Burger King

This is the second time they forget something and charge me for it. First time it was a cheeseburger for my niece and this time it was fry nuggets. She even double checked my order by reading it off to me before charging me… I don’t like to be that annoying person in the drive through that has to look through their order to make sure they get everything. I’ll just never come back here again.

It just keeps going further and further downhill… tonight I ordered a Whopper with cheese, lettuce, heavy tomato. Instead, I got a stone cold Whopper with cheese with heavy pickles, lettuce and tomato. I had to restate my drive thru order 4 times. I verified on screen. I didn’t think it necessary to compare the screen to the print out attached to the bag. I was wrong. What a waste of $ 8.00. Not the first wrong order. Just the last. Carl’s Jr is only a minute further away…

This BK is so unreliable about putting the correct things in your bag at the drive up window. It drives me crazy, and to top it off, you cannot call them to talk about it. It is so frustrating to get home with a bag full of items, and not have all of what you ordered and paid for, then you try to call them and all the manager has on there is the hours they are open. Cheerful staff doesn’t make up for lack of accurate staff. :(

This place looks like your typical BK joint but for some reason, they make some of the best Whooper Jrs. They’re plump and full of ingredients. Ive order it a few times and it has been consistent. Ive had other Whopper Jrs before at other places and most of the time it is made poorly with barely and no lettuce, pickles, or tomatoes. Props to this place.

Live down the street go all the time night crew they put too much ketchup and mustard on their cheeseburgers other than that not too bad

Typical BK. I usually only come in the morning for a vanilla iced coffee and some french toast sticks. The morning crew is always really nice and cheerful. They fry my french toast sticks lightly (at my request) so they aren’t too crunchy and hard (in the past they have let them cook too long and they get hard).
My coworker always eats my hash browns and she loves them.

I only live about a mile from this Burger King and make it a quick stop if I am craving fast food.
Overall they tend to be a pretty good store. Sometimes they are a little backed up and can take several minutes to get the food out, but overall not any longer than any other place.
Staff has always been very polite and store is kept clean.

I have to drive to the Bay Area a lot because of family and friends so this is usually a stop on the way down. Mainly because we never get a chance to eat a home before we leave. It makes it a convienient stop because it right off I80. They are pretty quick and I rarely have to wait more than a 5 or so minutes to get my food. One of the better BKs that i go to.

Went here to pickup one of their buy one get one free deals for the parents. Went thru drive through around 1pm. Food wasn’t the freshest but was better than average. Onion rings were decent, not piping hot. Staff was friendly.
If you are in a hurry this will do. If you have the time, try the restaurant next store. Much better

Why is the chicken sandwich always so dry? Even with the mayo?

I dont like Burger King, but I like the staff at this Burger King so I return often. Its a very nice and peaceful location, out in the middle of small family owned farms. The manger (middle aged Asian male) provides about the best customer service I have ever had at a restaurant, and this is just a Burger King. But the whole staff is friendly and polite. You can see that they choose who works there carefully.

This burger King makes their Whoppers look just like the ones you see on TV. And the new fries? Officially beat out McD’s and In n out. Great job whoever came up with that idea.
The best one I’ve ever been to. Safe, quiet, and clean, unlike the Arden Fair location.
I will never go back to the Arden Fair location when I do have the rare craving for BK.

Poor service.slow.icee machine usually not functioning. If you want cinnabons here be prepared to wait longer than the purported «ten minutes».everytime

The day mgr (asian male) as very friendly and genuinely cared about my stay at a nearby hotel. For a fast food place that is real rare.

Its Burger King, what do you expect?

I know, I’m reviewing a Burger King.
I’ve been to the finest restaurants in New York and Paris, and I’m going to review a Burger King.
It’s ok though, I’m finally free, I believe in my message. I’m not saying this is what Nelson Mandella must have felt like upon his South African release in 1990 (I’m not quite saying that), but I feel I can set the world right with this review.
This Burger King is kind of in a farm/​rural area in between West Sac and Natomas. The sunflower fields that abut the restaurant make a trip out to this King delightfully intriguing. But the real prize of this trip was the day manager.
A description of him: Middle aged, Asian male, glasses, average build. This manager cracked the whip like no fast food manager I’ve ever seen before: «You got that Whopper Jr. no cheese (repeated)» «You got that cheeseburger for order 76 (repeated).»
Sure the employees hated him, but I got my order in a reasonable time during lunch hour. This situation must be how the political left felt with Donald Rumsfeld as Secretary of Defense … you might not have liked him, but your ass was safe at night because he was shoving freedom down the world’s throat, and they were gonna like it!
