m writing this review for the staff! WOW After decided we wanted pizza last night we stopped by our local Papa Murphy’s to order a pie! Well we ordered and Steve forgot he left his wallet in the car so he ran back and got it. no biggie. during this time a two men walked in. The first ordered his pizza from the cashier and waited. The second man (gray curly hair, blue shorts, gray t-​shirt, and weirdo sandals) said «can’t you check me out over here do I have wait I ordered togo» while the first guy was still ordering. Keep in mind there was one person making pizzas and one working the register. So the great cashier said I’ll be right with you. When it was this assholes turn to pay he proceeded to yell at the cashier. «Why would I order ahead if I was just going to have to wait» seriously. you need to take a chill pill. The cashier apologized apologetically and handled it with the upmost composure and respect. I would of told this guy to jump in the lake.
Hat’s off to the Cashier! You are why Papa Murphy’s deserves 5 stars! and the Pizza was really good! :-)
The CASHIER deserves a RAISE!

Love the place and I love their pizza. The employees that they have here are always friendly when you walk in and they are quick to help you out if you have any questions. This place is not like any other pizza place simply because you go home and bake it yourself. Not only do you get to put what you want on your pizza but all of their toppings are very fresh. I highly recommend Papa Murphy’s if you have not been here.

Service is quick and the punch cards are nice. My boyfriend likes this place more than me though. I wish they had a New York style and not just a Chicago style.

Great fresh pizza at friendly prices. The staff is courteous and professional ! Try the large pepperoni, its is loaded…
Don’t forget to check out their website for discounts and specials and call in before you go, especially on a weekend night.

I’ve reviewed and raved about the 1604 & Blanco location. We love Papa Murphy’s and were excited to see new locations open up. Although the staff weren’t quite as efficient as the Blanco location, the pizza was tasty nonetheless.
